Hotel Florence dengan Bar

A 3* hotel that exceeded my expectations. Well placed next to the SMN railway station, and literally next to the SMN bus station for Siena and other Tuscan town. The hotel is also not that far from the Florence historic centre. There is also a supermarket very close by. I stayed in a single room, no 315, for 2 nights. Although a single it was not very small, as so often in Italy. The bed was also not too narrow for a large person like me, and was comfortable. Bathroom was large, with a bathtub. Towels were soft and fluffy, of good quality. Cleanliness was very good, and maintained so throughout my stay. The wardrobe was large enough, and the safe & minibar were useful. Overall, the hotel is not a new one, with rather old furniture that shows its age, but I like old-fashioned hotels so it was fine for me. Breakfast was very good, and the service at breakfast was excellent, which is so rare nowadays, even in high star hotels, kudos to the tall Italian guy running the breakfast room from the bar. Also of great help was the young lady from the reception, always helping efficiently, kindly, with a smile. Walls are paper-thin, you can hear everything from the adjoining rooms. It was not warm enough in my room, the AC showed it was working towards 22 degrees, but in fact in was not, and temperature stayed at 19 degrees, which was uncomfortable for me. TV was very small.

Super nice hotel. We stayed in a classic room which was a bit small but tastefully decorated. Small kettle in the room with several tea options was a nice touch. The room window has a wooden door that when closing it, it totally blocks the light from outside. I loved it! The view from our room was of green hills and a small field of olive trees. So beautiful and so peaceful! The room, the bathroom and the all hotel area were spotless clean. I have stayed in hotels were sometimes the room is a bit dusty or the bathroom’s utensils are with spots, but in Villa Neroli it was totally the opposite, their cleaning standard were higher than usual. My only advice for improvement for the hotel is to fill the room with more bathroom supplies like body lotion, shower cap and soft tissue. There weren’t any of them and I needed to go to reception and ask for supply. Breakfast- really liked everything that was offered. All products were fresh and of high quality. The bread, the coffee, the amazing fruit salad, the yogurts and everything else were very good. There was even a corner with carrots, pineapple and ginger to prepare fresh juice and a self service pancake machine. Location- the hotel isn’t located in the center of Florence but it is about a 10-15 minutes drive from the center. Since I came with my car it was perfect for me. The hotel has an outdoor free parking, which was extremely convenient . The neighborhood o the hotel is a residential one. It doesn’t have the lively atmosphere of Florence center, but I didn’t mind about it and suited me perfectly. Last but no least I want to note highly the lovely staff of the reception. What a team! Always polite, helpful and genuinely nice. I liked them a lot. Thank you for making my stay a pleasant and memorable.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Savoy. Truly a 5-star accommodation with a high level of service from the team. The great location made everything just a short walk away. فندق رائع ونظيف وراقي ومميز في افضل موقع في مدينة فلورنسا مع اطلالة جميلة على نهر ارنو . . جميع العاملين في مركز الاستقبال على قدر كبير جدا من المهنية واللطف وسرعة التجاوب فمجرد أن سالت عن امكانية رفع مستو الغرفة فاجأوني بسرعة التجاوب ورفعو مستوى الغرفة فوقع المتوقع بمراحل الى جناح فخم جدا وفسيح . . كما ان جميع العاملين الاخرين في الفندق متجاوبين لدرجة ان جميع طلباتك مجابة وبسرعة . . بالاضافة أن الفندق قريب لكل المعالم الرئيسية في المدينة من النهر إلى مركز التسوق والمطاعم و المقاهي الراقية والمتاحف . . بكل تاكيد انصح في هذا الفندق وبشدة وسيكون خياري الاول في زيارتي القادمة .

