Hotel terbaik di Franklin Park

Mechanical issues with a flight caused me to be stuck in chicago for 20 hours. American Airlines put me up in this BW hotel. 1) I didn’t know, but I had to call to get the shuttle sent to pick me up. Fine. 2) needs a new shuttle. That van was a disaster and missing a seat belt and very dirty. Driver was so nice! (Though, it was easy to tell someone was a smoker.. I put a mask on from the smell) 3) lobby needs an update pretty badly. The elevator area and hallways need some new carpet and some better lighting. It felt dingy, but not sketchy. 4) great staff! The gentleman at the front desk made sure I got booked for a shuttle to get back to the airport early in the am. Then he changed out the batteries in my tv remote. Other we’re out and about cleaning and trying to make the entrance less slippery from the rain and ice. 5) location wise, it would have been a 45-60 minute taxi ride to downtown area so I stayed in. I used Uber eats and order a bunch of local food to just hunker down for the night since the weather was cr*p. 6) my double Queen room was fine! Decent and comfy enough. Very clean bathroom and a good setup. Fridge and microwave, coffee and tv. The bed is fine, but I’m pretty picky with mattresses haha I felt safe in my room and the outlets in the lamp worked. Comfortable temperature. Breakfast starts at 6, but my shuttle will leave at 5:30 so I won’t get to try it. The overhead other guests in the lobby say breakfast was good!

Good atmosphere and clean. The room was really large with a lower price. When they say don't judge a book by its cover, this applies to this wonderful hotel. The service, the staff and the management go to the extended level to ensure that you are satisfied and happy. This is my home when I am in Chicago.

The place was really great for the travelers who’s going to take planes. However, the price was quite expensive compare to its quality. Good for the airport users.

Location close to airport, staff are nice and helpful.

There is no shuttle from the airport and trip does not include the telephone number to the hotel. Breakfast is dry cereal and no hot water for instant coffee. I had to take a taxi at airport to get there and with no telephone number of the hotel almost one hour to get there 45 dollars for the taxi making this no Bragin. stay somewhere else unless you have a car until trip.com gets there act together. In the morning I had to take city pubic bus to station,

Staff are helpful and smile all the time, location close with airport and all guest is same condition, to have a clean bed and rest, nothing else and they don’t let you down, check in is fast and quick. Good for this type of traveller

i see ”dirty” and ”poor” as titles of other reviews of this motel, and that pretty much describes it. while the room was neat and clean, the exterior was messy and unkempt, burnt out and flashing lights. and the service could be charitably described as mediocre. further, there were train whistles blowing late into the night, starting again in early AM. not the motel's fault - but contributed to a bad experience.

Shuttle service was great. Shirley, the driver, was so kind and helpful. If I need any hotel around O’Hare in future, I will most definitely book again.
