This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. This Hefei hotel provides parking on site. According to our trusted guests, the facilities at this hotel are first-rate.

That was the second time we went to this hotel. Because the first time we were very impressed by warm a**osphere. First we were upgraded to a bigger room, we had a barbecue and personnel help d us a lot and in the morning they prepared a very nice full breakfast and even brought it to the room. But this time it wasn’t that nice even though we were the only guests. For the breakfast we were served a bowl noodles and some fried eggs. The good thing there is a coffee machine and could have coffee. Nice hotel. Totally recommend. Just wish them to be always in the mood of hospitality.

It's really clean and simple but effective. I love the location and now has a subway station just a couple minutes away. The staff is kind and they have a gym and a laundry area that aren't 5star but good enough. Didn't try their food but there's a supermarket downstairs and a bunch of other shops in the vicinity.
Love seeing Da ShuShan muntain in the morning.
Can be a bit loud at night with the construction trucks but it ends at some point and I always rest well regardless.
Accepting foreigners may need double confirmation before arrival but it's normally not a problem.
Don't speak much English but the staff is helpful enough to have you maneuver through the check in and out.

Xxxing_uk1. The hotel was conveniently located and is easily found, approximately 8 kilometers (or 5 miles) from Hefei-South-Railway-Station, the region's largest high-speed rail station.
2. A generous 50 square meters (around 530 Sqft) room area, providing a spacious and effortlessly maneuverable living space. The presence of a freestanding soaking bathtub next to the window added an enticing element, creating a truly relaxing environment.
3. The room was tastefully appointed with modern amenities, including a water boiler and a secure deposit box. My stay was exceptionally delightful. The room's expansive layout and carefully considered design enhanced its overall comfort. The capacious and exquisitely cozy bed, harmoniously combined with the room's color palette and decor, established an aesthetically pleasing ambiance.
4. The buffet offerings were a feast of opulence and indulgence. We savored the extensive array of dishes. Additionally, the executive Club lounge on the 24th floor presented an opulent buffet dinner alongside an array of delightful beverages. The buffet breakfast on the first floor consistently maintained a high standard. The buffets presented were resplendent, featuring a plethora of options for us to relish.
5. The reception staff warrants special recognition, embodying not only friendliness but also impressive efficiency and accommodation. In particular, Ms. He (何小姐）, from the Service Center, exuded a warm and welcoming demeanor. I was elated when my modest request for a late check-out was graciously fulfilled. Such a positive service attitude is undeniably commendable. My sole regret is that my stay at the Intercontinental Hotel was confined to a single day.
The next time I have the opportunity to visit Hefei, I will assuredly opt for the InterContinental Hotel once more!

DDeborah LynnThis was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room.
The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into Meituan. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered Meituan again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from Meituan. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger.
My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic.
I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant.
I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

From the first time I entered the hotel, I was able to feel luxurious, clean, and organized.
From the receptionist I met from the beginning, the cleaner, the lounge attendant on the 44th floor, and the bellboy, everyone was kind until the last day.
Thank you again for all the kindness you have done to me, even though I must have caused you inconvenience because I am Korean.
And the cleanliness of the room, the perfect daily cleaning, and the wonderful view made my trip more enjoyable and comfortable.
As for the meal, the variety of menus and tastes were better than I expected.
I have been recommending Hefei and this hotel to people around me since I went on this trip.
I hope to be remembered as a good visitor, just as you have made good memories for me.

IIbbo1966This is my hotel of choice when I travel to Baohe District, Hefei on business, and this will be my 3rd stay. The hotel location is very good, with many good quality restaurants on the doorstep of the hotel and easy access to the city centre if required.
The hotel rooms are large, well-equipped and always very clean, which is a credit to the diligent maid service at the hotel. The facilities at the hotel are everything I require when travelling on business, and the hotel staff are respectful and understanding of my busy schedule, helping with any requests I have, including help with laundry if I am busy. The staff respond quickly and positively to any concerns or help required, and nothing is too much for them.
They prepare and serve good coffee in the lobby which helps start my day, and the breakfast selection is good and organised.
There are many positives about this hotel, but what stands out is the staff - They are always happy, kind, helpful, positive and efficient, which makes my time very easy and smooth, even though we do not speak the same language.
I recommend this hotel without question and hope that you have a very good experience if choosing to stay with them 👍

