Hotel Tulum dengan Gim

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya! Everything has been absolutely perfect—the breathtaking nature, the abundance of wildlife, and the top-notch food and drinks. This is the kind of place we could happily return to again and again.

Family of four (including 2 teens) stayed at the Conrad in room 3307 for one week. We had an ocean-view, 2 Queen room and opted for the Ceiba Club. The room was one of the better-sized and laid-out rooms we have enjoyed on vacation. The facilities were fantastic and we enjoyed the activities offered throughout our time here. The gym was never busy and the daily activities we found to be accessible. The bay in front offered very good snorkeling with several large reefs that held many schools of interesting fish. We also saw rays of various sizes out there too, which was exciting. Beach chairs were always available, which was a surprise, as we read that it could be problematic. Food and drink at the Ceiba Club were worth the extra cost. We lived out that the first several days that the resort wasn't busy, so Ceiba offered à la carte food from the restaurants. We also benefited from Hilton Gold status, so we were able to rotate two of our family through the amazing breakfast buffet at Arbolea. We had dinners at Marakea (Mediterranean) and Autor (Michelin Mexican restaurant). Both were good, but Autor stood out. Would return for sure.

I honestly don’t understand how this hotel calls itself a 5-star property. My whole experience here was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. Service is absolutely terrible. Nobody helps you with anything, reception doesn’t care, and every time you call the front desk or concierge, nobody answers the phone. Zero hospitality. Food was honestly disgusting. Nothing fresh, no flavor, very low quality. Drinks taste like water — literally no alcohol. Even the cups and glasses in restaurants were dirty. It feels completely unacceptable for a resort that is supposed to be luxury. We also had a very unpleasant situation with the membership “presentation” scam. They invited us to a “lunch to learn about the brand,” but in reality, it turned into a pushy timeshare-style sales pitch. None of this was explained honestly beforehand. When we complained, the front desk staff was rude and dismissive, as if this is normal. On top of that, I forgot my dress in the room. They admitted they found it, but for two days they ignored me, didn’t contact me back, and didn’t send it. I kept calling and messaging, and still no response. This shows how bad the communication and customer care truly is. After during checkout they asked us to sign the paper that we have no problem with the hotel and requested we write a good review about them. Ridiculous. Overall, this hotel is not worth the money, not even close to 5-star standards, and definitely not the luxury experience they advertise. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, honest, and professionally managed resort.

The hotel is pretty and clean, I can tell it’s newly opened. But the staffs definitely needed more training. The pool is pretty small, you can’t really swim in there. The jacuzzi was out of service, they don’t provide towel at the pool, even if you asked, they said they were going to get it but they never came back. Service is poor I would say.

Beautifully designed boutique hotel. Had a lovely large and clean room. Swimming pool is gorgeous but could use a few scoops to remove the fallen leaves. Staff shined bright by their absence, breakfast at 8.00 didn't happen but much later... Beach club offer is not really free, and needs a self paid taxi service. I ended up going to the beach on own regards. The seaweed was huge, so all this together made me relocate to other places. Non refundable hotel so be aware!

We were very satisfied with our family stay at Holiday Inn Tulum. The pool-view room was a good base for our three nights in Tulum, and the hotel had the facilities our group needed during the trip. The stay fit our itinerary well and was a comfortable place to return to after exploring the area. Overall, a positive experience for a family visit to Tulum.

