想住一晚茶山裡感受一下，在網上對比了很多家，覺得這家的裝修很喜歡，提前預定，老闆娘很熱情友好。
客房在梅家塢，離市區有點距離，有公交車，但晚一點就沒有了，梅家塢很舒服，周邊是都是山，空氣清新，建議可以留點時間在這裏感受一下慢生活。
客棧是山邊的一棟樓，有個小院子走廊。我定的是荷葉，房間還挺大，有個我很喜歡的飄窗，打開窗戶外麪就是茶園，這就是我想要的感覺，哈哈！
房間很乾凈溫馨，印象中房間層高挺高，有種寬敞感，衛浴也可以，馬桶還是智能的。當天早出晚歸沒有看到老闆娘，前台小妹妹和阿姨都很熱情，提供的早餐也很清爽健康，早上坐在院子裏吃早飯，很舒適。有點不大好的就是房間在一樓，有個大娘時常在窗邊走過，有點尷尬。
有種回歸田園生活的清靜質樸感，很特別的體驗。整體好評，如果到梅家塢，強推這家！

1:入住的這家青旅在西湖區華鴻大廈二樓，他家有電梯，電梯可以直達，而且大廳有四個電梯，不用擔心等電梯的情況啊。
2:他們的洗漱區淋浴間和衞生間很多，大概有幾十個具體數量，我沒數.反正就是很多不用擔心排隊的,完全夠用
3:有獨立的洗衣間裏面可以晾曬衣服，然後有洗衣機和烘乾機，如果沒有帶衣架的話，可以去前台領取，他們有免費的。
3:有獨立的自習室和娛樂室，在大廳的旁邊自習室裏麪，沒事的話可以在裏面辦辦公，看看書挺好的，比較安靜，娛樂室裏麪的話，大家就是在裏面看看電影啊！
4大廳設施還算是比較多，有微波爐還有蒸鍋。售賣櫃，還有一架鋼琴🎹。
5:他們家還提供寄存服務，免費寄存24小時。
6:不定時的有活動，時間不固定，旅行，爬山，桌遊。

They were so helpful, and genuinely tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible.The girl and boy who checked me in did a great job. Room was clean and spacious. Good shower, with plenty of hot water. Bed large and comfortable. AC did leak water into the room a couple of times, do hope that will be fixed. When checking out presented with a snack and small soft toy, a very thoughtful gesture. Would definitely stay here again.

Comparable with brands such as Aman, Banyan Tree and Ahn Luh.
As you enter the property over a causeway, through a pond of lily pads, you will view the traditional architecture of the lobby house and know you have arrived somewhere special.
As you progress through the hotel you will find a beautiful infinity pool, overlooking the wetland. This is adjoined to a library, where a variety of cultural activities such as incense making and tea craft are offered each day.
Across from the pool is the hotel’s restaurant. Where breakfast, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed , whilst taking in more views of the wetlands natural beauty.
The room itself was beautifully appointed, with modern facilities including a Dyson hairdryer and a refrigerator stocked with numerous beverages, that were all complimentary.
Before departing Shanghai, I received a call from Felipe, who provided me with an excellent butler service throughout my stay. She confirmed my arrival time and offered to help with any transfers.
Once I arrived, Felipe and Ethan from front desk showed me around the property and introduced the room and its facilities thoroughly. Felipe added my WeChat and would be available for me anytime I needed.
Whilst at the pool, I asked Felipe whether I could order some snacks. Not only did she have them delivered quickly, but also confirmed whether they had arrived. That was very kind and thoughtful of her.
The following day, I asked Felipe for ideas of things to do that do after breakfast. As soon as I took my last sip of coffee, a boat was waiting for me. The captain of the boat was Simon, one of the hotel’s managers and a former Aman employee. Felipe and Simon gave me a boat tour around the property, followed by a personal and complimentary tour of the village, where I was bought some local persimmons.
It was the aesthetic of a luxury, Jiangnan style hotel that initially attracted me. However, it was the warm, heartfelt service that made this trip so enjoyable.
If there was anything that could be improved, I would suggest widening the dining options, supplying English menus and improving table watching in the restaurant.
Parents should also be aware that the pool is quite deep and they need to accompany their children at all times.
That being said, Savoir is a wonderful hotel with amazing service and the perfect destination for a few days rest from the noisy and busy outside world.

