Nice place with spacious living area and room. The front desk girls were very helpful and arranged a room with a down stairs bed as we had our aged father who is unable to walk. The location is excellent, handy for shopping, food, subway and famous landmarks. The lift is crowded all the time. The room is clean. Overall it’s a great stay with excellent experience. I will be back.

Recently, my family of four embarked on a journey to stay at She and He International Apartment in the bustling Luohu district, and our experiences were a blend of highs and lows. Here’s the breakdown: The Good: The apartment is incredibly well-located, offering the convenience of being close to a major mall in Luohu, which meant shopping and dining options were abundant and just a stone’s throw away. The size and cleanliness of the room pleasantly surprised us; it was spacious and maintained to a high standard, making our stay comfortable when we were indoors. Another highlight was the friendliness of the staff. Despite some challenges, they were always welcoming and did their best to assist us, making us feel valued and appreciated as guests. The Not-So-Good: Upon arrival, we were greeted with a less-than-ideal situation—the toilet in our apartment was clogged. This was certainly not the welcome we had anticipated and caused some inconvenience as we settled in. Furthermore, accessing the apartment proved to be more challenging than expected. The building’s security measures, while understandable, created unnecessary hurdles for us as travelers. Despite presenting our booking information, we faced delays and a somewhat unwelcoming scrutiny, possibly exacerbated by a language barrier that made communication difficult. Conclusion: Our stay at She and He International Apartment was a tale of two experiences. On one hand, the apartment’s location, size, cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff were major pluses that made our stay enjoyable. On the other hand, the initial hiccup with the toilet and the access issues through building security were significant drawbacks that impacted our overall impression. For future guests, She and He International Apartment offers great potential for a comfortable and convenient stay in Luohu, provided that some of the logistical and maintenance issues are addressed. Would we stay here again? Possibly, but with hopes for a smoother experience next time around.

If you’re looking for an incredible stay in Guangzhou, especially as a solo female traveler, Guangdong Mansion is hands-down the best choice. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it feel like a cozy home away from home. The amenities here are top-notch, covering all the essentials you’d need for a stress-free stay. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. They’re beyond friendly, incredibly helpful, and genuinely invested in making your stay perfect. Despite any language barriers, the staff will go above and beyond to help, spending as much time as it takes to make sure your questions are answered or your issues are resolved. Special shout-out to Eliane Li, who went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed—she’s truly a gem and one of the most helpful people I’ve met on my travels! As a solo traveler, it was reassuring to have the staff’s guidance on navigating Guangzhou. They’ll suggest routes, explain subway lines and stations, and give you a thorough run-down on how to get around. Their knowledge of the area is impressive, and they make sure you feel confident moving around, which is invaluable in a new city. The location is convenient but can be a bit tricky to find at first. A tip: look for landmarks like McDonald's, Chagee, and Petro Pizza; the elevator to Guangdong Mansion is right next to Petro Pizza. Once you know the way, it’s easy to access, and it’s a peaceful retreat after a long day exploring the city. In short, this is the best hotel experience I’ve had so far, and I’ll definitely be staying here again on future visits. The hospitality, attention to detail, and care from the staff make it an amazing place to stay. Highly recommended! Thank you Eliane Li again for helping me that is something I can never forget. If that matters- you will get rooms as shown in the pictures.

衞生:房間很乾凈，很整潔，入住之前管家會巡房，確保房間的衞生和安全，而且房間非常大，特別好~ 環境:環境挺好的，很幽靜，不會特別吵，房間佈置的也比較用心~ 服務:服務很周到，管家團隊很貼心、很熱情，答覆很及時，可以加微信詢問，回覆也非常及時，這是其他酒店很難做到的，各位管家辛苦了~ 設施:房間設施很完善，熱水沒問題，設施設備齊全：洗衣機、冰箱、微波爐、電磁爐都有，房間設施都很新，還有免費贈送的礦泉水，喝完可以找管家拿，老闆大氣～ 再次提一下管家服務，服務確實很好，住過很多酒店，可以説這兒的管家是最好的了~

