I brought up 90 people in a group for WGI. I have been coming here for 11 years and it’s always easy and we get taken care of!! Ken the manager is amazing and so helpful and caring!!! Room are always refreshed and comfortable and we never have a problem with our 25 plus rooms we always get! It’s one item I always know I’ll not have to worry about!! Stayed while attending Hanvention in Xenia. Older tired property typical of many off brand budget motels. Room was reasonably clean & adequate with fridge, microwave, wifi for our 3 day stay. Staff was pleasant & helpful. Parking was free & easy. Pleasantly surprised by decent small local places to eat nearby.

Great place to stay, comfortable beds and pillows. Have stayed here multiple times and staff is always really nice and helpful. Clean towel’s daily is always a plus. Will stay here again and again when I am in town

The front door was very dirty. You had to open it up, not automatic. This is very hard to do when you have a cart. When we were given the keys, the sleeve was so used. The room was decent. Breakfast was just basic. No laundry machines. The only thing good I can say is the water pressure was out of this world! Glad I only stayed 1 night.
