It was good stay, near city Centre, decent staff, hotel has own cab service, spencer was very helpful

Enjoyed my stay there. Staff were very friendly and nice.

Wouldn't come back, old hotel and I get that there are limited options in Harare but still does not live up to the price. Service lacked luster, if you ask someone for something staff would take ages and rarely did I see a smile. Ordered room service, staff took cash and did not return change I had to call and go down myself 1.5 hrs later to get the change Asked for one page of paper printer was charged 1 USD for one page complete rip off Never coming back.

The Hotel Staff are extremely polite and really go out of their way in making your stay pleasant. Check-in was quick and efficient, I was really impressed with the service. The breakfast buffet was delicious and they had staff assisting you with whatever you wanted. I can really say that off all the hotels I've been to, this one definitely has the best service. It's not the Hilton but the service definitely of high quality.

The place its nice but in the morning touts make lots of noise

A good hotel in a convenient part of Harare, with a convenience store and fast food chains open 24 hours a day just across the road. I took taxis sometimes from the hotel (always polite and professional) and other times with the local Rida/Ryda app. I will definitely stay there again.

Staff friendly and supportive. The fact that my children got Free meals was so outstanding. I have been to many hotels in Harare but Holiday Inn shoulders high above all

The only downside is the poor tv picture quality.I think there is a need to improve on the TVs.I could not enjoy my soccer because of the poor picture quality.

I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn. Room was clean and bed comfortable, thanks to Vivian's small touches. Breakfast was to die for and the staff in the dining room were very accomodating, friendly and professional. No job was too big for Spencer, the driver. He is a credit to this beautiful hotel.

My room was overlooking the car park and sometimes the noise was too much
