Hotel berhampiran Suối Yến, Hanoi

I and some friends stayed here few years ago and we come back this year as we love this hotel a lot. Everyone works for this hotel is very helpful and hospitality. They supported us a lot during the time we stayed here with them. Hotel is clean and we love everything and of course also the breakfast. We will definitely come back and also introduce to more of our friends. Thanks again for making my trip !

The staff were really friendly, we arrived early from an all nighter of travelling and they were very friendly and let us get into a room before check in time. The location of the hotel was great, right by old town. Unfortunately how ever the place is just in need of some maintenance, the drains were blocked, the sink was leaking any time someone in another room used their water- it for some reason created too much pressure and water came out of our outlet pipe, this meant that we always had a soaking wet bathroom floor. We told them about it but they didn’t seem too surprised. All round good stay- I just hope you don’t end up with the twin room!

Despite an unpleasant check-in process due to mistakenly booking a room without a window, and spending a couple of hours trying to change the reservation through trip.com without success, my stay at the hotel was very comfortable. The staff is well-trained, the rooms are clean and cozy, and the breakfast is excellent. The service is top-notch, truly five-star level. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel also has a restaurant serving Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine. 4. Service: The staff is frequently praised for their helpfulness and proficiency in multiple languages, including English, Japanese, and Chinese. The housekeeping service is noted for its thoroughness and attentiveness, although they were not able to understand basic English word and it becomes little difficult at times. 5. Great little boutique hotel. We upgraded to a Honeymoon room to have a bit more room and windows. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly- shout out to Mr Hoang and Miss Anne who were fabulous and their trainee who had little English but always a big smile on his face. We found it to be very clean and in a great location, everything was a short walk away- the lake, night market, prison and train and beer streets. They arranged our airport pick up for not much more than a taxi would have been. Breakfast included was pretty basic but I think adequate for the price. We were happy to have an egg cooked or some toast or sometimes go out to one of the many cafes for a traditional coffee and croissant as it’s so cheap. Definitely recommend.

Although the hotel is 5 star, the facility is not up to 5 star level. The rooms are old, plaster on walls is coming off, bathrooms a bit yellow molded, all in all by far not 5 star level. Be aware that some rooms have a single connecting door, this is a massive sound problem when loud kids are playing next door... My real windowroom had view of an inside building airshaft and on the other side a fire escape installation. Do not expect any view, just some daylight. Service level is impeccable, staff is doing it utmost best to compensate. I got a big rebate (before staying) from trip.com, so all in all, value for money was ok-ish.

Hanoi is a great destination for anyone interested in far East. Its history, beautiful nature, and wonderful people offer travelers a wonderful experience. Our hotel made the experience far more enjoyable and memorable. La Siesta is in a great location to get a good sense of daily life in Hanoi. I suggest getting a room with balcony if you can. The breakfast is elaborate with many options to choose from and rooms are quite clean. There is also a good size heated pool though I would have liked it a bit warmer. But the best part of our stay at the hotel, was the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and greeted us with a smile every time. If we needed to find a place to see, they would take time to look and share their suggestion. For us, with no prepackaged travel plan, this was great. They arranged some of the activities for us and they all turned out great. The food tour is a must with a knowledgeable tour guide. The hotel arranged the entire thing. I would certainly go back.

Amazing stay at this small hotel. Hotel is new and clean. The bed is unbelievably comfortable and hotel provided four fluffy pillows (which is rare because normally it’s just two flat ones). Sometimes we came back to take a break and ended up falling asleep because it was too comfortable. All basic amenities were provided and we also requested for laundry to be done for a fee (50k per kg) and it was done within a day. Location is great with lots of food options!

My recent stay at Marina Hotel was generally satisfying. Its location proved ideal for exploring the Old Quarter on foot, despite some street noise, which is common in this area. While the hotel maintained satisfactory cleanliness with daily room cleaning, our accommodations showed signs of wear, slightly detracting from the experience. The reception staff's fluency in English. Overall, Marina Hotel presents a decent option for visitors to the Old Quarter.

Location is in the center of touristy places, room is big, clean, has balcony. Breakfast is ok, got some public space to sit, many solo travelers. Reception very friendly, polite and helpful.
