Hotel Hot Springs di Taiwan, China

Very new and very clean hotel. Love the decorations with stuffed animals. Also the big tub for 2 to soak in hot spring water. 5 minutes walk to nearby restaurants and natural spring for public is just opposite the road.

Hotel was diagonally opposite the MRT station, theres bubble tea, fried chicken, supermarket, formosa zhang, watsons...etc. Super convenient! Check in was smooth too. Room was clean with nonstop hotspring dips. Decent spread for breakfast. Worth it!

Excellent hotel. Very clean. They can have more children’s activities. It’s more suitable for couples. Gym can be improved. They should have at least Yoga mats. Hotel’s hot spring is good. The breakfast is good, dinner is average. Location is average.

The hotel staff at breakfast are friendly and helpful. You can select from a menu for hotel breakfast and you can also go to the buffet breakfast. You can enjoy the hot spring bath in your room or in the big public bath in the hotel.

The overall trip was enjoyable, but the hotel definitely needs renovation. The bar felt uninviting—very dark, with only a few tables and no good music, which made the atmosphere quite disappointing. They also charge 200 NTD per person each time to use the sauna, which seems unreasonable. As a hotel guest, I would expect amenities like this to be included. If I have to pay extra for basic facilities, it defeats the purpose of staying at the hotel. Overall, the experience with these aspects was quite frustrating and felt unnecessary.

The hotel was close to the beach and had a hot spring for guests included. All the amenities were sparkling clean and the breakfast had a large selection of local dishes. Not the biggest variety for foreigners but you will get satisfied with what is there. Sadly we had bad weather and it was quite cold. The aircon doesn’t heat so it was pretty cold in the room itself. Busstation was a bit of a walk but manageable. You can also take transfer or cab if you travel with extensive luggage.

Booked a twin room for my mum and MIL. The room was spacious and had a sofa for them to sit or put shopping bags. The beds were big and comfortable for them, though they commented that the toilets seem dusty/stained. The toilet was also full glass and the blinds were on the outside of the toilet which was weird and lowering the blinds over the door made it more difficult to enter.

Reviewing this hotel based on its luxury positioning and pricing. Room was nice with the onsen inside and good cleanliness. Snacks and healthy drinks were provided as well and free of charge. 2 public outdoor onsen areas - one naked area split by gender, one general swimsuit area. Very nice to have a free hot drink after soaking in the onsen. Breakfast had a good spread. Service was decent and friendly but not to the level of most luxury hotels. Note that check out time is rather early but it was not an issue for us as we were heading off to another place. Limited food options for dinner around the area within walking distance, your options are to have the hotel buffet dinner (which is of course more pricey) / 1-2 casual restaurants / convenience store food.

Hotel is very clean and provided many amenities such as slippers in room and whole day complimentary snacks. Hot spring tub in the room is also very clean. Overall, enjoyed the stay in the hotel and would choose to stay in this hotel again.

It’s a decent choice if you need to stay in Taitung, a bit far away (30 min) from the city Question is why would you stay in Taitung for leisure? I could not answer that question after that stay Dinner is very limited in choice but served fast Hopefully you don’t care too much about breakfast or what food you eat at breakfast and you’ll be fine. Cannot really complain about the place, it’s as good as it gets in this area.