PPengguna TetamuLovely location with places to walk around a beautiful lake which could have been enjoyed more during a cooler season. The view from the breakfast place was enjoyable as well as the breakfast which has a lot of variety.. The free tea set was very lovely, and I enjoyed it. It would have been better to have a non smoking room because the smell and the carpet showed signs of smoking but I chose a bigger room instead of the recommended. I did not give the highrest cleanliness rating due to the condition of the carpet but everything else was very clean. My room had a bathtub and a shower . The bathtub always makes me happy! They have a lovely pool which is easy to access., You may have to share a lane due to swimming lessons but people are respectful and accommodating. There is another pool off to the side which is shallow and would be great for smaller children. It is the perfect combination of indoor but with natural light and you can see the garden. It is clean and well maintained. Staff was extremely helpful but their English is limited so it is helpful to know some Chinese. My Chinese is limited but we managed just fine.

There are so may restaurants( local and a couple Western fast food spots) just outside. The host responded quickly and was available if I needed anything. Daily cleaning service ( replaced water bottles, provided new towels, simple mop of the floor). There are two grocery stores in the area. I could see the lakes, albeit between a few buildings, but it was still lovely. Five or ten minute walk to the lake. There are several malls in the area as well. The apartment was pretty clean, I’d give it a 7.5/10. The area and the apartment building itself was busy. Lots of people going in and out, but still quiet inside. 24/7 guard at the entrance. Taxis could easily find the apartments. The bed was firm. The sofa wasn’t comfortable but it was sufficient. Wi-Fi was strong. Water was hot but shower pressure was weak, at times. Generally quiet, though you’ll likely hear room doors opening and closing from the corridor as the walls seem to be a bit thin. If I go back to Hefei, I’d stay there again.

AAnxious but kindA Pleasant Stay with Excellent Service
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was overall quite impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were welcoming and incredibly efficient, making the check-in process both speedy and effortless.
The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. The housekeeping team obviously takes great care in ensuring that every detail is attended to, from the fresh linens to the spotless bathroom.
The hotel's location is another great advantage. Being near the subway made it incredibly convenient to get around and explore the city with ease. Despite its prime location, the price was very reasonable, offering excellent value for money.
Breakfast was a highlight of the morning, with a delicious variety that really set me up for the day. The quality and selection of food were outstanding, and it was a treat to start each day with such a satisfying meal.
One area for improvement would be the noise cancellation in the rooms. Being close to the subway, I did notice some ambient noise that occasionally disturbed my sleep. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise excellent stay.
In summary, this hotel excels in many areas: exceptional reception, efficient check-in, clean rooms, convenient location, reasonable pricing, and delicious breakfast. With a bit of improvement in noise cancellation, it would be truly perfect. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others.

我最近很高兴住在这家酒店，总的来说，这次经历给我留下了深刻的印象。从我走进来的那一刻起，接待人员就热情好客，效率极高，使办理登机手续既快捷又轻松。
房间本身很干净，维护得很好，所以住得很舒服。家政团队显然非常注意确保每一个细节，从新鲜的床单到一尘不染的浴室。
酒店的地理位置是另一大优势。由于靠近地铁，所以四处走动和轻松探索这座城市非常方便。尽管地理位置优越，但价格非常合理，物超所值。
早餐是每天早上的一大亮点，各种各样的美味真的让我为一天做好了准备。食物的质量和选择都很出色，以这样一顿令人满意的饭菜开始每一天都是一种享受。
需要改进的一个方面是房间的噪音消除。由于离地铁很近，我确实注意到了一些偶尔会干扰我睡眠的环境噪音。然而，在一次出色的住宿中，这只是一个小问题。
总之，这家酒店在许多方面都很出色：卓越的接待、高效的入住、干净的房间、便利的位置、合理的价格和美味的早餐。如果在噪音消除方面有一点改进，它将是真正完美的。我一定会考虑再次留在这里，并将其推荐给其他人。

CChrisA lovely opportunity to experience Chinese hospitality. I stayed with my cat and we felt very welcome. The owner is very attentive and looks well after his guests. It is good to know that the reception is in the 3rd floor. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. A quiet area and house, just perfect if you need a good rest or travel with an anxious pet.
