my wife, my four year old son and I received from one of your receptionists, Teesha, during our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, our interactions with her left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. From the moment we checked in, Teesha exhibited a dismissive attitude. She rushed through the registration process and responded to my wife's inquiries with phrases like, ”If you let me finish, I will tell you,” which felt unprofessional and unkind. On another occasion, when I asked for a bottle opener for two glass Coke bottles I had brought in from a corner shop, Teesha sighed and called a bartender without informing me of what she was doing. A simple explanation would have made the experience much more pleasant. Additionally, when I inquired about a karaoke session during dinner, her reaction was one of confusion. While she eventually provided the start time, I had to ask for the end time, which seemed unnecessary. A more proactive approach in providing information would have been appreciated. Each time we entered or left the hotel, Teesha’s demeanor was unwelcoming; she often appeared indifferent and did not smile. After we made an initial complaint to another receptionist, we felt that it was misconstrued and became a topic among the staff, which only made our experience more uncomfortable. While we appreciate the extra attention we received afterward, it felt forced and insincere. While we had high expectations based on your 4-star rating, unfortunately, our experience fell short in several areas. During a visit to the reception to inquire about Casela Zoo, I felt like an inconvenience. I asked what time the zoo opens, how far it is, the recommended time to leave, ticket prices, and how long it takes to explore the park. Teesha’s responses were short and lacked the detail I was hoping for, leaving me feeling unwelcome. Additionally, I encountered issues with the iron. While I understand there’s a 30-minute borrowing policy, it seemed excessive that staff were calling my room within 15-20 minutes and knocking on the door. This felt intrusive and made me question whether I was being treated fairly. Furthermore, the room telephone was not functional during my stay, and despite mentioning it several times, the issue remained unresolved. I also faced repeated problems with my room key card; it failed to work four times, despite my efforts to keep it away from mobile devices as instructed. The hotel itself felt outdated and in need of refurbishment. I noticed a lack of variety in the buffet options, and the presence of stray cats and birds scavenging for food was both concerning and unappetizing. Lastly, I observed that the luggage staff seemed to prioritize Mauritian and French guests, making our experience feel less valued. I wanted to take a moment to commend one of your staff members, Luqmaan, for his exceptional service during our recent stay. J'ai été dans cette hotel le 04 décembre 24, pour 2 nuits, je suis resté 17 jours tellement j'ai été agréablement surpris par la qualité de cet hotel ainsi que par la gentillesse et le sérieux de son personnel. Je suis moi même hotelier à Cannes, et je n'ai que des compliments à faire pour cette établissement. le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable, bravo, félicitations.

I have been to Maradiva over 5times. This time was even more special. The service was 5+++, specially the “ WhatsApp / Butler service,”, you could ask Kanen anything and within minutes our requests were actioned with a smile. The food was created by one of the best chefs and sous chefs we have ever known. Thank you Maradiva for the “best in the world “ experience.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the charming Valerie 😀 and showed us to our apartment. Spacious and clean rooms, the apartments have everything you need for your stay, each room has air conditioning. Our morning started with breakfast on the terrace accompanied by birdsong overlooking the pool and garden 🤩. The pool is clean, surrounded by greenery and equipped with secluded relaxation areas. Walking distance to Flic-en-Flac beach is 20 minutes, by car 3 minutes. There are no shops or cafes within walking distance of Villasan; For a comfortable stay, use a rented car. Villasun Hotel has on-site parking and friendly security. I would definitely recommend these apartments, our holiday was wonderful. We will definitely come back here ;)

Отель с маленькими недочетами, но если не обращать на них внимание отдых пройдет хорошо. Месторасположение супер, все рядом. Море через дорогу, автобусная остановка в 50 метрах. За такую цену очень хорошо. Если вам надо пять звёзд это не сюда.

The location was spot on , roll out your room onto the beach, the current was strong in the sea so be careful, you will need sea shoes as there was lots of dead coral, sadly, plenty of sun beds. Free paddle board's, snorkeling kit and kayaking. There is a small spa room, tends to nails and massage. Towels for the beach provided. We had a standard room, a little on the small side but we only slept, showered and got changed in there. Kettle, small fridge. It is not a mini bar as often stated. Plenty of toiletries replaced when used. Bathroom was good and a great shower, rooms have bee. Upgraded so again do not take the brochure pics for the real decor. Food was a good choice, different variety every evening, no chips insight which was great, they will provide for children if asked. Puddings were the best. Now entertainment..... caters mainly for the French, u have to ask for other types of music if you want however always goes back to the French. Most staff can speak English, they were very friendly and always willing to help. The taxi driver took us sightseeing for 4 hours at the cost of €40 absolutely brilliant. Didn't want to come home , will definitely go back
