We checked out early since there was no hot water in the hotel and no one could tell us when I will be back on again.

Firstly we want to thank you to Ms BeiBei for being very helpful in assisting us during our check out time to arranged for a taxi to the airport today. She was very kind and polite. The room very big and suitable for 4 of us as a friends traveller. The bed and the pillow very comfortable and we slept well for the 3 nights. Near to every attractions places such as ZhongYang street, St Sophia Cathedral and all is walking distance. We really recommended this hotel for those would like to come to the Harbin city. Overall stay was very good. Thank you to all staff there for being very kind to us.

Great location! just by the pedestrian street, very close to St Sophia church in walking distance, the park with small ice lantern exhibition is just on the opposite side of the street.... The rooms are a bit old and worn off with some stains on curtains, floor. The shower is on the toilet which is not so convenient and quite simple for a hotel set-up. Heating and warm water are great, bed is comfy. Overall a good option for your short stay in Harbin.

Pros: Good location. Very near to the central street and other tourist sites. Easy to book didi and taxi. Helpful staff Cleaning is done everyday We were able to avail tickets for the ice festival upon check in Cons: room too small for its price No cabinet only hooks for clothes Shower and toilet have no separating wall so everything is wet when you shower No floor rug Even if non smoking room you can still smell cigarette You can hear noise in the hallway Breakfast is served in the room but no table available for eating

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life.

Location is perfect, literally meters from the main street. that's pretty much what and all you are paying for. We were in the basic room so expectations were low. I would say it satisfy the basic needs in terms of space and amenities. I mean is a decent place to sleep for the location. However, the room is really small, a bit cold, old and pretty much falling apart here and there. Bed was good, comfortable and soft. Rooms are not soundproof so expect to hear everything going around. However, we were lucky to not have many guests around. Wifi was horrible and slow. Reception was great and the staff at the entrance has been friendly and available with any requests. For the low score to service it is meant to the cleaning. Room was still dirty on the angles when we arrived. Soups were never refilled in the bathroom (not even the hand ones) and we had to ask everytime to get a refill. Feels like cleaning lady entered, put the cover on the bed back in order and left without caring much on whatever was needed to be refilled or cleaned in the room. Barely touching the bottom of the job. Anyway back again, low expectations, decent room, great location. Satisfy the basic requirements and if you get it for a low price might be worth it.

A relatively new hotel with nice decor and a good view from the room

Heating did not work properly, needed to ask for electric heating. Hotel pictures on trip.com suggest a much better and higher standard than it is. Location is good, very close to Zhaolin Parc and Pedestrian Street

The location was wonderful. The room was smaller than we expected but we were not in the room much so we didn't mind. My girlfriend wanted to use the gym while I had to work online in the morning and almost passed out because of how hot it was and it didn't look like it had been used in months. Also the shower ******. But all in all it was a decent hotel that I would stay in again. And the guy who owned the little sausage shop next door who sold me vodka was awesome. He even gave me free sausage to go with my bottle!

location is strategic but no late checkout option, pay 30 per hour if you need to checkout late
