各方面與價格不匹配，給我們的房間兩個空調都是壞的，讓換房間不給換，非要叫人來修，弄得滿地都是水，不建議來住，照片肯定是好看的，但是都是假象

It was a really good hotel with all latest facilities . We had a good time especially my Little daughter enjoyd the plunge pool the entire two days we stayed. We got the sand suite. The spa experience was also really good . The entire staff are really friendly and they looked into our needs really carefully . The food was fantastic and the chef and the entire team was good..tje presantation was good

I went to crystal sands with my family. Great destination to spend holidays. We booked 03 bedroom family room.It's clean & luxurious. Restaurant view is amazing with sunset. We all are very happy with the staff & their service. Special thanks for dilshan in the reception, he take care us like his family. Food was very tasty & fresh. Thank you for your great service. 😎☺️👌👍

Spent an amazing 4 days at Crystal sands. The staff and service was impressive and consistent. The food and amenities were excellent and we were very well looked after by Dilki from the Restaurant who served us ever so willingly and with a smile. Her attention to detail and efficiency was outstanding and she made us feel at home. Our in Overall it was a very relaxing holiday and we will be visiting again very soon !

Had an absolutely fantastic get away..! Everything from making the booking, the feedback and support, and the actual stay was phenomenal. Special thanks to Mr. Nazar who guided me and made sure that we got a fantastic experience. Also have to mention the wonderful staff including Miss. Kavindi, Mr. Ahirush Aloka and Mr.Dimuthu, who took such nice care of us. This trip was special as it marked our Anniversary and also had a new member to accompany us this year. There was a wonderful Anniversary surprise waiting for us at our suite and also, among many difficulties, the staff made sure we had a baby cot, in which our son soundly slept. The Apartment is what you dream of when you think of a compact home - you have everything you need. It's super clean, well laid out and offers beautiful views from your personal dip pool. Food is super tasty and so worth the money. Specially the room service is so good. Highly recommend Crystal Sands for your next trip, down south..!!

We came to Crystal Sands with a large group and took two apartments. The place was amazing! We had a breathtaking and unimpeded view of the majestic Indian Ocean from our massive balcony, which had a lovely plunge pool for us to cool off. The apartments are spacious and luxurious, as well as full of everything we needed. On the top floor is a great infinity pool, and it’s also on that floor where the restaurant is. The food was absolutely delicious and of first rate quality. Everyone who works at Crystal Sands is welcoming, warm, and willing to do almost anything to ensure their guests feel at home and can enjoy themselves. We will definitely be returning!

We had an amazing two nights stay at The Sands Suite. The amenities were first-class, and the level of cleanliness was impressive. The plunge pool was a highlight, offering a perfect way to relax. The meals were absolutely delicious, with the vegetarian pasta and rice and curry standing out as our favorites. The desserts were also a delightful treat. Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations, and we are already planning our return. A special shoutout to Miss Deepani from the front desk, who gave us a thorough tour and made sure we felt right at home. We can't wait to come back
