This private suite is in a great location and the bed is super comfortable. The front desk staff who checked me in was a Chinese-speaking gentleman, which was a nice bonus. The suite comes with cutlery, a fridge, an oven, and most importantly, the air conditioning works wonderfully, which is crucial given how hot it gets in Saigon.

Great service, but the alleyway leading to the accommodation is too narrow.

Arrived around 5 AM, and the security guard let me in, but he didn't speak English. I was able to store my luggage. The room itself was spacious, with a kitchen for cooking and a balcony. Everything was great, except for the lack of slippers.

The hotel is located in District 3. Close to almost everything (via grab bike or walking). It felt safe and it has everything I need during my stay. The room itself is very spacious and comfortable. They also provided free gallon of water during my stay. I highly recommend booking this hotel if you want to stay in District 3.

The room itself was spotless when we arrived, however the kitchen utencils provided were a bit dirty and the towels smelled bad after one use. The location was excellent, the service provided by the reception uncle and housekeeping aunt were excellent. The uncle handled our passports a little too rough when checking us in. The housekeeping aunt was always keen to help, provided us with medicines when we got sick and helped us a lot overall. They provided us with two sets of toiletries and towels when we booked a room for three - which is a minus one from amenities. They provided us with drinking water and refreshed our amenities when requested which is a plus one for amenities. Overall a very good stay with kind, warm-hearted hosts.

This felt more like a guesthouse or an apartment hotel. It was a one-bedroom apartment with a living room, and the kitchen was right as you walked in. The room was quite spacious. The location is in the southern part of the city, and there are many convenient small shops nearby.

The location is central to all attractions, making it convenient for walking and offering complete functionality. There are convenience stores and many famous restaurants nearby, yet it's very quiet, so light sleepers don't need to worry about noise at night. Water, laundry service, and daily room cleaning are provided. I recommend it to everyone, especially if you don't like noise but still want to experience the city's nightlife; this place is perfect!

This is my second time booking this hotel, and it's an excellent value for money option. The room is quite spacious, and it comes with basic kitchenware and water. The bed is comfortable. There are no small towels, only two large ones, no soap, and no kitchen towel, but otherwise everything is fine.

I stayed in this apartment for 6 days and absolutely loved it. The location is excellent, with many cafés and restaurants nearby, making it very easy to find food and drinks. Shopping malls and popular tourist attractions are also within walking distance. The staff are friendly, the facilities are complete, and the apartment is clean and comfortable. I visited the city to participate in the Ho Chi Minh City Marathon 2026, and this apartment is only about a 4-minute walk from the starting point, which was very convenient. There are also many parks within walking distance, making it easy to take my children out to play. I highly recommend this apartment for both vacations and family trips.

The photos accurately reflect the actual place. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. It's not noisy at night, which is great for light sleepers. The room is very spacious, and they even provide drinking water, which is a nice touch. The owner is also very friendly. It's definitely worth staying here; highly recommended.

Location - the building is located along a cul de sac so not the easiest to find but Google Maps will get you there. The taxi will drop you off along the main road and you'll need to walk in. Room - I got a room on level 2 so not much of a view outside any windows except for a wall. The service apartment is quite big with a large double bed, a kitchen and dining area, as well as a sofa. There's a lift so it's easy to get to the rooms with large bags. Bed was comfortable though a little softer than I would like. A large water dispenser, fridge and cooking facilities were provided. There's a wardrobe, though one of the doors will hit a wall when you open it. A shoerack is also provided. Cleanliness - very clean Bathroom - clean and functional. Shower has a stall. Water pressure was great. Other things - 1) no breakfast provided but there's lots to eat in the neighbourhood 2) the folks that will meet you to pass you the keys do not speak English but are able to sort out the keys 3) the front gate is closed at 10pm but you can get in with your room card 4) the WIFI is excellent

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center. Breakfast isn't included, but there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby to choose from. The room feels more like a cozy, charming little apartment. Everything is clean and comfortable, and the mattress is very comfortable.
