"We arrived at the campground around 8:00 p.m. We paid for electricity for our RV online. We were supposed to have a card in the key box, but we didn’t receive a working code in our email. We called the service number, and after waiting for hours, the gate finally opened. However, we didn’t have the promised card, as the key box was empty when we finally got it open. We couldn’t access the shower facilities or restrooms. We picked up our cards at the information desk this morning. We were allowed to enter the common areas using the card once, but then it stopped working. I wouldn't recommend this place when a key card system like this doesn't work. We drove 700 km to get here and were hoping for a stress-free stay, but that didn't happen."
