Nice rooms and clean.close to the subway..the stuff was amazing and really helpful.the breakfast buffet was also good with assorted snacks and drinks I strongly recommend anyone to visit

The location is close with Fengqi sta. with Exit A. The staff isn’e fluent in English but it’s so fine that their service are great and helpful😄. In the room had little smoking smell from the pipe in the bathroom but it was gone once opening the exhaust fan. เป็นโรงแรมที่อยากแนะนำที่หางโจว ใกล้กับสถานี Fengqi ทางออก A มากๆค่ะ ห้องน้ำเป็นชักโครกแบบญี่ปุ่น ความสะอาดไม่ถึงกับเนี๊ยบแต่เทียบราคาแล้วดีงามพระรามแปดมาก พื้นที่ห้องไม่กว้างแต่พอกางกระเป๋าเดินทาง 2 ใบได้ มีกลิ่นบุหรี่มาตามท่อในห้องน้ำ แต่พอให้เปิดพัดลมดูดอากาศในห้องน้ำ กลิ่นก็หายไปค่ะ

房間挺好的，陽光能照進來光線特別亮，暖洋洋的，不過床有點硬，早上背疼，第二天用枕頭墊了一下好點了，酒店整體還可以，但是早餐一般，第一天九點多吃飯豆漿沒了，第二天八點多吃飯豆漿也沒有，粥還有一點點，飲品太少了，食材也一般？

洗手池那個塞子不太好按好不容易提上來了就沒叫服務人員了，後面洗澡發現有兩瓶洗髮水沒有沐浴露，應該是客房阿姨錯放了，好在認錯態度很好，退房的時候還贈送了一個飲品，服務態度還是很好的，也有細心幫我們解決客遺

房間很乾凈，乾淨衞生，前台服務態度很棒，很熱情，看帶的小朋友有送小童拖鞋牙刷，還有玩具，小孩子很喜歡。房間安排的滿意，很舒適。朝南乾淨整潔。物品齊全，雙床空間很大，設施齊全，性價比高。早餐豐富，品種多，美味。網絡也很好，幫忙提行李，很愉快的一次體驗。強烈推薦

第一次入住，打算來體驗一下，果然不虛此行。前台小姐姐服務很好，很熱情，有求必應，很耐心的傾聽客人的需求，房間乾淨舒適，周圍停車也很方便，離天街也很近逛街方便，下次還會來的，值得推薦。

酒店環境好，地理位置優越。前台服務熱情，周到;客服打掃衞生非常及時，工作人員很敬業能及時處理問題，設身處地的為客人着想。總之，非常滿意的一次入住體驗。 前台服務態度非常好，地鐵站就在門口，出行非常方便，給朋友定的房間還幫忙送了早餐，前台還可以自由選枕，對頸椎病的人很友好，推薦入住
