The Highlights: 1. Prime Location: You couldn’t ask for a better spot. It’s a short walk to the beach, and there are 7-Elevens everywhere for snacks and supplies. Plus, catching a songthaew to explore the rest of the island is incredibly easy from here. 2. Room: The room smelled wonderful when I walked in. The room is quite spacious, as is the bathroom. There is a balcony where it’s a huge plus! It’s perfect for hanging up wet clothes and swimwear after a day at the beach. 3. Peace & Quiet: Despite being right in the center of the island’s busiest beach area, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful at night. 4. The Wi-Fi was strong and consistent throughout the stay—great if you need to stay connected. 5. Very fast Check-in/out The Lowlights: 1. Lack of Housekeeping: This was the biggest letdown. During the stay, they don't clean the rooms, change the towels, or refill the shampoo and body wash dispensers. You basically have to manage your own upkeep. Be sure to pack your own toiletries! There are no free toothbrushes or toothpaste provided. 2. Customer Service: The receptionist was unfortunately not very accommodating or friendly during that time when we arrived. It definitely didn't make me feel particularly welcome.

I stayed here for a few days with friends. We checked in on a Sunday and the staff was able to put our 4 rooms together. So the patio space outside our rooms felt like a shared living room, it was lovely. The resort is right beside the beach, which was a relief because I have some limited mobility. Bed was comfy, shower was hot, included some water and snacks each day. The staff was amazing booking my return to Bangkok after checkout. They handled booking the speed boat ride and taxi to pick me up at the mainland. No stress!

Staffs was so kind and helpful. We got the third floor room. There is no elevator but a staff helped us to brought our luggages up there. Sea view from the room was ok. Inside the hotel walkway to the beach was pretty cool and nice to take some photoes.

The location is right opposite to beach with their restaurant in between. Rooms are like nice and clean but the orientation is like a dormitory with walls between the rooms and glass partition n door at room entrance. So if someone is looking for beach side location is great but for families looking for more amenities and common areas in the hotel then it does disappoint. The evening is pleasant with the extension of restaurant on beach like all other resorts do on the beach.

Останавливаемся в этой гостинице второй год. Расположена она очень удачно в самом центре пляжа возле пирса и парковки. Можно добраться сразу на катере, а если от парома на тук-туке, то надо смотреть, чтобы привезли в этот поворот, потому что часто привозят в первый поворот к другим гостиницам, а оттуда по песку с чемоданами далеко и неудобно. Эта дорога прямо в центре пляжа, они идет к зданию охраны заповедника. В прошлом году был новый ремонт, мебель не новая, но все работает. В прошлом году не было ТВ каналов, но был Youtube, в этом году не брали фильмы с собой, понадеялись, что посмотрим в Youtube, но он теперь не работает, только ТВ каналы на тайском, в основном новости и реклама. Хотя это странно, в гостинице жили только иностранцы, можно было хоть один канал на английском подключить или оставить Youtube. В гостинице всего 6 номеров, рядом массаж и ресторан соседней гостиницы. В отличие от соседних гостиниц в этой есть свои лежаки на пляже, очень удобно. Управляющий плохо говорит по-английски, но всегда очень дружелюбный и старается во всем помочь, проблем в коммуникации не было. В этом году стало намного больше туристов на пляже, стало много лодок и катеров, такого спокойствия и умиротворения как в прошлом году уже нет, но вода очень чистая, песок белоснежный, все еще похоже, что это заповедник.

Маленький, но очень приятный отель, местоположение просто топ. Дошли до него за 8 минут с пирса Надан, рядом два 7/11. Вывески нет, мы пролетели мимо даже не заметили его) на ресепшен в этот момент никого не было, ждали минут 15, багаж рум отсутствует, сказали оставлять прямо там чемоданы 🥲 Аутентичные номера, тихо и спокойно. При этом до центрального пляжа идти минуты 3) Из минусов - достаточно большая площадь номера, но абсолютно нет шкафов) номера как на фото, только немного повидавший виды) Завтраки лично мне понравились! Да, выбор скромный, но еды достаточно, отель ведь маленький)

The place is price worthy for its location near the beach. The breakfast not the best but ok. Dinner and lunch is better and the pic shows the view from the restaurant.

Сначала минусы (их много) - вас никто не ждет при заселении, ресепшена нет, надо звонить, а если нет тайской симки - просто сидеть и ждать на жаре - очень маленькая комната (6метров) из них 4 занимает каменная кровать. Места нет даже чемодан открыть, молчу про положить вещи - окна в коридор, никакого проветривания, ничего не сохнет, полотенца тухнут, в душе нет вентиляции и все в плесени (что опасно для здоровья) Теперь плюсы - расположение неплохое, пляж рядом - постельное белье было новое и в целом чисто - говорят уборка раз в два дня, но мне за три дня не предложили - водичку оставляют - милый котик , который постоянно спит на крыльце)

Saikaew Villa 65 is less than a 5 minute walk from the songthiaw drop off to get to the accommodation, after the 10 minute taxi ride from Ban Phe pier. We booked 3 Superior Twin rooms for family but the rooms were definitely not 'superior'. The rooms lacked any finesse, with a broken lampshade, gaps under the doors for mozzies to get in, a broken light in the bathroom and a leaking sink pipe, dodgy fridge connection and dead batteries in the aircon remote. The room itself was clean and the service for room cleaning was good, but the surrounding area around the rooms was dilapidated, with broken down storage buildings, remnants of building works and rubbish bags and cleaning equipment on display in the walkways each day. There was a definite lack of attention to detail. It was backpacker style but not with a backpacker price tag. I booked the rooms on a balcony, with a view of the courtyard garden, but there was nowhere to sit outside the room, no chairs provided, just small tables. The location is very good, a minute or so walk away from the beach. The attached restaurant, 'Joe's', was very efficiently run and the service there was excellent (thank you to the waiting staff, who were very friendly and helpful). For 60 baht for the day, a deckchair could be rented with an umbrella right on the sea front, and the restaurant staff provided towels for the deckchairs when asked. If you plan on spending little time in your rooms, and you don't mind the outside appearance of the accommodation, then Sai Kaew 65 is a great place to base yourself for all that Sai Kaew and Koh Samed has to offer.

Удобное месторасположение. Очень влажно, если не включать кондиционер, но если включать на долго кондиционер, то становится холодно, так как стены из бетона. Есть дверь наподобие балконной, она открывается, но воздух не всегда хороший и чистый, так как идёт пар от кондиционера, от которого становится плохо и кружится голова, а так же появляется кашель. Обслуживание хорошее, всё чисто, в случае чего просто нужно позвонить по номеру телефона и попросить убрать номер. При заезде так же звонить и говорить что подошёл и готов к заселению. Можно посидеть на диванчике в холле и почитать книгу или на крыльце и покушать. Так же если интересно цены на острове дороже чем в городе и в севен элевен тоже добавляются пару бат к товарам. Трансфер удобный, можно попутешествовать без проблем по острову, везде доставят, есть так же моторбайки. Если будете маршрут сами пешком прокладывать, то есть семья из 20 собак, их кормят и они сыты, но пожалуйста будьте осторожны.
