The room was nicely decorated and the location was super convenient. Staff very friendly and helpful as well.

You need to check in before you arrive. Then do another self check in on a screen while the staff watch and really uninterested or welcoming. Didn’t like the interaction didn’t feel welcome. The walls are pretty thin you hear anyone walking around and the bed was very soft sunk right in.

big room with basic necessities. clean and comfortable bed. the location is very ideal. however can hear the tram sound because we are staying in second floor. overall very good stay, highly recommended for the perfect location.

Excellent location with just a few minutes walk from light rails and Chinatown. However, this hotel's service would need a bit more improvement. The cleanliness was okay but the room was quite dusty when we got in. We didn't receive the housekeeping during the 2nd day because they said we had the DND sign on during 0900-1500. However, that was quite a news for us as we got out at around 1200 for lunch and had the housekeeping sign on then came back at around 1400 to get some stuff and we found that no housekeeper came to the room. The sign itself was a poor design as well as it would get flipped over to the other side if someone passes by fast along the corridor. Anyways, by the time we got back to the hotel in the evening, they said they can't do anything because the housekeepers are off already. One more thing to be aware of is that there's a restaurant/bar downstairs. It gets quite noisy at night (around 11pm-2am) and you could actually feel the vibrations from downstairs. If you complain about it, then they would sent down the security to ask them to keep their volume down. Alas, there was a fire that broke out in the restaurant connected to the hotel so we had to leave the hotel at 3am for safety measures.

the room was very unclean and the quilt was dirty. After I explained this problem to the front desk, the front desk did not apologize, but gave me another quilt for me to change by myself; the sheets were also dirty, and the sofa bed had a strong smell of coffee, as if someone had spilled coffee on it... This makes me very disappointed.

Excellence location. Friendly service. Small boutique hotel. Room size is average size .Decor is simple and a bit dark.

The room is in the good area. Close to the restaurant and in the heart of the city. Need to pay for the room service for cleaning. So end up 3 days without cleaning including changing the bin.

Great location walkable to chinatown and T tram station. Plenty of eateries around and 7-11 is just down the street. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Hotel key card is needed to get in the hotel for extra security. The room itself is not big but sufficient. There're only 2 handing thingies on the wall to hang pretty much nothing against the wall, so be prepared to live out of the suitcas, literally. The bathroom is of good size and very good shower pressure.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The check in process was easy and the reception staff were friendly and very helpful. When we arrived at our room we found it to be inviting and it had a cosy, homely feel. The convenience of being so close to the Capitol theatre made this the perfect venue for us! Reception staff were happy to recommend local restaurants and we were offered pre show refreshments from the Capitol kitchen. Even when it was time to leave, check out was at 11am so there was no rush in the morning. The check out procedure was so simple and the whole stay left us with a feeling of happiness. We will most definitely rebook when we attend the next show at the Capitol Theatre.

the location is excellent as it’s near china town. also it’s at the intersection point of 2 light rail tracks!

Very good location, the light rail station just 50m away. Basic breakfast. The only complaint is the blanket? has stain.

My recent 7-day stay. While the location of the hotel is fantastic and made our trip convenient, there were some concerns regarding cleanliness that I feel need to be addressed. During our stay, my husband and I noticed that the cleanliness of the room, particularly the bedding, did not meet expectations. We were uncertain if the sheets were changed during our stay hence made a request at the front desk that our bedding needs to be changed. On several occasions, after returning to our room late in the evening, we found that the sheets were still dirty, which was quite disappointing. As guests on holiday, we expected a certain level of cleanliness, particularly with something as fundamental as bed linens. Unfortunately, we were too tired to address it with the front desk at the end of long days. We ended up sleeping on just one side of the bed. I believe that with a little more attention to detail in housekeeping, this could be an area for significant improvement. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel, and I hope this feedback helps ensure future guests do not encounter similar issues.

Great location with a surprising moody and dark relaxing ambience. The included breakfast was great, with a variety of pastries, hot and cold breakfast options. Better than most continental breakfasts. Immediately upon entrance you felt relaxed and the scent in the lobby was tasteful. Rooms were not to small but great for a couple, business trip of friends travelling. 

Near city center and easy to go around. Maybe will be back next time.
