An awesome hotel with nice view on top floor and place to chill. Location is near the Pagoda and walking distance to main atttactions. Room is clean and comfortable, not too noisy despite at times can hear outside pubs live band. Hotel counter team is friendly, helpful as he helps to carry my luggage to room at 3rd floor and arrange free pick up to bullet train station when check out. Simple breakfast and supper provided by Hotel. Worth to revisit and recommend others to experience here.

Ideal location as hotel offers a rooftop view of 凤凰古城night scene. Breakfast is no frills :buns eggs noodles. Very quiet despite the noisy night bands playing. Free laundry but no dry cleaning so you hang your clothes on the rooftop. Free pick up and drop off but you need to give the hotel 2hours advance notice via WeChat. Whilst the hotel provides a free package (ie free desserts and free costume), we only love the bowls of nice cooling desserts(1st photo) at night which is ideal as supper. The costume rental does not include the head gear, jewellery, or accessories as it needs extra top up$ which makes it more expensive than the dozens of costumes vendors outside.

We stayed at the hotel for just one night, and the reception staff were very helpful in showing us the way around Phoenix Ancient Town using a map. The location is excellent, and the environment is peaceful at night. They also provided complimentary transportation to and from the train station, along with unlimited clean drinking water. I highly recommend this hotel – it’s truly great value for money.