Kami mempunyai pengalaman hebat keseluruhan selama 7 hari kami menghabiskan masa di Hotelito Azul! Kami pergi dengan pasangan lain dan masing-masing tinggal di Suite Oceanfront (kami berada di atas mereka, mereka di aras bawah). Bilik-bilik adalah bersih dan luas. Penyimpanan pakaian yang agak terhad tetapi kami membuat yang terbaik dari unit rak/gantung yang disediakan. Mandi adalah mimpi. Perkhidmatan pembantu rumah membersihkan bilik kami setiap hari dan melakukan kerja yang hebat! Kami menyukai hidangan yang ditinggalkan di bantal kami setiap hari. AC adalah milik anda untuk mengawal. Satu cabaran yang kami hadapi yang perlu diperbaiki adalah kekurangan permaidani di dalam bilik. Anda berjalan melalui pasir untuk sampai ke bilik anda dan ya, ada baldi air untuk dibilas sebelum masuk namun kami terdesak untuk mendapatkan permaidani kecil di luar atau hanya sesuatu di tepi atau kaki katil untuk membersihkan pasir sebelum mendapat atas katil. Menariknya, rakan-rakan kami di tingkat bawah mempunyai pelari yang hebat di kaki katil mereka jadi mungkin hanya konsisten dengan itu akan membuat perbezaan yang besar! Anda bangun ke bakul comel dengan kopi setiap pagi dan mereka akan mengisi semula air minuman anda seberapa banyak yang anda perlukan di dalam bilik. Kami tidak boleh mengatakan perkara yang cukup baik tentang kakitangan. Anda berkomunikasi dengan mereka melalui What'sApp yang menawarkan respons pantas kepada sebarang soalan atau kebimbangan atau semasa memesan makanan/minuman. Larissa, concierge itu HEBAT. Dia mengalu-alukan kami setiap hari dan membuatkan kami berasa selesa di rumah dan dijaga sepanjang penginapan kami. Dia membantu mengisi perjalanan dengan pengalaman indah sama ada lawatan, tempat tempatan yang bagus untuk makanan/minuman atau logistik. Kami menyewa skuter dari hotel kebanyakan hari percutian kami dan ia sangat berbaloi. Kami mendapati harga di seberang jalan lebih murah namun kami menyukai kemudahan menyewa melalui hotel. Makanan dan minuman di hotel semuanya lazat, walaupun kami cepat mengetahui bahawa makan dan minum di pantai memang mahal, jadi kami bijak memilih bila/berapa banyak kami makan di hotel. Ini hanya datang dengan lokasi. Lokasi fizikal hotel adalah ideal kerana ia tidak terlalu jauh ke dalam jalur pantai, yang mana trafik menjadi agak teruk apabila anda memandu lebih jauh. Estetika dan butiran hotel ini sesuai untuk membuatkan anda berasa seperti sedang hidup dalam hutan yang aneh. FYI kepada semua yang ingin tinggal di pantai di Tulum, pada bulan April-November atau lebih, Tulum mendapat sejumlah besar rumpai laut yang menjadikannya hampir mustahil untuk berenang di lautan. Hotel-hotel, termasuk Hotelito Azul, melakukan yang terbaik untuk mengeluarkan sebanyak mungkin rumpai laut dari pantai, tetapi kawan, adakah ia satu perjuangan yang sukar. Ini mengehadkan keupayaan kami untuk duduk di pantai malangnya, kerana satu-satunya kelegaan daripada panas adalah pancuran mandian di luar. Yang, sekali lagi, indah, tetapi bukan lautan. Nasib baik, Tulum mempunyai banyak lagi perkara menarik untuk dilakukan sehingga kami tidak merasakan ini memberi kesan kepada perjalanan kami dalam apa-apa cara yang ketara. Mereka yang melancong pada bulan-bulan yang lebih baik mempunyai kawasan tepi pantai yang indah untuk dinantikan di Hotelito Azul. The hotel stay was okay I mean it is beautiful. However, they don’t offer welcome drinks even with the high price it costs. No breakfast too. If you are an influencer or you have a blog, you can’t fly a drone. They can’t even send you pictures or videos either. The bathtubs are dirty as they are made from mosaic and I don’t think they scrub them. It is not wheelchair friendly. You can’t flush toilet paper as it’s an eco friendly resort. To be honest it was a waste of money I wouldn’t come here again.

I started out in my younger days staying at 3 star hotels working myself up to 5 star hotels these days. On this recent weekend trip i held back on my post xmas spending and got a great deal at Kore so I took a chance on it despite all the negative reviews. I think the 1 out 5 star ratings are ridiculously unfair. Rooms were big, clean, and comfy. Location was decent and had great views of the sea. I only had breakfast as I like to get out and explore, so I couldn't tell you much about the quality of food. The waiters were good, as soon as I sat down, my coffee was poured. After they recognized I tip, I never had to wait in line to get my omelets...lol. best part was the service from the front desk concierge (the Mexican soap opera looking guy) Victor. Dude was always so nice and helpful. Upon checkout, I had a late flight out, he knew that I love bike riding, so he let me keep my bracelet to have access until my shuttle arrived. I did not experience most of the issues on these reviews. English speaking staff was a challenge, but i found that was an issue everwhere I was in Tulum. Overall, if you were to go by the strict AAA guidelines, this hotel would probably recieve a 3-3.5 rating and closer to a 4 by the generous booking sites. This was no Hyatt, but a good value. Dont let those 1 star ratings discourage you. My rating does not include the quality of food...
