The check in was very smooth although we were offered a better room at a discounted room rate but we were happy with the one we booked. The hotel is amazing, very close to attractions, by walking distance to many places. There's a Spa in the hotel. I had food poisoning on my second day there, the hotel staff are super helpful, they called the hospital for me and arrange transportation to the hospital, explained everything to the hospital before my admission. Overall very impressive and satisfied.

Good Location. Room a but small,. but overall was good. Clean and confortable bed. Easy to find local food and walkable places for local food. Breakfast ok.

The hotel room was small but clean and well maintained! I just wish the room had a hair dryer but otherwise super happy with my stay and would stay here again.

This is one of the best hotel I ever stayed in Asia. The room is super clean, the lounge food is fantastic, the people working in the lounge and at the reception are very friendly and helpful.

I like the woody decorations in the room.
There is this guy An who is very attentive & helpful.
He helped us to book Grab and accompanied us to wait for it. When the driver did not arrive on time, he called the driver directly to check. Really appreciate it especially when we can speak Vietnamese.

Great location and good value overall. The bed isn’t the most comfortable, but the staff are very attentive and helpful. I had an enjoyable stay.
