Ulasan Emerald Hotel Hanoi

The staff was awesome, room was clean. Only the tub was very old and not convenient.

The room is spacious and looks the same in the picture. One plus point is there is a fan in the room, so you can use it when you don't want to use air conditioning for too long and open the window.

Clean and cozy. There are many cafes around. But it’s outside of the pick up area for some of the tours.

Really friendly and helpful staff who spoke a good deal of English. The hotel in general was not very clean and I saw a dead cockroach. The rooms, however, were spacious and seemed clean and the facilities were okay. No elevator; I had to climb the stairs with my heavy luggage. Breakfast was free and was good but was next door at a different hotel.

設施老舊，窗簾升不起來，浴缸排水閥壞了放不了水，洗澡腳得一直在洗澡水裡泡着。 小食沒寫任何標識，我以為免費的，結果退房才發現賊貴。 關鍵我記錯了退房時間，提醒退房立馬就收拾退了，晚了半小時，還收了我10萬越南盾。

酒店環境非常好👍很温馨乾淨。早餐種類也很豐富好吃。前台小姐姐人非常nice，服務態度非常好，很可愛，也很樂於助人。感恩，感謝！會推薦其他朋友來的哈哈。

Дружелюбный персонал, хорошее расположение, завтрак, в номере чисто. Один минус практически невозможно отрегулировать температуру в душе - то горячая, то холодная.

房間設施陳舊，潮濕，衞生一般。早餐豐富多樣，美味可口。每一位工作人員都是滿分服務，非常熱情友好。

初到房間一般，房間很老舊，床不太舒服，睡幾晚都沒睡着，但第二天的房間衞生是搞得挺乾淨的，離市區是很近…

酒店位置很好，靠近還劍湖景區，周邊還有商場。交通便利。員工服務很熱情。
