What a lovely hotel. We landed on our first day in Hanoi at this lovely property, just overlooking the lake. Its a nice, calm, quaint area with cafes and restaurants around. The rooms are spacious, best amongst all the other hotels that we stayed in.. The room, bathroom has a luxurious and Victorian kind of feel. The staff at the reception, entrance also at the breakfast restaurant were very helpful. The breakfast is also very nice, lot of variety.. thoughtful to have a little Indian food counter for breakfast. All in all we had a great stay. Thank You.

The hotel also has a restaurant serving Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine. 4. Service: The staff is frequently praised for their helpfulness and proficiency in multiple languages, including English, Japanese, and Chinese. The housekeeping service is noted for its thoroughness and attentiveness, although they were not able to understand basic English word and it becomes little difficult at times. 5. Nice service, very comfortable stay at the hotel. Located at a convenient location. Chocolate hour was nice, but should be given more publicity and could be introduced during check in at the front desk, bet a lot of guests don’t know about it. The pool was clean and everything was nice. Breakfast was excellent, and all staff were friendly. Totally worth a recommendation for friends who are visiting Hanoi.

It was a Luxury hotel stay with Somerset Grand Hanoi. We reached the hotel early morning 6:30am via Sapaly train down Sapa Hotel. we were warmly greeted by the hotel manager to inform us we can rest our foots n have complimentary coffee ☕️ and biscuits 🍪 on its 4th floor “Residences Lounge “ As our requested Executive room was not ready by 12:00noon ( as we requested earlier check-in), we were utterly surprised knowing we were given 2 bedroom apartment instead of! 😇😃 When we checked out the next morning, the customer officer even send us to its Entrance seeing us board the taxi to airport.😊

A very … bad experience. Staying in this hotel is like sleeping on the street. Hotel arranged a room on the first floor. The room faces a busy road. I requested to change the room on higher floor. The staff said it was full and could not be changed. I couldn't sleep at night. Fortunately, booked two nights only. In addition, there is no power outlet in the room. We can only unplug the original power supply for the TV or bedside lamp to power our equipments. By the way, hotel staffs are nice & politely.

酒店客房一共就四十七間房的樣子，設計師Bill Bensley 把歌劇元素融入到了酒店的每一處細節，一層演出區轉角將開放式酒吧與舞台分開，後台則是全日制餐廳。璀璨的方格網吊頂以及歌劇舞枱佈景，彩排舞台、化粧間、復古禮服、還有幾十件法國殖民時期的老物件一應俱全。每個樓層都有藝術家、設計師、音樂家等各自主題，甚至每間客房都有對應主題的大師和不同風格的戲劇場景。整體來説是一家中型酒店，一眼驚艷，服務細節符合價位，備品選用也是大瓶裝，中規中矩，mini bar非酒精類免費，每天一續。the living room免費下午茶，晚上免費各類酒，小吃全包，從性價比角度來説還是值得的，周邊屬於絕對的富人區，各種奢侈品店鋪林立，晚上有入夜儀式，開夜床後送了眼罩和小禮物，數據線會幫你用皮扣扣起來，小細節還是拉滿。 河內嘉佩樂今年B1層的光輝Koki日料獲得1星 ，只有14個座位，提供類似 Omekase 的set，價格比較貴（晚上基本套餐 5500000/人，8500000/人），2月14日提前郵件預訂6點半晚餐，到了基本滿座。菜單是固定的選擇不多，出品都很不錯。 我們選擇的基本套餐，一是兩種囗味的蛤蜊鐵板燒，二是車海蝦鐵板燒配香草醬汁，三是招牌八重山牛肉，牛鼻子認證真的很無語，四是製作了20分鐘的koki招牌蒜香雞肉炒飯，最後的甜品在旁邊的休息廳進餐，是抹茶冰淇淋大福和日式熱甜甜圈的組合。最後香檳和飲用水單獨收了2000000萬，感謝日本大叔主廚，真的帥氣。 河內嘉佩樂早餐在一樓大堂吧旁全日餐廳 Backstage。 Backstage 餐廳最大程度上還原了歌劇院元素，打造了一個通透而華麗的金色大廳，掛滿了歌劇院服飾作為裝飾，鮮花是黃色蝴蝶蘭，菜單是 “Diva’s menu”。 嘉佩樂的早餐從來不會讓人失望，幾乎都是單點，單點菜單簡直眼花繚亂，第一頁便是越南特色河粉，被我們的地導評為河內前三的河粉食物，還有其他傳統美食例如法包三明治等。西式方面，早餐有進口法國的新鮮生蠔和煙燻三文魚華夫餅誠意十足，各式蛋類尤其是班尼迪克蛋做的出神入化，可麗餅，華夫餅也很好吃。 大廚在越南本地享譽盛名，足不出户已經可以在酒店內吃到非常nice，此行已經很滿足了。

Stayed here for 3D2N. Noteworthy points: 1. Very professional concierge and service staffs. 2. Apartment provides full suite of amentities - lounge, breakfast area, indoor children’s play area, gym, pool, yoga/dance studio, golf simulator. Perfect for long stays 3. Rooms were spacious and fully equipped. Shout out to Somerset for providing a large bottled water to last us throughout our stay. 4. Very clean rooms. 5. Apartment is located outside of Old Quarter - approximately 20-25mins drive. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

I have stayed at this lovely hotel only for 1 night but deff recommended here. Beautiful room with easygoing location, near the lake and the old quarter. They even upgraded my room to a Suite room, very appreciated. All of the staffs are very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Anna, she help me to book the trip to Ha Long Bay and even some recommendations about North and South of Vietnam