Alfieri luxury suites collection operates several different buildings under its brand name behind the main entrance doors & courtyard. A central front desk and 2 onsite restaurants. Both restaurants open onto the street as well as behind the doors of the entrance. A great place to eat or an afternoon drink talk about the day and watch ppl. The staff members are professional, very friendly & accommodating. Located on the Arno River, quick walking distance to just about anywhere. We had a room on the 4th floor with a private terrace facing the river and lovely views across the river. I walked up & down the stairs every day, except for our arrival with our luggage and our departure w/ our luggage. The elevator works perfectly well if your not into stairs! The weather permitted us to enjoy a bottle of wine w/ cheese and crackers on 2 of our 4 afternoons. Room amenities were replenished daily, very nice products. Robes are in the bathroom, plenty of nice towels and crisp sheets on the bed. There is an electric awning that came in handy to keep the direct sun off after a while of being out on the terrace. Breakfast was included in our room cost and was a beautiful buffet daily. We’d stay here again in the future!

We spent 3 night in 3 different cities on our trip. This was our favorite hotel on our trip. Beds were super comfy and the place was very clean. The staff went above and beyond for us as we asked for recommendations for restaurants and they made reservations for us and sent us text messages once they were confirmed. The best part about this place is the courtyard. Gorgeous. We would grab a drink at the bar and then go out to the courtyard to enjoy it. There is a hot tub out there as well but we did not use it. Bartenders were all very friendly. The location is perfect. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but more than close enough to walk to everything, which we did. No need for public transportation to get to and from the hotel. High recommend!

和羅馬威尼斯相比，佛羅倫薩住宿條件太好了，同等價位能住四星酒店，房間寬敞，價格對得起服務，入住送歡迎酒，自助早餐選擇不少。 從火車站拖行李步行10分鐘能到酒店，在一個很安靜的社區，周圍也是酒店居多，步行不久也有當地的小酒館和家樂福，步行15-20分鐘能到各景點，除了去米開朗基羅廣場看落日比較遠，打車約20分鐘。

The hotel as such is nice, relativ clean, except for some little things, like the ”mini storage room”, which they cleaned up after the complaint. There is no closet in the room, only 10 hangers for 2 people. We were very dissatisfied with the breakfast - ham pork, ham turkey, 1 salami and 1 kind of cheese - emmental, the bread didn't seem fresh. In the restaurant was very cold - the air conditioning was on at a very cold temperature. We expected more from Italy and a 4* hotel. This one was equivalent to 2*-3*. But the most interesting thing was waiting for us - the hotel blocked the whole amount for accommodation 2x! Even after several emails and urgings (to Mrs Silvia) that 1 amount had already been charged, but that they were blocking it again even after 14 days after our departure, there was no solution. Only a complaint to our bank, which acknowledged that the hotel was blocking the amount wrongfully, helped to release it. No one has even apologized so far.

We stayed for 3 nights in April, the Hotel was clean, convenient, quiet and comfortable. The staff were lovely without exception. Everyone from the front desk to the breakfast staff and room service were friendly and helpful making us feel very welcome. Our room was at the rear of the hotel (204) with a balcony which was a pleasant surprise. The view was nothing special as it overlooked the rear of other properties but it was nice and comfortable and very quite. There is a Spa that you can book for your exclusive use. This is sometimes included in your deal but otherwise is 25 euros each for 50 minutes and well worth it. The view from the roof top is superb and you can get a drink from the reception bar and take it up there or even take your own bottle of wine! Breakfast centres mainly on pastries, fruits and meats. There is a “hot” option of eggs and bacon but is only ever warm at best. However, the pastries are very nice and more than enough available. It also has to be the most convenient trip I have ever experienced from Airport to hotel! Exit the airport turn left and walk to the tram stop about a minute away. Take the T2 tram to UNITA and get off at Rosselli. That’s it!, it takes about 20 minutes and when the t4am leave you will be facing the hotel. It cost 1.50 euros each. You can buy the tickets on the tram platform but I would visit the shop Hudson as others have mentioned on here and get them there as there can be a queue to get your ticket on the platform. Don’t forget to slide it into the machine to validate it when you board. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk for the “Dome” in the centre and about 25 minutes to the bridges on the river. There are some excellent restaurants such as Casa Ciabattini and Osteria Vecchio Cancellous within 6/7 minute walk both of which I would highly recommend. I would not hesitate to return.
