Tôi chưa từng đi khách sạn nào lãng mạn như khách sạn này, phòng ở đây được bày trí một cách rất tỷ mỉ, phù hợp với các cặp đôi yêu đương nhau. Vị trí của khách sạn phù hợp cho việc đi ô tô, mặc dù rất tiện lợi nhưng cũng rất kín đáo. Nhân viên của khách sạn rất nhiệt tình và chuyên nghiệp. Trong phòng hồi bố trí những đồ trang trí rất đẹp mắt. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại khách sạn này vào lần tới

Most positive point is very useful location! This hotel is closely from bus line, and easy to go to drink to somewhere! So cost and performance is very great! And following picture's bar was very good. I recommend this place to go to drink somewhere.

This place is absolutely disgusting... Service is poor as it gets, Food is disgusting, no options, badly cooked, low quality. Shower in the room never works, other rooms have a bathtub but no shower so you need to take ”shower” siting or you can't wash your head (unless u are 1,50m like them) Staff is totally stupid and have no clue about a hotel management. Its just a joke! No English, no manners, no care about anything... Im 12 years in aviation, I can say this is the most horrible hotel I've ever been,,, not even cheap hotels in chine were so disgusting... Unfortunately its not my choice to stay in this place, I would never come back! This place should close and get out of hotel business..

Nikko Haiphong is a newly opened hotel with nice facilities and rooms. Common areas lobby, restaurants are not very dynamic kind of ghost areas ( cold feeling ) as per location and maybe due to the fact it is a new property. Good price for value. Nikko group standards 👍

This is an awesome hotel. The staff is super friendly and can assist in English. The room is very neat and clean. It is fitted with modern furnishing and you have everything you need including an excellent TV package. The breakfast is very good and the fitness room is well equipped for a great workout. Can strongly recommend this hotel.
