Hotel berhampiran Giardino di San Clemente, Florence

It is very good option to stay in Florence. Even though I stayed in a room with 8 beds, it was very comfortable. Clean, very nice, recommended. The location and cleanliness are very good. I can say that I wish I had stayed here for both nights.

Have been travelling around Europe and stayed in around 11 hostels now and this was easily the worst. Stayed in a 4 person dorm. The hospitality from the staff left much to be desired. The bathroom door in the SHARED dorm did not lock which is surely a basic necessity. Basic levels of cleanliness are not maintained in this hostel. The supposedly clean room had smeared bogeys in the bed, hairs everywhere, dust, suspicious sticky stains, stained sheets with holes in them, a blocked shower drain and a dirty shower, a toilet that didn’t flush properly and an odd smell throughout. The building also has no soundproofing whatsoever I could hear the person in the next room breathing. We were also unfortunately staying during karaoke night and could very clearly hear all the words to ‘Do they know it’s Christmas’ in September whilst trying to sleep (with earplugs in). Absolutely would never come back.

位置很好，步行就可到那幾個景點，廣場附近很多大牌的店，房間布置也很nice，打破了我對非全球酒店的片麪認識。可以推薦。

I loved this quirky old hotel. It is old fashioned in the best possible sense; very well situated close to the train station, the Duomo and the centre of Florence - so a perfect location for shopping and sightseeing. The rooms could do with some refurbishment but are air conditioned, kept very clean, and everything works. Doubles are generous in size, single rooms are small. Breakfast is continental with cheese, ham, muesli, croissants, cake, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and detox water. Most importantly, the staff here were unfailingly courteous and helpful. They really could not do enough for us, from letting me borrow an adapter, to recommending excursions, booking taxis, and accommodating a late check out. There are trendier, more modern hotels in the area, but that is reflected in the price - you get what you pay for.

地點一流，環境很好，早餐舒服，服務絕對，這間酒店真的找不出差的地方，我也很喜歡。 但設施方面讓人覺得不舒服，儘管業主應該很有誠意。空調系統好像花了不少錢，但客人不能自己控制，每次需要聯絡前台，啟動也是很慢很慢，讓人覺得麻煩。廁所的燈亮得讓人炫目，夜裡上個廁所應該就睡不着了。 房間有蟲，我看到了電蚊香，但感覺應該不是臭蟲，住了兩晚 幸好沒發現身上癢的問題。 前台服務員辦理入住手續，辦完了就送你進房間，呵呵，感覺怪怪的，如果酒店、房間設施就中規中矩 不需要這樣服務吧。房間窗簾也是怪 最外層就是拉一半，呵呵，造型別致。衣櫥也是怪。 第一次點評酒店這麼糾結，總體挺好的，但感覺到很多地方有點奇怪。於是退了最後一晚住宿，換去其他酒店

My husband and I booked this hotel wanting to experience a 5 star boutique hotel in franzia vs the usual high-end commercial hotels. We ended up making several reservations in order to take advantage of staying in other parts of the country. Therefore we ended up with booking 2 separate reservations at Hotel Regency through our Platinum Amex. We booked the rooms with a flex cancellation, in case plans change. Later I added one extra night to one of our reservations, come to realize that I had made a mistake adding the one extra night stay because my husband had booked us elsewhere for an overnight at Luca. Our total stay was going to be for 6 nights and there was going to be one night that we wouldn’t be staying at the hotel and returning again for 2 additional nights. When I called Amex and explained the situation I was informed hat the additional night that I had booked fell under a new reservation and did not have the flex cancellation, Yet they thought that it shouldn’t be a problem canceling that one night when we were going to be there for 5 other days. When they contacted the hotel and explained the situation the hotel refused to work with Amex. Thinking perhaps if I called and explained maybe I would have better luck explaining the situation and yet again they were unwilling to refund us for just that one night. I explained to them that the remainder of our reservation was still covered under the flex cancellation policy and if they were unwilling to work with us then I felt compelled to cancel my entire reservation and give my business to a place that actually appreciates and values me as a client. And still they did not budge. Therefore I went ahead and cancelled my reservation and booked a room at The Four Seasons hotel where my experience has always been extremely satisfactory with them.

Best Western Plus CHC Florence has the best, friendliest, kindest employees, probably in the world. The breakfast is excellent, a buffet with great variety and service. The rooms are comfortable, well stocked, and very clean. The area is lively and convenient, has lots of choices for transportation, dining, and many businesses. It's about 5 minutes from the airport by car, and 2 stops by public transportation My mom happened to have an emergency while we were staying at BW for vacation, which forced me to extend my stay for 19 days. Even though the hotel was full, front desk staff accommodated me, and helped me in every way they could with tips, directions, everything I needed. Employees from the restaurant even took me out to dinner on my birthday. Delicious, varied breakfast, although the coffee is a bit weak for Italian. Good location, 15 min walk to the cathedral. The room is well soundproofed, there is no noise from the street. Comfortable bed, extra blanket for a cold night. Quick check-in On the minus side - the staff entered the room before 10 without knocking, there was no cable in the shower - only the top one, it was difficult to rinse off or just wash your head. I would point out to the staff that check-out is until 12, they should knock on the room!
