Very Sus looking entrance, traditional ****** on their 4th floor. seems like old apartment with many partition converted to hotel. Blanket is very old and dirty when put over an light. Had a very bad itch on the stay Sound proofing is very bad, can hear next door talking and shower. water sound is very loud, gave me a shock when next door took a shower. Especially this area is night life area, many come back as late as 2-3 AM and take a shower around there. These is loud enough to wake the whole room up. On the bright side, worker is multilingual, helpful and location is walkable to ximending and many metro/bus stations. Again the stay is horrendous Price is similar to other hotel. Would not recommend. There is many Filipino people stay here. It might be a worker hostel

We are highly impressed with the hotel. From the moment we arrived at the hotel till the end of our stay, we felt warm hospitality from every staff. We have originally booked a superior twin bed room and when they saw us with our child, they upgraded us to a family suite and they made sure our son got all the amenities such as a child's Yukata and his own toiletries. USome of the perks of staying here is there is happy hour every day with free flow of wines plus you will also enjoy the facilities at their sister hotel Just Sleep next door for eg. Kids zone and their indoor public hot spring. All in all more than 5 ⭐🌟✨✨, my son told me if we ever come back to Taiwan, please stay at this hotel again!

The room was lovely. The complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice touch, and quite delicious. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. The view from the hotel was pretty. The hot and cold pools are nice, but a bit strange that they close the pools from 12pm-2pm.

We absolutely enjoyed the huge tub with hot spring water in the room. We were also given vouchers to exchange for corn or eggs to cook in the hot spring next door. Room was very clean and overall a cosy stay. Our kids loved it! Breakfast spread was great as well!

From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every staff member was attentive, approachable, and always ready to help, so you never once feel lost or helpless. We were travelling with two elderly family members, and this made all the difference. They felt completely relaxed and safe throughout the stay, knowing they were well taken care of. The air was fresh, the views were stunning, and the hotel itself offered a wide range of entertainment suitable for all ages. Whether you’re here to relax or to enjoy activities, there’s truly something for everyone. It was an amazing experience from start to finish, and without a doubt, a place that is absolutely worth every penny. Highly recommended.

Very spacious room good for family. Have to try the restaurant up the hill with the grill fish and bbq. Hoyle breakfast was very good too

The location and the quality of hot spring are very good but the room was not very clean, especially toilet. I requested front desk to clean it again and they did it soon after and gave me a voucher of Touhwa shop for apologies; however, after all the toilet was still not very clean and stinky a bit. BF was also quite local and changed every other day it was not a proper hotel BF but cooked by local people authentically. I liked it, but again, the hygiene in the canting was poor. No one wiped the tables after the first guest left, and next people seated. consequently, the pros crushed cons so it became even to say good or bad to stay.

Excellent hotel. Very clean. They can have more children’s activities. It’s more suitable for couples. Gym can be improved. They should have at least Yoga mats. Hotel’s hot spring is good. The breakfast is good, dinner is average. Location is average.

Cozy room with private hot spring and great service. It's not far from the train station and main street. They also provide shuttle bus service you can enjoy it. Beside, there is a famous traditional dessert ”soybean pudding” nearby!
