I hav an amazing stay at G Hotel Gurney,thank you for upgrading my stay to executive suite with no extra charge.I truly enjoy my stay there.The attractive spots also nearby,walking distance to Gurney Plaza and Paragon mall.My trip truly a memorable one 🫶✈️❤️

Room was quite large, and minibar is free Many famous food and snack in the mall beside the hotel, beryls, oriental, eureka, famous amos and etc

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! The pool, the room, and the mall are all just 3 minutes away. You can step out of the hotel, take the elevator, and everything is super convenient, no matter which way you go. You should definitely try the durian next door, it's amazing! When you go to the beach, remember to search for the Starbucks at Tingyi branch.

I had an excellent stay at G Hotel Gurney in the Executive Suite. The suite was spacious, modern, and beautifully maintained, with a comfortable bed and a great view. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Penang. The hotel’s location is fantastic, right next to Gurney Plaza and within walking distance of many popular eateries. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to assist, making the entire stay even more enjoyable. The Executive Lounge was a great addition, offering a quiet and comfortable space to unwind with complimentary refreshments. Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide selection of local and international dishes. Overall, everything from the room quality to the service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely choose G Hotel Gurney again on my next visit to Penang and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Positive -have requested for a connecting room， and hotel arranged the connecting room for us. The buffer restaurant got a nice view, but not our room, Negative - we were allocated the room could see the opposite building closely, means other buildings could see us as well. No privacy at all. Rooms getting a bit dated The rubbish bin not clean up every day We haven't been notified there was a short renovation upstairs in the afternoon, we were taking rest at the hotel by that time. The worse is after we come back from dinner, the light at the corridor and in our room all dark. This is the first time I experienced all night off in my hotel room. The manager told me that because we switched off the main switch, and made both rooms light off. Do you think it is possible for us even turn off the corridor light and another room night? In fact, we never turn off the light.

The hotel is just beside Gurney Plaza. It is very convenient. The check in staff served with a smile and offer ice cream for 13 of us upon arrival. Room was clean and big.Min bar was free and replenished everyday. We send 16 pieces for laundry but it came back 10 pieces. The remaining pieces came back after we called them. It left stains on my clothes.

clean, nice hotel. always my 1st choice when i travel to penang.

The location is quite congested, but luckily it's right next to a mall, so we could easily grab a bite to eat anytime. The drainage system in the room's toilet was very poor. We reported it to the front desk, but the issue wasn't resolved, and we didn't receive any proper explanation from them. For over 500 Malaysian Ringgit a night, it didn't feel worth it. The only redeeming quality was the beautiful view from the lounge.

Exceeded expectations! Very good location linked to Gurney Plaza and lots of food options along the streets. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Basic amenities are provided including bedroom slippers, toothbrush, cotton pad, etc. Buffet breakfast has good variety. Would be returning to this property the next time I’m in Penang.

Location: Right between two malls, and about a 20-minute taxi ride to the Mural Street. The location is quite convenient. Hotel Facilities: It's not very convenient for drying clothes, as there's no space for it. Everything else was great, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, it was pretty good.

The hotel is super convenient, right next to Gurney Plaza, making it easy to grab food and go shopping. On the first day of the ***** New Year, there was even a lively lion dance performance at noon. The room was incredibly spacious and very clean, plus it had a great sea view. Very satisfied.
