The location of the hotel is really strategic since it is near everything. It also got free parking for the customers. The only disadvantage is the hotel got no heater and electric kettle, so its pretty cold, and you need to use the shower to get hot water.

Great value for money. Right at city centre where you get picked up for hot air balloon too. The hotel can arrange hot air balloons for 130-150 depending on the day (I went end of Sept) . Red and green tours are available to be booked by them too  My room was a bit cold so I used double blankets and breakfast had a bit limited options (eg. Protein was only boiled egg and sausage w sauce … still ok for the price !)

This hotel is amazing—the room is clean, the view is wonderful, and there are lots of adorable cats around. Most importantly, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, which really made me feel warm and cared for.

I booked this cave hotel last minute to wait for the hot air balloon ride, and I was so surprised by how good the value for money was! The hotel is beautiful inside, every casual photo I took had a bit of an Egyptian vibe, haha. They even gave us a room with a terrace, which was really lovely, and sometimes little cats would come visit. Even though there's no air conditioning, Cappadocia in September is quite cool, and it was really comfortable with a gentle breeze coming through the open window.

The staff are friendly. One of them was very helpful when I needed to book a tour. He always checked whether the hot air balloons would fly or not, so I didn’t have to pay in advance. The room was clean and cool—I didn’t even need to use the fan, even though the temperature outside was 38°C. Breakfast was good. One downside was that the internet connection in my room (Room #13) was weak

I stayed in cave hotel. It was a good experience. But no airconditioner, no refregiater. Terrace was very good, it has nice view.

The hotel offers great value for money. Although breakfast is simple, it has everything you need and tastes good. Overall, it's a fantastic option for this price point. Highly recommended.

Cave hotels in Goreme usually only have a few actual cave rooms; the others are independent houses built into the mountainside, with interiors designed to mimic caves. Honestly, it's not very interesting, the conditions are basic, and it's not worth the experience. However, the service at this natural cave hotel was quite good—warm, attentive, and friendly. There's no electric kettle in the room, but there's a large electric hot water dispenser in the lobby, which solves the problem for making tea. The breakfast offers only a few items, enough to fill you up. The view is excellent; you don't need to hike, as you can overlook the entire valley right from the hotel. Parking is also convenient right at the entrance.

Extremely satisfied, highly recommended! The location is great, making it easy to get around. The breakfast spread was also very generous. The owner is incredibly welcoming and hospitable. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Nature Park Cave Hotel was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Cappadocia. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home. The rooms are carved into the rock, giving you a real cave experience without compromising on comfort — cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated with local touches. Breakfast was generous and delicious every morning, with a great variety of local options and fresh ingredients. The location is perfect — walking distance to the main town but quiet enough to enjoy the peace of the area. The rooftop terrace was a fantastic spot to relax and watch the hot air balloons in the early morning sky. The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us with airport transfers, booking tours, and even offering great restaurant recommendations. It felt like staying with family. Highly recommended if you're looking for an authentic, warm, and memorable stay in Cappadocia!

The hotel must be trying to save money because it was about the only hotel that didn't have outside lights on, they kept turning the heater off and we had to, on a daily basis ask them to turn up the heating as the room was cold. Amazingly in the breakfast room they did not have the heating turned on but did have a strip heater near a corner...this corner was used by staff who sat near it to keep warm but guests had to sit in the colder part of the room??? Breakfast was ok but we had to ask staff to put on coffee and the toasted bread was only on the first of the 3 days. They didn't seem to be too pleased we asked for coffee. It was definitely not a warm, cosy retreat after a day out. Do not recommend as there are lots more hotels in the same area. The lady at reception was very helpful as was the other male receptionist.

The cave-like design was unique, and the location was perfectly quiet yet convenient. However, the heating wasn't strong enough, so it was a bit cold.

Lovely stay. The staff were genuinely friendly and the hotel sits in a very convenient spot.
