PPengguna TetamuA Tuscan escape, private villa style experience, great service, very attentive and extremely pleasant staff, great breakfast, lunch and dinner, beautiful pool, landscape, views of hills and city of Florence. Need a car to be able to go anywhere, or be willing to be a bit adventurous and take a public bus that stops nearby on the highway and requires a bus change to go to Florence, but on the way back goes directly to the resort from Florence (you need to learn the name of your stop and tell the bus driver to stop there, as busses only stop if they see people waiting at the stop or if a ypassenger requires it). The busses run every 20-30 min according to the time schedule (you will be given it) and take about 10-15 min to get to and from Piazza dela Liberta in Florence (look it up on Google map). Taxis are always available, will cost about €30 per trip (10-15 min ride). Remember, this is a villa style resort outside of Florence. It was beautiful, we loved it.

- The room size was spacious and appropriate.
- The amenities were not complete; it would be better if there were a refrigerator or some basic kitchen equipment.
- The elevator is quite small and can fit only one person with luggage at a time.

AAisha AbroadNew hotel. I booked as soon as they popped up and glad I did. The entire area has such a great atmosphere. It’s not far from the city center but it’s very peaceful (in the summer at least). Had a terrace and ants came inside the first night. Not shocking. Told the receptionist and got it fixed right away. I did have lunch one day at the restaurant and it was delicious as well as the summer slingshot.
I can probably rave about this hotel stay for awhile. Already told my friends when I come back to Florence, it will be my go to hotel. I was sad leaving. Also, the view. Really, loved staying here.

MmumuziThis stay really surprised me. I was concerned about the facilities would be outdated or the noisy from the rooftop. Turned out none of them were a problem. It's got an vintage looking but the room is clean and the amenities worked fine.
The staffs were super nice and friendly to us and made this trip much easier for me. I would definitely book it again if there's a second time

PPengguna TetamuPros: great location, just a few steps from a few must see of the city. Cons:the noise of morning workers cleaning or making deliveries in the morning (7-8am) and tourist making their way through the alleys and streets to or from hotels, bar, etc. will carry to tour room... maybe disrupting your sleep. Also, if you're going to arrive after the reception closes it can get tricky or stressful as you have to reach out an on-call reception person (in my case it took 3 dials in to hear from them, I got delayed 20min. on the road and the person left and have to call again). The lock of my room and for the constant slamming of doors rooms seem to be a bit tricky to operate. Finally, the safe in my room was looked at my arrival, so I couldn't use it. Not the best value and wouldn't recommend it.

HHappyhippooThe hotel is located near Central Station, just a 5-10 minute walk away. Across a small path from the hotel is the Central Market, and it takes about 20 minutes on foot to reach the Florence Cathedral (Duomo), the historic old town, and the museum. The rooms are clean and quiet. Highly recommended!

Room had a great balcony (4th floor). Bathroom very clean, but shower was small. TV was badly positioned and limited programs due to weak signal. No English news channel. Extremely convenient for station and city sites. I would stay there again.

PPengguna TetamuThe food, people, and location are really nice. However, the facilities are old. The door frame of the toilet suddenly dropped off and nearly hurt my friend. I hope they can improve them.
Also, it is very safe for ladies to stay. The location is quiet and safe even at night. Although there isn't any elevator, the staff are friendly to help you to put your luggage to your room.