PPengguna Tetamu因為要去靈隱寺捐瓦，所以就想就近找個酒店。一圈看下來，感覺他家比較合適。
我定的是壹號院，有露天小天井還有茶座。置物架上有送的小點心，還有送歡迎水果，晚上還送現磨的芝麻糊，酒店在這些細節方面很用心。
壹號院每一間房都帶地暖，空調温度設定到31度以上，地暖就啟動了，所以儘管1度左右的寒冷天，倒也不覺得冷。
壹號院是非常有禪意的小院，房間也好、茶室也好，都很有意境。採取的是管家式服務，小胡管家事事想到了前面，及時提議，有需求反應速度也很快。年紀輕輕的小姑娘，不容易呢！
他家的餐廳，味道非常不錯，因為下雨懶得出去，就在餐廳吃了晚餐，味道很不錯呢。
早餐，品種非常豐富，一位經理模樣的女士，熱心服務，幫我們拉烤爐過來取暖，給我們拿烤桔，添茶……賓至如歸的感覺。
餐廳的外圍是茶園，如果天氣不是很冷的話，可以把門打開，田園風光即在眼前。
很好的一家酒店，以後還會去。

WWangThe staff are very friendly and very helpful. Very patient and polite we we felt very well taken care of. Even the security guard are very helpful. They give us supper vouchers when we are hungry at 10 pm. Very attentive to every single request or comments we make.

The only thing I hope they can improve is the ceiling can be taller in the room and the toilet can be a bit more quiet. But everything else is good.

We are impressed by the level of responsiveness of the staff to our needs, and the hotel staff are very observant, giving us extra bottle of water in our stay, a gift of fruits on our last night (without us asking). Thanks to Sam and Alan at the reception who provide excellent customer service support and the housemaid who did a good job in maintaining the room's cleanliness. We feel very at home. The buffet style breakfast provide both local and western choices. Highly recommended.

YYellow叶美It was a nice stay. Location is good, right in Coral Gables downtown. I would say that there are no kettles in the room but you can ask for it and they will send you one. The room charges won’t go against deposit, instead you have the pay and after you do the check out they will release the deposit back to you. For Chinese travelers this might seem odd.

MMukulDear Trip Manager , Make sure hotel’s top management reads this message . I had checked out around 1.50 pm on 1st then gone to watch hockey match and after match directly drove to Shanghai. After Shanghai around 8.45 pm released I left my & families passport in locker of the wardrobe , locker was left open therefore no password required to open . I immediately called hotel’s front desk first spoke to lady she told exact locatio n of three passports. I waited for 20 minutes then called again this fine spoke to another person “ Wu” , he was more responsive and told he will check and assured to call back but he didn’t call back . I called after about 20 minutes he told he found a gold chain . This my gold chain I asked him again did he find passport he told “ no , think else was found “. Actually he didn’t send anybody to room to check . He lied ! . I told him to check again as I told him exact place of my passport. He said he will get it checked . I waited again for about 20 minutes again and called again spoke to him this time he told that another guest has checked in and therefore they cannot as guest is not in room . He told me to wait until guest comes back . Hotel’s housekeeping staff had found my chain in afternoon while cleaning and gave it front desk . Actually hotel should have called me on mobile immediately but wondering why this such kind of negligence . Absolutely disappointed. We kept on calling a few time until 1.15 am , my wife called atleast 10-15 times . Front desk staff kept on saying cannot enter room as guest hasn’t comeback . Meanwhile I had contacted via your app to three agents they said they will come back in one hour but nobody did …..!!! I had called around 1.15 am to hotel and told them I have no option to call police . Then Wu told he wait for 10 minutes , he called back and told to call police . I called 110 gave full information to police and with 10 minutes local police station called back to verify and after about 10-15 minutes I called Police again they said front desk has found my passports . If front desk had not authority to enter thek should have given option to call police and then they could enter room to search . Untrained unprofessional staff made me suffer for 4 & half ours . I will tell this story to all and will tell to all to never stay in this hotel ever …. Thanks

Lain kali saya datang untuk tinggal di Jinjiang Inn!

XXishuianbian優點：地理位置是真方便，距離南宋宮遺址博物館和河坊街很近；入住期間剛好趕上清明節前，價位合理，性價比很高；萬科金色成品整棟都是公寓，一樓大廳隨時有保安，感覺安全係數很高；附近有便利店水果店和順豐快遞的小中轉點，公寓樓裏是可以送外賣和快遞的；有個小廚房可電磁爐做點飯還有冰箱可放需要冷藏或冷凍的食品；周圍公交地鐵共享單車打車都很方便。房主回覆及時，友善耐心，期間房間內wifi需要修理，房主也積極幫我們聯繫師傅上門維修；大晚上十點多還回復我如何使用投影儀，很感謝🙏
缺點：毛巾不乾淨，衞生間洗髮露不知道是什麼東東，用的時候頭髮粘在一起很難梳開，這在現在的民宿和酒店裡比較少見。麻煩的是熱水供應不足，熱水基本二十幾分鍾就差不多了，再用需要等上一陣子。衞生間門是瓢的，關不上。
總之，除了衞生間需要睜一眼閉一眼之外，其他都還蠻好的，主打性價比高且實用。
