I am a minister from New York City, and I stayed at this location for 3 nights. My room was not clean in three days, and in the advertisement it says daily housekeeping. I was informed that if you stay over a week, your room is cleaned every three days. I file a complaint with headquarters and headquarters contacted general manager, LAURETA, the general manager, she called the police and had me escorted off the premises that I had paid in advance for the whole week. I had to relocate at a nearby hotel and pay for price. There are mold and the bathroom and I am a medic. I had to go to the emergency room.this location and you will see the pictures that I posted on my review.

The front desk clerk in the A.M. was the most helpful person that has helped me in a very long time. Her mane is Shereka. But the person that comes on at 3pm is the worst person that I have ever delt with her attitude was snotty. Also on the morning shift Shereka handled everything like a pro because of her alone I will come again, the second lady on the morning shift came to work looking and acting as if she was on something.

Never again would I stay at this property. The room had mould on the wall, the carpet outside of the room was soaking, don’t know what the liquid was but it certainly made my feet very itchy. The room was large, it had a microwave, fridge, a coffee machine and tv. The sink unit is in the room, not the bathroom which was unusual. The floor in the room was cracked and peeling, the bathroom floor was black and mouldy. The room smelled. The staff couldn’t find our booking and although we had documentation to prove it, we had to resolve the issue. Our travel agent resolved it very quickly. This was, fortunately, only for one night.

Ms. Ebony has been exceptionally pleasant and efficient assisting me with my reservation and needs during multiple stays at Red Roof Inn + Henderson. I highly recommend this hotel for its great staff and economical rates. Thank you again and always Ebony!

Nice hotel, centrally located to shopping and dining. Staff is friendly and helpful, only negative is no hot breakfast, but the staff does offer premade breakfast bags, granola bars, juice, cookies and danish. Coffee is available in the lobby, as well.

Ebony at #343 has always been a wonderful help. Driving over the road can be a lot and everytime I stop in she is very on point about the accommodations Fast check in and help with my points wish is very important to me. Thank you Comfort on the Road

Very pleased with my stay. Desk manned 24 hours a day, good security. Staff is friendly and watch full. Much appreciated as a women traveling alone staff never failed to acknowledge me, Room renovated, bed comfortable, refrig, micro wave, coffee maker, ironing board , AC/Heater worked well, Plenty of hot water with good water pressure. Parking always available Don't be fooled by tucked back location. Its very quite. Relatives stayed at other local hotels paid more for way less. Ebony at the front desk is wonderful. Cleaning staff do a great job and maintenance supervisor is a lovely man very responsive to minor issues in the room.
