Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Florence

Hotel was charming and lovely with the most comfortable bed and pillows for a perfect night’s rest after a day of exploring. It came with all the room amenities one could possibly need (water and coffee pods were always replenished, toothbrushes and toothpaste were there even without us having to request etc) and there was AC - something less common in Italian hotels, it seems. Service was excellent. In particular, Sergio was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay, especially when we had trouble navigating our car through the narrow streets of Florence with poor Google Maps directions. He got someone to help guide us to the hotel, before helping to valet park our car at a nearby garage. Sergio also took extra care to make sure our stay was wonderful, always offering to go the extra mile with a smile. The hotel location was also very convenient, with everything worth visiting/ seeing within 400-500m. Would 100% stay at this hotel again the next time we are back in Florence!

A Tuscan escape, private villa style experience, great service, very attentive and extremely pleasant staff, great breakfast, lunch and dinner, beautiful pool, landscape, views of hills and city of Florence. Need a car to be able to go anywhere, or be willing to be a bit adventurous and take a public bus that stops nearby on the highway and requires a bus change to go to Florence, but on the way back goes directly to the resort from Florence (you need to learn the name of your stop and tell the bus driver to stop there, as busses only stop if they see people waiting at the stop or if a ypassenger requires it). The busses run every 20-30 min according to the time schedule (you will be given it) and take about 10-15 min to get to and from Piazza dela Liberta in Florence (look it up on Google map). Taxis are always available, will cost about €30 per trip (10-15 min ride). Remember, this is a villa style resort outside of Florence. It was beautiful, we loved it.

今まで20回以上滞在したフィレンツェの中で最高のホテルです。フロントスタッフのホスピタリティ，すれ違うスタッフの挨拶…朝食のロケーション、朝食の内容。部屋の雰囲気やカーテン、高い天井、大理石のバスルーム、シャワーの水圧…どれも申し分ありません。今回バーは利用していませんが、以前何度か利用していて居心地の良い空間です。 SMN駅からも徒歩5分程度で、荷物があっても空港までもタクシーを使わずトラムで簡単に移動できます。 今回、このサイトで三泊リーズナブルに手配できました。 女性の旅、カップルには特にオススメしたいホテルです。 最後に荷物の件で色々とフロントの方にはお世話になりありがとうございました。 またの滞在を楽しみにしたいホテルになりました。

Had an amazing 6 night stay at The Hoxton. A great location, only 10 mins walk out of the tourist area, the bed was comfy, shower was amazing and those bath towels - so warm and fluffy! Highlights included - 1. The breakfast which included a choice of eggs and sides and a buffet of continental meats, bagels, croissants, fruit, cereal, yoghurts, cakes, juices and of course coffee. Although the buffet offering is not huge, I thought everything was well curated, high quality, held its place (pictured - the poached eggs with the works) and every morning seeing Francesco's friendly face was amazing. 2. Front desk/reservation service and help - every request was answered quickly and efficiently with a fast checkin/checkout. thanks for answering all my questions Virginia. The thing I didn't enjoy so much was the Trofie pesto pasta at Alassio - a bit bland and the pesto didn't quite hit the spot for me.

It's not far from the train station, and the location is good. The room was quite clean. There are no staff working here, so check-in is self-service. The signal reception is slow, the procedures are complicated, and it needs to be done online. Because a city fee was required for check-in, they sent me a link via email asking me to enter my personal information. I paid via PayPal using my credit card information. After the trip, I discovered that my credit card had been fraudulently used. This was the only time I used this credit card to pay by entering my information during the entire trip. While it's unclear how my information was leaked, or It may also be leaked through some free WiFi networks. I urge everyone to be careful when making payments. Use more secure payment methods.

素敵な思い出が作れました。 良い点 立地は最高。スタッフも親切で素敵な滞在でした。アンティークの家具や装飾が素晴らしい。 残念な点 冷蔵庫がない。エントランスからエレベータ入り口まで10段程度の階段がある。

Though it is a little bit old and antique if I can put it lime this, this hotel enjoys a very great location which you just need to walk about 5 minutes from SMN station. The street is full of great Asian food shops and just a couple minutes away from the famous central market. The service is good, and the breakfast is not abundant but is ok for a short stay. The washroom is old, and i cluldn't even be able to use the toilet, cause I need to pull the flush string quite a few times skillfully to make it work. The AC is really good, very useful esp in such a hot day.

The hotel is located near Central Station, just a 5-10 minute walk away. Across a small path from the hotel is the Central Market, and it takes about 20 minutes on foot to reach the Florence Cathedral (Duomo), the historic old town, and the museum. The rooms are clean and quiet. Highly recommended!

Great location - quick walk to il Duomo/Uffizi and S Marco public transport stops are right outside. The room was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Would book again :) Rooftop also has a great city view

Nice stay for its price. Though located not in the city center, just in 5 mins walk is a tram station which takes you to the center in 15 mins (1.7 eur). The district is calm and seems safe. No big supermarkets around, so I bought everything needed near Train station in the center. My room was small but quite clean. Air conditioning didn't work the first days, but it was warm in the room. When it was repaired, it became better, ofc. Hot water available, only last night it was warm, not hot. Stable wifi, my room was on 2 floor of another building. Cleaning every day. Staff at the reception was very nice and gave me a cup & hot water upon request! Appreciate your hospitality a lot. Negative side: I could easily hear everything that was going on in the nearest rooms & the corridor, so it disturbed me at night. And marvelous breakfast! Eggs, cheese, ham, fruit, and omg pastry....whish they didn't show me these croissants! I wanted to taste them all...
