Hotel berhampiran Lalique Museum Hakone, Hakone

Absolutely love the shower area! Amenities were comprehensive and environment was very chill and relaxing Nothing much to shop nearby, great for outside urban life seekers for a 1-2 nights stay!

This is probably one of the best and relaxed trip we ever had. Ten-Yu had an amazing Onsen we enjoyed everyday several times which it switches everyday from 5th floor and 6floor daily. At night we had hot spring with an open outdoor hot spring with star and Mountain View. In afternoon at 5th floor we had hotspring with trees and bamboo view listening to the river sound! It provided free ice cream after Onsen. Kid love the hot spring so much! Dinner and breakfast are amazing. Countless choices and definitely worth visiting again and again.

My family had an exceptional stay experience in the hotel . We are able to fully relax and making used of the facilities. My son is especially enjoying the driving simulator in the gym.

This hotel is right next to the Mishima train station for both regular JR trains and Shinkansen trains on Tokyo-Osaka line. One can walk in without even cross the road. Access if from the first floor (ground) and the reception is in the second floor. There is a small shopping area in the ground floor. Rooms are of good size with separate seating area. Beds are comfortable and have all facilities expected in a first class hotel. More importantly the toilet and bathroom are in sperate enclosures. If one gets the station side rooms, one could see Mt Fuji in all its glory. Breakfast is good with a choice of Japanese and western dishes; and staff is quite helpful. The only issue is that noise insulation could be little better; it is certainly not comparable to what we found in a hotel situated next to a busy train track.

I wish I could give it 5 stars! Let's start with the bad - the hotel thought of just about everything except effective soundproofing. It was unpleasant to hear the traffic at all times when in the room even with the balcony closed, but you could find a way to accept it. What really killed it was 2 evenings in a row hearing a kid running above you for .5-1 hr at a time and being woken up in the middle of the night twice because someone decided to enjoy their onsen on their balcony and was talking and laughing loudly. We stayed for 5 nights and the weekend was the worst as the hotel had a higher occupancy rate. Without that...there is no good, there is only great: - Check-in is private, seated in the lobby with welcoming refreshments - Private onsen on your balcony (in addition to the large one for all guests) - amazing! - Room accommodations very well appointed with numerous amenities and very spacious - Parking available on your room level very convenient (not all, but some... we stayed on 4th floor so even exit from garage was available on our floor) - Restaurants - we had breakfast which had great options and service, we also enjoyed a room service for dinner which offered ability to order from multiple of restaurants. We didn't have dinner in the restaurants as we didn't find the menus appealing for all in our party. - Location is great, short walk to most things you'd want to do in Atami, across the street from a beach (not a great one, but people use it) and relatively easy to get out by car (especially if you ignore GPS directions that guide to tiny streets)

屋上にて富士山を見ながら初日の出を見ることが出来ました！ さすが、富士山を見るために建てられたホテルだけあって、眺望も料理もサービスも大満足でした。 部屋はグレードアップで良いけど、かなり狭かった。 色々サービスが良いので目を瞑れました。 お正月に毎年来ている。という方居られましたが納得です。 また宿泊したいホテルでした。

Ini adalah kali pertama saya datang ke Jepun, dan saya tidak begitu mengenalinya dengan menaiki teksi di sini agak menyusahkan. Saya menempah B&B ini di Fuji buat sementara waktu. Pemiliknya sangat bersemangat Kami tiba di penginapan selepas gelap Ya, bos bertanya kepada kami mengapa kami tidak menelefon untuk menjemputnya, dan kemudian menghantar kami untuk membeli sesuatu untuk dimakan Tingkat satu sangat bersih. Ruang tamu dan katil dipisahkan oleh ruang yang besar, yang sesuai untuk seisi keluarga tinggal bersama, dan terdapat air panas yang boleh kami rendam pada waktu malam menyegarkan. Bos juga memberi kami segelas wain buah-buahan buatan sendiri, yang sangat manis, serta bir terbaik di Jepun dan hidangan sampingan gula-bawang putih buatan sendiri Saya seorang pelukis dan mengesyorkan kami untuk pergi ke Owakudani, tempat tempatan yang paling terkenal, dan kami juga makan telur hitam. Bos berkata jika anda makan satu, anda akan hidup sepuluh tahun lagi😄Bos juga menghantar kami ke Tasik Yamanaka keesokan harinya dan menyentuhnya Setelah tiba di ikan besar, kami memberi makan angsa dan menaiki kapal lanun dan kereta api kecil Kami melewati Hutan Arca dan Muzium Seni Kaca Hutan, dan bertemu dengan Muzium Koleksi Picasso di muzium seni itu benar-benar menjamu mata. Saya hanya di sini untuk bermain, tetapi saya secara tidak sengaja meninggalkan anting-anting saya di rumah bos itu sangat bersemangat dan berkata dia akan memastikannya selamat untuk saya apabila ayah saya bersara, saya akan membawa ibu bapa saya kembali bermain dengan saya time aku tinggal kat rumah bos pergi berburu babi hutan dengan dia kat gunung 😆😆😆

普段、口コミを書くことはないのですが どなたかの参考になったらと思い書きます。 他の口コミサイトでも高評価で　お高めの価格設定でしたので それなりに期待をして、犬と泊まれるわんヴィレッジを予約しました。 まず、案内された室内がとてもかび臭い。（お掃除はされているのかもしれないのですが・・トイレ、洗面所水回りも同じです） 夜もじとーっとした臭いが気になり熟睡できなかったです、 それと、2階の宿泊の方の足音がドタバタ響いてきてうるさいです。 経年によるものなのか、今回のお部屋が立地的に外れだったのでしょうか わざわざコテージを選んだことが悲しくなってしまいました。 あと、朝食時にチェックアウト予定時間を聞かれて、各部屋での清算の案内を受けました。 予定の時間過ぎにやってきた担当の方いわく、フロントが混んでいて・・と 玄関先での宅配便のような事務的なカードでの支払い手続き、お会計書も適当に三つ折りされて手渡されたので それほどまでに、時間に追われているのかと思いながらも 夕食時にホテル直販のお土産を予約してあったので、お尋ねすると あー　はいはい。ありますよー　 ・・こちらは現金でのお支払いになります。 おつりは今持ってきます。 （とその場を離れ、取りに戻られたので、忘れられていた様子） この流れには、ただ呆然としてしまいました。 最後になりましたが、レストランでの夕食の鉄板焼コースはとても美味しく、スタッフの方々の雰囲気もよかったです。 それ以外はとても残念な感想です。

Room 513, weekend rate. Room noticeably better furnished and maintained than those you get during the week. Still, limescale on the tapware and dusty window frame. Just a little more clean effort and these can be easily addressed. Inconsiderate international tourists can be a nuisance for your sleep.
