It's a bit outside of Hakata station but it's still within a walkable distance. Rental bike right behind the hotel. Breakfast was nice.

Hotel was nice and comfortable. Loved the free drinks at their top floor.

Good spa onsen , nice comfortable room , amazing lounge view of fukuoka. We could even see planes landing and taking off . Several options of coffee, tea and non alcoholic drinks in a very beautiful decorated lounge . Location is approximately 20 minutes walk from the train station . Breakfast is good and nice variety of food . Good price and nice place

The hotel is 10 minutes away from the subway station, which is a bit far if you are pushing luggage.

Hotel is new, just quite far from jr. can visit again next time.

They ask you to purchase breakfast of 1800 yen per pax but the buffet is very limited . Service js bad . Early check in ask for 8000 yen

Other than smaller rooms, overall experience is still ok. However, carpark only available for normal saloon cars; all other bigger size vehicles must park public carpark.

Stayed for 4 nights in the end of December. Location wise this is quite a walk from Hakata station Chikushi exit, around 10-13 minutes depending on walking speed. I visited in December and thus the walk was not that bad but during summer I don't think it is ideal. However, if you do not feel like walking, you can take the local bus from Hakata station bus terminal and alight opposite the hotel. Coincidentally, the same bus/buses also go to the Lalaport Mall if you are thinking of visiting it like I did. In terms of the room, it is small but sufficient for 2 people. One complaint I do have is that the water heater takes quite some time to heat up. Bed was comfy and pillows were decent. You can request for pillows at the front desk if required. For breakfast, options were rather limited but taste wise, it is excellent. Definitely go for the Danish Pastry and Croissants and put them into the toaster. There is a free onsen for guests who want to use but I did not try it. There is also a free drink bar where you can get cafe type coffee and soft drinks on level 14 so do make use of it. Overall, a decent stay and will recommend it if nearer hotels are not available or more expensive.

Hotel is a bit of distance from Hakata station. Only 1 luggage stand but will provide a second luggage stand if you ask for it. Luggage storage is put on the racks in front of the counter at your own risk unless you bring your own locks. Room for twin sharing is a bit small for 2 users.

The hotel is quite new but a bit far from the station. There is a free drink service at night. The hot bath is always crowded.

Despite they are around 1.2km walking distance from the station, I loveeeee this place. They have free onsen and drinks on the top floor for their hotel guests. Really clean place too. Would highly recommend to anyone. Free luggage storage available as well :)

stayed 2 nights. 10min walk to Hakata station which is acceptable. enjoyed the in-room private bath.
