On the booking date, we checked in late at night around 1 a.m., but there was no bellboy available to assist with our luggage, so we had to carry it all ourselves to our room.
Prior to our check-in date, we tried calling the hotel to confirm our booking and inform them about our late arrival, but they did not respond to our phone call.
Our concerns didn’t end there. We were surprised to find that the rooms lacked internal latches, meaning hotel staff could access them with master keys. This raised significant privacy concerns.
Additionally, the hotel seemed eager to charge for even a 30-minute late checkout.
There were no ramps at the entrance, making wheelchair accessibility a challenge. We also had to lift our luggage by ourselves when checking in and out.
The bar was closed during our stay.
At checkout, our luggage was left near the reception area, and once again, the bellboys were nowhere to be found, forcing us to load our bags into the cab on our own.
Moreover, construction work adjacent to the hotel continued late into the night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
The buffet breakfast offered no vegetarian options other than noodles!
For the price we paid, we found better accommodations available in the same area.
The receptionist and the staff were not familiar with the surrounding area and had very limited understanding of English, making it all the more troublesome to communicate anything.
If there had been an option for a negative rating, I would have given this stay a negative 5 stars.
We would not recommend this hotel for families traveling from abroad.
