Absolutely wonderful. Could not find anything negative about this hotel. Possibly one of the best places I ever stayed. Extremely clean and neat, full equipped gym, quiet location. There was a misunderstanding with the booking which was resolved with the highest professionalism. Looking forward to the next time.

Nice hotel, in a pleasant location, with clean rooms and helpful staff. Unfortunately, jazz music at breakfast can't make up for the relatively high price of the same and the baked cardboard rolls. Too bad. For the same money I could have had a good dinner elsewhere.

Had a very bad experience. Lack of service in the reception. You expect more from a 4 star hotel. You can get better hotels for this money instead of going here. Not recommended at all.

I booked this for a friend who's going on a business trip. The location was conveniently close to their destination, the service was good, and the facilities were okay.

The woman behind the counter threatens to blacklist you. I'd rather have blacklisted you than whitelisted you. ******e is not welcome. The intention was to come here to discuss a different point of view. It's a shame that such people ruin a hotel's reputation.

It is located close to Den haag World Forum (5 minutes). The reception was also kind enough to upgrade the computer twin room to a superhero twin room. The veranda was spacious and nice, but the downside was that the nearby amenities were more than 10 minutes away, but everything was good.

Perfect hotel in a great location in the Center. My husband had a birthday and when they heard that we got a free drink on the house.

After initial problems with the power supply in our room we had a great stay. The breakfast was very good and also the service at the bar was fine.
