Very Sus looking entrance, traditional ****** on their 4th floor. seems like old apartment with many partition converted to hotel. Blanket is very old and dirty when put over an light. Had a very bad itch on the stay Sound proofing is very bad, can hear next door talking and shower. water sound is very loud, gave me a shock when next door took a shower. Especially this area is night life area, many come back as late as 2-3 AM and take a shower around there. These is loud enough to wake the whole room up. On the bright side, worker is multilingual, helpful and location is walkable to ximending and many metro/bus stations. Again the stay is horrendous Price is similar to other hotel. Would not recommend. There is many Filipino people stay here. It might be a worker hostel

We are highly impressed with the hotel. From the moment we arrived at the hotel till the end of our stay, we felt warm hospitality from every staff. We have originally booked a superior twin bed room and when they saw us with our child, they upgraded us to a family suite and they made sure our son got all the amenities such as a child's Yukata and his own toiletries. USome of the perks of staying here is there is happy hour every day with free flow of wines plus you will also enjoy the facilities at their sister hotel Just Sleep next door for eg. Kids zone and their indoor public hot spring. All in all more than 5 ⭐🌟✨✨, my son told me if we ever come back to Taiwan, please stay at this hotel again!

The room was lovely. The complimentary snacks and drinks were a nice touch, and quite delicious. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent. The view from the hotel was pretty. The hot and cold pools are nice, but a bit strange that they close the pools from 12pm-2pm.

We absolutely enjoyed the huge tub with hot spring water in the room. We were also given vouchers to exchange for corn or eggs to cook in the hot spring next door. Room was very clean and overall a cosy stay. Our kids loved it! Breakfast spread was great as well!

From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every staff member was attentive, approachable, and always ready to help, so you never once feel lost or helpless. We were travelling with two elderly family members, and this made all the difference. They felt completely relaxed and safe throughout the stay, knowing they were well taken care of. The air was fresh, the views were stunning, and the hotel itself offered a wide range of entertainment suitable for all ages. Whether you’re here to relax or to enjoy activities, there’s truly something for everyone. It was an amazing experience from start to finish, and without a doubt, a place that is absolutely worth every penny. Highly recommended.

這次比較晚入住 櫃檯之前幫忙延後退房至下午兩點 在房間能直接泡湯很方便舒服 美中不足是浴室淋浴空間稍有污垢  蓮蓬頭掛不上去這點比較困擾 早餐很滿意 尤其是麵包跟果醬 果醬很好吃 即時在餐期快結束的時間 食物都還是有補上 但熟食部分溫度方面可在多留意

GGuest User1. Misleading Entrance Signage Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable. 2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside? 3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues. As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight. We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of: - Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance - Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival - Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future. GGuest UserI found some small black debris after the water came out of the bathtub in the room. I'm not sure if it was in the pool or in the water. I still saw it after the water ran out and was replayed. The overall visual of the room was very comfortable and clean. Maybe my skin is more sensitive and I still felt a little itchy caused by dust mites, but I still slept well until dawn. It was nice to relax and have a good rest in a natural environment. For meals, we had hotpot in the evening and breakfast in the morning. Both were average. There were not many styles but they were enough. The attitude of the service staff was very good!

VvincentliuwhThe location is excellent. Turn right out of the hotel and it's a one or two-minute walk to a bustling commercial street, and only 6 minutes on foot to the popular Yishunxuan bakery. It's convenient for getting around yet relatively quiet. The hotel exterior is grand, and the lobby offers complimentary drinks and snacks. It shares outdoor hot springs and a bathhouse with Just Sleep. The R floor has a fantastic regular-temperature swimming pool and two hot spring pools with great views. However, I wasn't a fan of the hotel's interior design. While the guest rooms are quite spacious, the layout felt cramped and stuffy. This is because the hot spring tub is located right by the window facing outside, and to ensure privacy, lattices have been installed, making it less open and airy. There's an air purifier in the room. Breakfast is on the 11th floor; the food is decent, but all the windows are completely covered by beige mesh screens. Only a little light can get through, so you have to turn on the lights even during the day, which isn't a great experience. The service attitude was very enthusiastic. The public bathhouse is small and the facilities are average. The outdoor hot springs are suitable for kids to play in. Overall, the value for money is just average.

