So I don’t normally leave reviews unless out of State and good but since I was asked to I will the people on check in check out were very friendly however I was not overly impressed with the housekeeping they did not even take the dirty towels and washcloths out while I was there and replace them with new I had to go ask for them and I heard a guy complaining about them not cleaning his room so that definitely needs addressed I would stay here again if it was convenient for me

One of the most budget friendly hotel in Colorado Springs. Room is very clean and cozy. It is newly renovated and the front desk is super nice and helpful. The only thing is they have a very basic breakfast with waffles and juices which we didn't mind. Overall a great experience.

Loved the location & how clean & big our room was!

Suka kawasan dan lokasi. Dekat dengan segalanya. Satu-satunya bahagian yang saya kecewa ialah kolam renang dan tab mandi panas ditutup atas apa jua sebab. 10 nice location, clean, courteous services.

The hotel was a nice place to stay for one overnight. The check in was easy and not much information provided by the staff. The room was a king bed and a nice sized room. Everything in the room looked new and a large TV was nice. There was medium sized refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. I was on the 3rd floor and there was no ice machine, only on the 2/4 floors. There is an airport shuttle but only on Monday - Friday, which I didn't like. Next door is another Holiday Inn and they have an airport shuttle, but same thing only Monday - Friday. I think it would make sense to have 7 day shuttles with overlapping days so they could have 7-days a week coverage, that would be my suggestion. Would be higher ratings in my opinion if they had 7 days. The breakfast wasn't much and a to go grab bag. Again, I understand this isn't a 5 star place. The room was nice though, Holiday you are almost there but not quite.
