"I stayed at Residence Hotel for two nights during my business trip to Harare. I was impressed by the hotel’s location, service, and amenities. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, close to many restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they arranged a taxi for me to the airport. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed, a desk, a TV, and a mini-fridge. The bathroom was also clean and well-equipped, with hot water and toiletries. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The hotel also has a beautiful garden where you can relax and enjoy the view. I would definitely recommend Residence Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious hotel in the heart of Harare"

It was my first visit to Zimbabwe and stayed at the Lodge for 8 nights whilst on a business trip The whole team are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for them. From the moment you arrive, to the time you leave you are looked after and made to feel very comfortable . I loved the concept of the Lodge and it has such a relaxing vibe .
