Hotel Bilbao dengan Gim

Excelente atención y servicio. Se desviven por hacer que la estadía sea lo más placentera posible. En la recepción nos asesoraron muy bien sobre que hacer en la ciudad, medios de transporte y recomendaciones en general. La ubicación es inmejorable Definitivamente volveríamos a repetir este hotel.

I thought the sauna was included in our stay that’s why I booked the hotel. When I’ve mentioned it to the staff about not having an additional cost to it when you book online, they told me is part of the spa . This is very confusing as if it was part of the spa why mentioning it and not including it in the spa section . Spa and sauna are not the same and if it’s a cost to it , that should be mentioned. Anything else was amazing . Also they don’t have a separate cost to the sauna only ! I just wanted to use the gym and the sauna , no spa though! There was no possibility to book the sauna without the spa. It’s like 20 euros per acces not per day which I thought it’s a rip off especially when you are already booked with the hotel and you’ve paid for your room! Again staff showed no flexibility , it was either pay for something you won’t use or you don’t get it! Ended up not booking it because I did not want to use the spa , and I thought it was a lot of money (20 euros) to pay for 15 min use of sauna only.

Hotel é ótimo. Agora comprar aqui é mt complicado. Pedi cama extra e paguei por isso. Quando la cheguei o quarto n podia ter cama extra. Ainda por cima tinha duas camas quando pedi king size. Nem sei onde reclamar isto??

El hotel es una maravilla, los trabajadores muy correctos y amables con nosotras en todo momento. La limpieza de las habitaciones inmejorable. Y atención en todo momento. Lo recomiendo 100%!! Muy cerca de las conexiones de tranvía y bus, aunque caminando son unos 15-20 minutos hasta el casco viejo.

The location is great in the central city around many good restaurants. Nice welcome service with drinks although I was allocated accessible room.

It's a nice hotel. Everything you need is there. Good city part around. But the devil was hidden in the details. 1) Upon checking in, I discovered hair from a trimmed beard in the shampoo holder on the sink (while I was yelling and running around in circles my partner had just rinsed it off). 2) Centuries of dust on the shelf and TV. 3) The clock on March 01, 2024 is still set one hour ahead. at 8:40pm I get dressed and run out to a meeting by 9pm. which as it later turns out will be in 1.20 minutes. Answer: the technician is no longer at the hotel today, we will let him know. March 04, 2024, at the time of our departure, the clock is still showing the wrong time. And I thought: ”ok we can live with that”. BUT 3) The room is hot, it's really hot. We Germans and so used to sleep at +17 degrees at night (save money energy and its healthy))). Also my the partner does not tolerate the heat at all (Also if you have age changes or something else... It could be horror). The answer from the hotel: ”It's winter, the air conditioner only works for heating”. This we find out after we have been ”cooling” for a day and a half (but the hotel description has 138 rooms with air conditioning!?). 4) We get a fan to cool down. 5) I discover that the sheets are 50 percent and the pillows are 52 percent synthetic. ((at this point, I realize why they are so sweaty and sweltering to sleep in. I know its subjective). This hotel recived 3 out of 5 in my rating. P.S.: The glasses were not washed perfectly (it's just gazpacho, not oil paint and black tea) The toilet paper holder is positioned so that you hit it with your butt every time you sit down on the toilet, and when you sit down it rests on your chest

lovely experience at the Autograph, staff was really friendly and the location was perfect - you could walk to many places. there are food available in the late night in the vicinity as well. the rooftop bar has a great view for an afternoon cerveza! room was comfortable and had sufficient space for 2 person.

這次去bilbao的摘🌟之旅 訂了這家套房 不得不説北部的酒店性價比真的太高了 訂了套房 不僅客廳很大 有轉角陽台也很棒 雖然到的那天是雨天 風景真的我還是很好 設施：水吧枱小食品質很全 浴室有淋雨也有浴缸 衞生：非常很乾凈 畢竟是新的酒店 環境：我的套房在六樓 因為七樓是餐廳所有有點吵 我們朋友另外一間房在四樓很安靜 服務：服務生都很熱情 我晚上做了個spa 非常👌

Good location, easy to get everywhere of interest just by walking. Staff were lovely, warm, friendly and helpful. Good sized room and bathroom, but there was a massive pillar right in the middle of the room which was quite awkward. Had the room at the start of the corridor near the lifts so it was a bit noisy at times. No tea or coffee facilities in room, which feels like a bit of a basic. Went out for breakfast rather than use the hotel facilities as there's plenty of options about. Only there for 2 nights so didn't seem worth kicking up a fuss about any stuff. OK for overnight but not a long stay from what I saw.

Una gozada el personal muy amable y nos recomendaron dónde ir a comer y visitar desde el minuto 1. Fuimos al concierto de Metallica y llegamos en menos de 3 minutos caminando.
