"The service was extremely terrible and slow starting from the reception to the restaurant, the beverages took forever to come through, the main meal wasn’t all that great. Extremely Disappointing especially for the price and being the most expensive hotel in Harare."

"The whole experience was mediocre. Not 5 star as advertised. Breakfast always cold needed to be reminded to warm it for us. There was a braai on the 15th when we arrived which was supposed to start at 4pm didn't start until 8pm. Very noisy"

Amanzi Lodge

"We arrived at the Harare Airport and called for a ride to the lodge. George picked us up and gave great conversation about the area, food, shopping on our way to the lodge. We got to the lodge in the morning and check in is at 2:00 pm. They suggested we eat at the lodge’s restaurant and advised they would take our bags to our room once the room was ready. The breakfast was great. Albert was our waiter and took great care of us.the atmosphere was amazing and the weather made it very comfortable to eat outside."

"This was the second time staying ant this hotel and the experience was worse than the first time. We arrived at 8Pm and the first room they gave me the beds were not made up and no Aircon in the room (room 7) then was moved room 4 and that was final fine but they did not clean the room after the first night saying there. Very disappointed for a hotel"
