Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Greater Vancouver

We stayed for 2 nights in early October 2024. We chose the hotel because of the great location. Close to the Seabus since we were in town to attend a concert at Rogers Arena. The views from the Harbour side room were fantastic! The Shipyards area where the hotel is located has some great restaurants and shops. The room was just as advertised. Comfortable and clean. The only complaint I have is with the room service option for breakfast. I don't know if all room service is a self-serve pick up option, or only breakfast. We ordered breakfast after our first night and picked it up as instructed when it was ready. It comes in standard takeout boxes instead of proper plates or cutlery. For what they charge, the meal was definitely not worth it. They also made a number of errors in the order - ham instead of hickory smoked bacon as ordered, eggs over hard instead of over-easy and steak was medium instead of medium rare. For the steak and eggs, they provide you with wooden cutlery which broke as soon as I tried to cut the steak. I suspect the breakfast would have been better had we gone down to dine in the restaurant but I can't confirm as we didn't eat there after the breakfast. So all I can say is either skip the hotel restaurant all together, or at the very least, go down and dine in rather than ordering room service. However, with the other great dining options in the shipyards and lower Lonsdale area, I recommend going out for food instead.

I was only in for 2 nights, but I am full of regret. The room next to the Breakfast room: 1. you have to walk the whole length of the building, because of issues with the key fob this helped me skip leg day. 2. The SMELLS! If you are queasy when you smell old kitchen grease, ask to be moved the second you find out they've stuck you here. 3. The NOISE started at 5am, kitchen staff just doing their job. But they moved something heavy that shook my bed from the vibrations in the floor. There was so much noise as everyone clamors in for that free breakfast all morning. You know folks with kids, it was like they were next to me. Let me move on to the couple with two young boys in the hot tub at 8pm, eating junk food. I told the staff, next day still not cleaned up. Know how I know, gummy bears. The boys melted the gummies on the tiles. Parents didn't clean it up, staff didn't clean it after I told them. The water was gross, but the gummies almost made me laugh because I have been working so long (non-stop for months) I just wanted to relax for a bit and life goes NOPE!! I got in anyway on the second day out of hopelessness, went to the front desk afterwards to complain. Is it ever clean, probably not. Long shower after that I wasn't going to write a bad review. However, Best Western auto-email spam kept reminding me to write a review. Your wish is my command!

The hotel has an excellent location and is reasonably priced, given the high cost of hotels in Vancouver. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and efficient. My room had a great view of the harbour. The location is excellent for public transport (Seabus, Skytrain) and for downtown dining along Robson St.

직원들도 다 친절하시고, 조식 서버분들이 한국인이어서 너무 좋았어요 !! 근데 조식은 좀 많이 짜니까 꼭 덜 짜게 해달라고 부탁하세요 ㅎ

We encountered a really bad arctic blast and we booked the Hilton on a whim as we felt we couldn't continue up the mountain in the dark. Per the TA norm the photos did not match the actual rooms at all. This hotel is terribly dated and is due for a remodel. The restaurant is mediocre and service not great. Bitterly cold temps outside and the entire main lobby floor was absolutely freezing. All of that said, it was clean & comfortable for what we needed. Got a good night's rest and went on our way the next day. Not worth the hefty price tag though.

We went to Canada for business purposes. Each of us had a room on a different floor - I ended up on the 7th floor and a room with a mountain view. A colleague ended up lower and there was already only a view of the shopping center. But these are not aspects of the hotel's rating. I subtract one star for the dry air and buzzing air conditioner in the room. The rest OK. Breakfasts correct, service courteous.

Bersih dan bersih, dengan mesin kopi, selipar, dan lain-lain, daftar masuk pada pukul 15:00, ada ruang untuk kami check-in lebih awal pada pukul 10 pagi. Oleh kerana kesukaran mengendalikan bagasi, kami meminta untuk menukar tingkat pertama ketika kami mendaftar masuk. Kami segera menukar bilik. Kakitangan kaunter penerimaan tetamu sangat bertanggungjawab. Hangat dan baik, menginap di sebuah hotel di Kanada untuk pertama kalinya semasa wabak, pengalaman yang sangat baik, terima kasih!

Bilik 325 katil double: Satu-satunya kekecewaan tentang penginapan adalah cermin dinding bilik dan jam dinding hiasan yang besar. Cermin telah rosak dengan keretakan pada bingkai bawahnya. Mekanisme jam berbunyi tidak cukup senyap, dan menjadi satu-satunya sumber pencemaran bunyi pada waktu malam.

Overall great experience. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms have history and the lobby has a high class ambiance. The valet guys went above and beyond several times. The rooms, while cozy and comfortable, are a bit dated. Not to say things feel old and decrepit, rather you can tell the room hasn’t been updated in some time. Breakfast room service was excellent. Location is central and easy to get to from local hotspots. In-room toiletries were high quality. Bed very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.
