非常不一般的旅行體驗，位置緊挨聖母百花大教堂，房間寬敞明亮舒適，從窗户可以看到大教堂的穹頂，房間高高的層間距，使屋頂壁畫顯得華麗壯觀。

I've stayed here several times and this visit was excellent like the past. it is not a full service hotel so don't expect that. Rooms are very nice. This time we stayed in the apartment because it was the only space available. We didn't need the kitchen but certainly convenient. The location is great. Nice to walk about the duomo when people have dispersed at night.

Location is second to none. Room was good and spacious, clean and had all that we needed. Reception staff polite and helpful, Only daily service / cleaning was not done, no coffee refilling, no tidying up or towel replacements (or asking if we needed) hence 4 not 5 stars. But overall a good stay.

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights... lovely place comfortable beds spacious rooms very very clean ... bathroom big enough too... staff on arrival and throughout our stay we're friendly and good English... this hotel/apartment is very central to everything... which is a big bonus.... if we go back to florence we will stay here again...

The location is excellent and the room is very clean and quiet. Beds were big and comfy. It’s very basic, so if you’re looking for a boutique-y vibe or somewhere a bit fancy, probably not the best. Worked out well for us since we literally used it to sleep and shower. Only negative was our shower was super small and flooded everytime.

I stayed in October, as part of a mother-daughter trip through Italy. Although the room was clean and comfortable for our 3-night stay, it was located in a mezzanine only accessed by using the emergency stairs. As my mother is over 70 and has a minor back problem, we asked several times to be moved to a different room: the front desk never accommodated this request. The bathroom also presented some issues; the shower only maintains hot water for about 5 minutes (we had to wait an hour in between showers) and there was a persistent smell of sewer that reeked into the room. On the day we left there was no one to help us with our luggage, and the front office lady told us to ask the cleaning staff to give us a hand climbing up the stairs with our suitcases. As we weren’t able to find them, and we had a train to catch, I had to do it myself which ended up hurting my back. Even though the location is fantastic, just steps from the Duomo, museums, and shops, I wouldn’t come back to this establishment. If you already made a reservation and you have any mobility limitations, my suggestion would be to make sure not to be sent to the mezzanine rooms as they are a pain to deal with.
