Hotel Rayong dengan Gim

The service on the whole was top class, from the minute we arrived at the pier, we knew we were in good hands. A very professional and slick check-in, transfer to the speedboat and arrival at the hotel. (A far cry from the Ban Phe experience and any normal speedboat to Samed!!) Check-in was low-key, but it was great; we could get into our room on arrival ( 11.30), and we were on the beach by 12. The beach is beautiful, very clean and crystal waters, this is the sunset side too so completely different waves to the white sands side, much choppier and more wavy but great fun. there was only 12 beds on the beach and i got a bit fomo when i looked at how many ao prao had out but tbf they were easy enough to grab if you did want to use ( as they were in the shade all day). The pool area was lovely, a nice jacuzzi too and enough beds. Breakfast was 5star quality, nice linened tables and good additional options on top of the buffet that was provided. The usual health shots, juices, thai and european food available, also good selection of meats, cheeses and bread. The only downside is more the location. On that side of the island all the restuarants, bar one, are plus plus, so you can spend a fortune on dining out. The alternative is a songtow to the other parts of the isalnd ( 200bt each way) so ends up being a pricey do. Equally its quiet and beautiful so swings and roundabouts if youre only there for a few days.

Un buon albergo, la camera era nella norma per quello che ho pagato, personale e reception professionale e simpatici,  un particolare apprezzamento per la cucina e il ristorante, cibo di ottima qualità, non solo la colazione ma consiglio anche la cena, dolci buonissimi fatti in loco . Se ripasso a Rayong sicuramente ritornerò. Consigliato

Really good hotel. Excellent price-quality. Big rooms with a divine bed. Only downside was that they charged 200 baht too much for the laundry (don't think it was deliberate, but still not professional to make incorrect calculations).

I felt comfortable clean, great value for money. Spacious room, nice pool, and friendly staff, but the shower pressure was quite low. Overall, everything was great

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The only drawback was the breakfast buffet, which had long queues and waiting times due to the limited dining space relative to the number of guests. Better organization and clearer communication from the staff regarding the wait would have made the experience much smoother.

Newly renovated rooms; comfortable & cleaned. Beautiful private peaceful beach. All the hotel staff that we had contacted did excellent jobs. Enjoyed live music & a fire show in the evening. We gave 200 THB to the fire show men. Frankly speaking, their fire show skills are much better than Hawaii. (Except, no hip dance) It would be nice if the other hotel guests would have given them some tips, too. Everything was good, except the music at the restaurant by the beach was a bit too loud. I will return to stay at this hotel again if I go to Samed next time.

Fantastic hotel; we especially loved the breakfast buffet with its excellent varied dishes. Always plenty to be had. And the dining room was very clean and organized and the staff quite meticulous and attentive. Our room was lovely and comfortable, although it was void of most decor and art on the walls. Excellent soft and cozy bed and the AC was perfect. And I even used the fitness room, which was well equipped. A very clean environment and relatively new establishment. They even have great networks and streaming services on the room's TV. I managed to watch Prime with my active membership. Thank you everyone for a very pleasant stay. We're hoping to return in the future.

剛到步check in 的感覺不太好 負責接待的女員工完全沒有服務性可言 沒有笑容 沒有熱誠 又沒有講解酒店設施 食早餐的地方在哪裏 遊泳池在幾多樓 頂樓餐廳開放時間 每房會有兩張welcome drink贈送 在哪裏飲又沒有講 簡單講句房間number簽個名攞房卡搞掂 全部地方都要自己摸 房間又沒有 資訊提示 絕對影響你們連鎖服務式酒店品牌形象 我最喜歡的是酒店泳池同健身室 絕對冇得頂 泳池夠大 有冷熱水按摩池 健身室也好用 兩樣長時間冇乜人使用 可能酒店入住率偏低 泳池的員工也沒什麼笑容和服務 總是覺得這裏的員工們比較冷淡 記住這間算是泰國有名的四星連鎖品牌酒店 價位相對高些 所以基本服務相對要有返些 還有地下餐廳食物水準非常差 總結兩樣嘢 遊泳池健身室非常ok 房間夠大 沒有什麼了

Не могу оценить как чистый отель. За три ночи в бассейн не захотелось заходить, ощущение что его не чистили вообще. В остальном вполне приличное место

The location is convenient for me as the nightly food Bazaar is just a stone's throw away. The rooms are big and well equipped with a microwave oven & a set of dining utensils too - unheard of for a hotel room. The gym, pool, sauna are well maintained & popular with guests & locals too. Staff are very helpful with directions, etc. Truly value for money.