AAbby KuoThe room was clean and spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel is ideally located in Shuishe, a stop for the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle, offering convenient transportation while still being quiet. It's just a 10-minute walk to the Sun Moon Lake Visitor Center where you can catch the Taiwan Tourist Shuttle and the round-the-lake bus. Since there aren't many shops or food stalls in Shuishe at night, we chose a room package that included dinner. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style at the hotel, allowing us to relax and enjoy, offering great value for money. The in-room bathtub was perfect for a hot soak, which was very convenient. The service was excellent, and both my friend and I were very satisfied. We'd be happy to book this hotel again next time.

GGuest UserOverall, I was quite disappointed. Right from check-in, the staff couldn't find my reservation, and they even asked for my surname in English, and the number and gender of guests, which was a bit odd. I noticed a lot of things because I was waiting for my luggage in the lobby for a very long time. The seating area around the art installation in the lobby was dusty, especially the back rows, and the outdoor area was full of fallen leaves. While I was busy with my child and family arranging crafts, my luggage had already been taken to the room. When I realized I needed my carry-on bag, the staff said they would retrieve it from the room for me (we hadn't even checked into the room yet). I had a carry-on with my child's daily essentials, and my child needed to use the restroom. So, we waited in the lobby for that bag for nearly 20 minutes. Regarding the other facilities, the welcome tea was incredibly simple. The window in our room had large water stains on the glass (I initially thought it was fog). Below our room, there was an area with weeds and what looked like abandoned moss, which felt out of place. It seemed like the most effort the hotel put in was the gardening, and I couldn't understand why this particular area existed; it was a huge contrast. Considering all meal costs are extra, it really didn't offer good value for money at all. The food, however, was very good, and the laundry service was a plus. All the staff members were friendly and welcoming. If the room rates were lower, I might consider revisiting. But if the prices and facilities remain as they are, I won't be returning.

IImpedanc3Hotel Double One is located deeper inside the Xinbeitou district, in which the hotel provides a shuttle service to Xinbeitou MRT station (Nearby sushi express). Rooms are slightly dated but it is still comfortable. Staff are really friendly and nice, which made the stay memorable.

SsorloMy family and I stayed at the Yun Estate Hotel this past December, and we had a truly lovely time. Nestled in a quiet area, the hotel offers the perfect sense of serenity and escape from the usual hustle and bustle. The absolute highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the accommodation. The room was incredibly spacious, but the game-changer was the private in-room hot spring. It provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all of us, and the kids absolutely loved splashing around in the warm water. We opted to have breakfast delivered to our room, which was a convenient and nice touch in theory. The presentation of the food was absolutely beautiful but it looked way better than it tasted, unfortunately. While the meal wasn't bad, the flavor didn't quite match the high standard of the presentation. For the little ones, the hotel is a dream. There is a playroom where they can watch movies, as well as a mini race track where they can drive electric cars. To top it off, the unlimited supply of drinks and snacks was a huge hit with them, making the stay feel extra special. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and are already looking forward to returning in the near future. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing retreat.

GGuest UserMy first stay at Yamagata Hotel was fantastic. The two security guards at the entrance were incredibly friendly and welcoming, instantly putting me at ease and lifting my spirits. From the front desk staff to the restaurant servers, housekeeping, and cleaning crew, you could truly feel the meticulous and thoughtful service throughout Yamagata Hotel. The mini-bar and snacks in the room were all complimentary, which was a very generous touch! The hot spring bathtub in every room is huge and incredibly comfortable to soak in – you don't even need to leave the room! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality accommodation experience. It's definitely worth a return visit.
