Stayed for one night at the Smart Hotel, Garnizon in Wrzeszcz, Pomorskie, Gdańsk in Poland. The hotel is conveniently located very near about 8-10 minute walk to the Wrzeszcz Train Station where you have easy access to the trains, trains to from both airport as well as SKM regional trains to from Sopot, Gdynia, etc. The largest shopping center in Gdańsk as well as the whole Trójmiasto (Tri-City - Gdańsk-Sopot-Gdynia) area - the Galeria Bałtycka - is right across the street of the hotel, approximately 5 minute walk from the hotel entrance, right outside the mall is also many bus stops and a tram stop. The hotel location is on the outskirts in the completely new built residential area neighbourhood of Garnizon - built on the grounds of the old military grounds "Garnizon" that used to be there and there are many newly built residential houses nearby with a lot of amenities, restaurants, several convince Żabka stores in close vicinity as well as a Lidl Supermarket close by. You also are right by the major street Aleja Grunwaldzka which offers easy access to from downtown Gdańsk which is a 45 minute walk from or perhaps 12 minute car drive. The huge business and industrial area neighbourhood of Oliwa is also really nearby and an approximate 15 minute walk to all the major business high rise buildings, etc. The hotel room I was assigned was on the third floor with a view to the back which offered a far view of both the onramp to the highway as well as an outlook of the skyline of the Garnizon neighbourhood. Despite the close proximity of the highway there was no disturbance or noice pollution. The room was just the right size for up to two persons just right and cosy. There was two complimentary bottles of "Żywiec Zdrój" brand mineral water on the desk just as well as a kettle and complimentary "Nescafé" instant coffee pouches and complimentary "London Prestige" brand tea bags also on the full size desk and desk chair. French balcony in the room. Comfortable double bed. Separate bathroom and shower room with two sinks in the room futuristically designed separated by the entrance of the room which was a cool design move. The bathroom had exclusive soap, body wash, conditioner, shampoo by the "Connice & Nielsen" brand in the "fruity delight" scent. Nice and fresh interior with wooden panels and cool. Clean and well maintained. There was a standard size wall mounted flat screen "LG" brand Smart-TV with several TV-channels in many European languages and a huge selection of domestic Polish TV-channels plus great connectivity with your own device or smartphone via Chromecast/Miracast/AirPlay, etc, and in combination with the very fast and stable and consistent WiFi it was a really nice and very much appreciated feature. The hotel is very good and convenient for business as well as leisure guests, the close proximity to the Oliwa business park and industrial area and the great accessibility to the train station and thereby both easy access to So

Situated in the mid town area within easy walk of Gdansk Wrzeszcz train station and Galeria Baltycka tram stop .Check-in quick and easy staff very helpful ,room compact but had everything u need for a few nights stay .A iron or hairdryer can be borrowed from reception . Very clean throughout Locally plenty of shopping and places to eat easy access to main sights and beach by public transport .Metropolia shopping centre behind the train station has a good food hall its on the top floor and a cinema I would use this hotel again if in the area it offers good value

I stayed here for 3 nights. Great location and close to public transport. A restaurant and shopping mall just walk a way. Breakfast is simple and good, but it can have a variety as you get bored eating the same menu every day. Staff is polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel. One suggestion: There should be an intercom in every room. So that guests can talk to staff easily.
