性價比的神！！比酒店舒服多了！！ 房東姐姐也超級有耐心！！ 入住前可以給房東致電，會收到入住貼士～ 🚗交通很方便！ 肉眼可見的福州南站，不到十分鐘就到地鐵口，1號線基本到所有的景點啦！（去了煙台山&上下杭） 🍚不愁吃！ 樓下有很多店，還有夜市小攤！特別有煙火氣！ 福州特色冰飯！給我點！！！！ 🏠跟放的圖一毛一樣！（原諒我沒有來得及拍） 乾淨又安靜！特別喜歡！ 房東很貼心！（有一次性浴巾、毛巾、洗衣液） 晚上回去美美打開投影看劇嘿嘿 本來是出差，後來還是定了民宿，很愜意！感謝！！

Only because there was nothing else available in this area during the holidays. The first room they put me in smelled like a locker room (so did the hallway) and it was moldy. There was noise from early morning till late because it was right next to the staff's storage. Changing the room after the first night wasn't an issue though, although the new room was right next to the old one, which didn't solve the latter. I'm not a picky person and I stayed in all kinds of hotels in China but this was rather one of the most unpleasant ones... Positve is to mention is, that they ”fixed” the first room right the day after! At least they try. You can give it a try, if you're on a budget and want a good location.

自助入住，房東姐姐也服務也很周到，也有阿姨來幫忙收拾垃圾，房間的布置很溫馨，什麼生活用品都有，投影儀也很大，下麪就是閩江不管是早上還是晚上都很漂亮，樓下就是萬達真的很方便，獃著都不想出去了，第一次來福州住的民宿，初印象真的很好👍🏻，還有就是旁邊就是公交車站，真的無可挑剔！誇誇房東姐姐！

酒店一般般了 而且那wifi我感覺我都連不上 信號太差了！！！！來長樂看遊神的 剛到的那天晚上就有的看 真的是非常不錯 明年還會繼續來長樂看遊神的！！！

廁所的天花板有個大洞，大晚上十點半還有敲門的聲音，一直問裏面有沒有人，説實話，有點恐怖。早上7點就有裝修聲音，也不知道是哪裡的聲音。而且吹風機也是壞的，根本就用不了，衣服弄濕了想吹一下都沒辦法。

每次出差福州都是住這邊，房間很乾凈，住着舒適，升級了一米八的大床，一個人躺着都能打滾，出行交通方便，老闆服務態度很好，很晚找他拿洗衣粉也送過來，房間有洗衣機，還有小廚房，價格實惠，出差的不二選擇
