Hotel terbaik di Herford

My dad and i stayed at this hotel for the first time at the beginning of June 23 and it was fantastic, The staff were really helpful the rooms were comfortable and clean. I would be more than happy to stay here again. There are only two points i think could have been better such as the door to the bathroom didn't close properly but this is only minor which is why i wish i could give a 4.5 instead of a 4

Wir planten zu sechst ein Familientreffen in Bad Salzuflen. Es passte zunächst alles! Der Zeitpunkt, das Wetter, die Stimmung und das Hotel. Ein freundlicher Empfang sorgte zunächst dafür, daß wir ,2 gehbehinderte Paare, kostenlose reservierte Parkplätze erhielten. So etwas hebt schon die Stimmung. Das dann in Anspruch genommene barrierefreie Zimmer war ideal und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sauber, groß und genügend Bewegungsfreiheit! Ein ganz kleinen Hinweis würde ich geben, bitte das WC Becken etwas höher. Auch unsere erwachsenen Kinder hatten ein großes, sehr gut eingerichtetes Zimmer. Allein die Enkel fanden ihr Bett etwas schmal. Kein Problem für den freundlichen und wendigen Mitarbeiter am Empfang. Er versprach ein Upgrad, wenn Gäste nicht anreisen würden. So kams dann auch und 6 strahlende Gesichter konnten sich den angebotenen Highlights der Stadt widmen. Doch dann kam es dicke und gleich doppelt. Krankheit und Missgeschicke zwangen uns zur sofortigen Rückreise. Jetzt ging es um Schadensbegrenzung! Dem Hotel sollte kein Schaden entstehen und wir wollten unseren begrenzen. Nach Schilderung der Sachlage konnten wir wir bei der Hotelleitung auf ein gewisses Verständnis bauen und man kam uns zur Schadensminderung kulant entgegen. Dafür sprechen wir unseren ausdrücklichen Dank aus! Für uns ist es Pflicht und ein dringendes Bedürfnis recht bald wieder einzukehren. Nach einem hervorragendem Frühstück traten wir einigermaßen getröstet unsere Heimreisen an. Manfred

非常棒的體驗，適合家庭或者朋友們一起深度游，非常棒，安靜的小城，太適合漫遊了，慢節奏，又很美的地方。

This is our second time to Hotel Hansa and all because the staff were so lovely! Henry was accommodating and welcoming. We were a large group of 12 people and needed 6 rooms!!! And they did fantastic to ensure we were all dealt with correctly. The location is great with shops and supermarket within 2 mins walk. The coffee shop (Kontor Koffee) which is connected to the hotel and where breakfast for hotel guests are served. Breakfast is nice and light. Could do with more croissants (minor and very petty observation). Rooms are very spacious and very clean! Only other issue , its a max of 3 people in each room, so if you’re a family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids) bit of an issue! But as I was with other family it was fine , but would have had to have separate rooms just us. There is no hotel parking but a public car park within 2 mins walk and you can get discount on parking price. Overall this is now our go to hotel when in Herford! We live how comfortable we felt and were made to feel! Also they remembered us from the first visit so made us even happier!

Der Preis war leider nicht angemessen für dieses Hotel. Vorweg: Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig mit frischem Obst und Gemüse, sowie frisch zubereitetem Rührei und einer Kaffeemaschine mit vielen Kaffeevarianten. Top! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sowie ein kostenloser Parkplatz standen zur Verfügung. Dennoch: Leider war unser Zimmer nicht sauber, und viele Dinge schon kaputt und abgestoßen: Wände, Türen und Beistelltische kaputt und abgeblättert, sowie Flecken an der Wand, die von der dahinterliegenden Dusche stammen müssen; der Föhn im Badezimmer klebrig und verdreckt, der Abflußrand im Waschbecken kaputt, die Silikonfugen in der Dusche blätterten ab und waren teilweise schimmelig. Unter dem Bett wurde leider nicht sauber gemacht (pflegeleichter Fußbodenbelag). Auf den Hinweis an die Dame an der Rezeption meinerseits und meiner Bitte, dieses zu beheben, folgte die Aussage: ” Es wird unter dem Bett in einem regelmäßigem Turnus gesäubert.” ????????? Leider waren wir wohl diejenigen, wo der Turnus gerade nicht dran war.....und unter dem Bett war auch nächsten Tag nicht gewischt worden. Ob das im Sinne eines beworbenen Allergikerzimmers ist, möchte ich hier bezweifeln. Ich fand das Zimmer sehr lieblos eingerichtet, der Kühlschrank stand auf dem Fußboden und war, wie Fernseher und Lampen bei Ankunft vom Strom abgestellt. Alles in allem findet man heute selbst Jugendherbergen in einem besseren Zustand vor als dieses Hotel.
