Hotel berhampiran Zhongdong Railway Harbin Factory Club Former Site, Harbin

This is the most friendly and most helpful Hostel in China for my own experience, really warm hearted beautiful people, owner lady is making sure everyone is safe and happy and reasonably priced, they have nice restaurant downstairs and very central location as well I highly recommend this place

If you're planning to visit the Harbin Ice and Snow World, remember to purchase spikes at the counter (8 YUAN). It's affordable and can prevent falls and injuries. Unfortunately, I slipped on the ice and badly hurt my ankle. Luckily, there's a nearby hospital, Harbin Shengfeng Hospital, just a 10-15 minute walk away (you can use Google Maps). The doctors there are helpful, but they don't speak English, so bring your passport and use Google Translate if needed. On a brighter note, I really enjoyed staying at this hostel. They have a large mirror and a hot water station where you can prepare instant noodles. Although they don't have a kitchen, you can easily get utensils and a mug from nearby convenience stores, especially if you're planning to make coffee. One thing I found really convenient was the international charger ports provided for each bed. Before checking out, remember to ***** your bed and leave a note in the lobby to indicate your presence. I left a Malaysian flag as my mark.

Saya sangat berpuas hati dengan suite keluarga (3 katil, 2 bilik air). Apabila keluar dari hotel, kakitangan hotel mengambil inisiatif untuk membantu membawa bagasi ke kereta. Biliknya cukup besar, lokasi yang sangat baik, dan sarapan pagi kaya. Walaupun untuk warga tua dengan pergerakan terhad, sarapan pagi boleh dibungkus. Untuk menyebut beberapa kawasan yang boleh diperbaiki, sila tambah suis berasingan untuk lampu sorot atas berhampiran dua katil bujang dalam suite keluarga. Pada masa ini, suis lampu di seluruh kawasan katil bujang semuanya dalam satu, yang menyusahkan.

*Disappointed after so many good reviews…* We recently travelled to Harbin and after looking at many of the hotels and reading the reviews we decided that this was the hotel for us. However we were shocked to find the poor service and cleanliness during our stay. Location: The location of the hotel is a huge plus point as it’s very close to the central street & not too much of a distance to reach the main tourist attractions (20/30 min taxi ride). The location is also close to lots of restaurants which is very convenient. Service: This is an area which could definitely do with improvement especially the evening staff, upon checkin the staff were friendly and welcoming however when we raised issues with the hotel room they became very rude and disrespectful. When we arrived to our room we found we had no face cloths - not a big issue and one that was resolved in a timely manner. However we then had to ask for the face cloths each day after housekeeping had changed the towels which isn’t an issue in itself more of an inconvenience . However the staff at the front desk seemed to find it quite funny (staff members laughing when we mentioned our room number at the front desk) that we had several issues with our room. Amenities: The hotel has a robot delivery service for when you order food and other items from meituan which is a convenient way to get your things. The shower in the room was broken but was fixed in a timely manner. The room air con is basically just an ornament, the temperature of the room cannot be changed - it was set at 34 celsius one night - you can open a window but it will get cold quite quickly. Cleanliness: Another area with room for improvement - the hotel room is rather dusty with dust falling from the ceiling above the bed. The sink was not cleaned when we checked in. On one occasion we were given ‘fresh’ towels with make up stains on. Unfortunately we would not stay here again.

Tiba di Harbin pada pagi 6 Oktober. Ambil Laluan Lapangan Terbang 3 ke Stesen Central Street. Hotel ini terletak di seberang jalan. Kemudahan: Memandangkan saya sampai awal, saya meminta tingkap dalam nota pesanan, jadi saya melihat dua jenis bilik, satu 8601 dan satu 8605. Ia juga sangat dekat dengan pasar pagi/malam yang tenang di malam. Ia benar-benar lebih menjimatkan daripada bata merah. , terdapat sedikit orang, dan tidak banyak untuk dimakan. At the reception nobody spoke English (if you're already used to it not a big surprise). The hotel is really clean, really nearby (less than one minute walking) to the pedestrian area. The nearest stop of the underground is quite far but there is plenty of bus stations. Right next to the hotel there was an area with some activities to do on ice (skating, snowmobiles, sledges...). The room was clean, as well the bathroom. In the room the temperature was perfect, but still it was possible to change it.

I was really satisfied with everything of the hotel. Breakfast has many options in both Asian and Western. Hotel amenities were super. We were traveling four of my family, so we used washing points regularly. That was stunning useful. Also, the hotel staff Vicky, who is the only person who speaks English, was helpful and supportive. Thank you, Vicky, for everything you did for us. Good luck to you and your colleague. If I have a chance to visit Harbin again, I will definitely book it again.

久違的哈爾濱，終於開了一家希爾頓惠庭酒店！朋友出行，極其方便！進門前台服務周到，提醒我們注意添加衣物保暖。房間設施齊全，東北菜碼真的大，不想浪費，打包回來的食物可以自己在房間裏用微波爐加熱！牀頭櫃是無線充電，大堂隨處可見無線充電的地方，簡直不要太方便！ 哦對了！他們家還有提供了免費洗衣房和烘乾機！這一點超讚的啊！愛了愛了！順帶一提前台的Phoebe服務很好，非常熱情，每次都很耐心的回答我們的問題，並進行推薦。 交通出行便捷，我乘坐地鐵2號線後，發現酒店就在尚志大街地鐵口100m處！（記得要選擇1號出站口哦），在老城區容易堵車步行就能到達索菲亞教堂和中央大街，隨處可見的鐵鍋燉。希望店家生意越來越好，有機會再來體驗

The hotel is beautiful and new. The room was clean and spacious wish a beautiful view on the river. We stayed in Shangri-La in January. There was a nice selection of western food for breakfast.

Good breakfast. Nice service. The room is very clean. I appreciate the extra offer 3rd free breakfast and I continue to book another 4 days in this hotel. I will come back again in the future.