This is the best apartment I have ever stayed in. First of all I want to tell that it is new, modern and very clean. There are big rooms( in China it is rare) extremely comfortable and big bed! Good district, you can find big Mall in 5 min with grocery and all other goods! Metro station is in 5 min also!! If you want to stay in non touristic place with really high quality apartment you should stay here!!! In addition I want to tell about the staff! This family is so hospitable and welcoming that you feel yourself always like at home☺️ They helped us with all deliveries (we don’t know Chinese), with printing docs. Last time we forgot our bag at hotel and they sent it to us with courier!!!!!! Thank you so much for it!!!🫰🏽🫰🏽❤️❤️❤️ Дорогие друзья! Если вы ищете жилье вне туристического района и центра города, я очень рекомендую данные апартаменты! Во-первых, они новые и не обшарпанные. Большие просторные комнаты с большими окнами и кухонным уголком! Есть стиральная машина. Район уютный, спальный. Здесь живут именно местные жители, не приезжие из других провинций. В 5ти минутах огромный торговый центр с продуктовым гипермаркетом и одеждой и техникой, там есть даже кино. Также в 5ти минутах метро. До аэропорта 20 минут на метро буквально несколько станций☺️☺️ Теперь отдельно про Стафф!! Отель держит очень милая семья. Муж с женой и дочкой. Они нам помогали в течение всего времени нашего пребывания! Начиная от того, что разговаривали со всеми курьерами( так как мы не знаем китайский), до печатания документов. Мы оставляли свои вещи на 2 недели отъезда, а в последний раз забыли рюкзак, и они нам отправили его курьером! Если бы мы не зависели от местоположения нашей учебы, мы бы с огромным удовольствием жили бы в этом месте! Спасибо Вам за такой уют и заботу! Мы чувствовали себя, как дома!

2nd stay with them in a different room configuration. It is clean and spacious enough for my parents too. Had an issue with the bed but they rectified it immediately. Downstairs linked to metro and many shops for clothes, electronics, food and pharmacy. There is also a 7-11 nearby. There are many homestay in this building, don’t think can find one that is both good and value for money. All the ladies at reception area are very nice and approachable. Will stay again if visiting Guangzhou again. Thank you!

Our stay at this serviced apartment was fantastic! It offers exceptional value for money, with high-quality rooms and a prime location near Sunac, the indoor snow complex. It was incredibly convenient for our ski trip, making it a great choice for anyone planning to hit the slopes. The staff were a highlight—extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. Their warm hospitality really enhanced our experience. The only drawback was the ongoing construction in front of the property, which made it a bit difficult to locate for first-time visitors. However, once we found it, everything else was seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient ski trip base!

To be honest their staff service is excellent. If for the staff I would definitely come back as they are super nice, and you can communicate with the staff using Wechat which is very convenient, and they always try their best to accommodate the guests need. however, they’re cleanliness is the worst I’ve ever encountered, first of all ,what one of the guest said the review about the smell, the room  smell really really bad, I guess it from the water or the air circulation which is not clean, which causes the smell in the room, I’ve already asked them to try to do something about the smell, however they cannot, I have bought a lot of Dettol and bleach, to try to clean the room by myself, I literally use an hour to clean the whole room, however after a few hours the room went back to the terrible smell, I suspected it is there air circulation.  also, their air-conditioning has a leaking problem as well, and it has been leaking a smell of vinegar, I suspected they use vinegar to clean the air conditioning. I’m a professional traveller, as I travel around the world as a cabin crew, the smell of the hotel is the worst I have ever encountered in my life. I have been finding hair fingernails around the room which dont belong to me.  so I think the hotel need to improve on the cleanliness. 整體上，我想講，喺客戶服務方便，佢哋係做得好好，客人好多嘅要求佢哋都盡量滿足，亦都好盡量去幫手，我覺得客戶服務係非常之好，但係酒店嘅清潔就係好似好多住客所講，間房係有一浸異味，嗰陣異味係好奇怪，係好臭嘅，我已經叫咗佢哋上嚟清潔，我自己都買咗漂白水同埋滴露洗咗成間房一個鐘，但係嗰浸味其實都喺度，所以我覺得係應該係成個空調系統係有問題，同埋我喺樓梯嗰度見到有不明嘅手指甲，同埋浴缸嗰度係有其他人唔知邊個嘅頭髮，我覺得地板佢唔算好污糟，都算乾淨嘅，但係真係嗰陣異味係好難頂，所以我哋本來都係訂咗兩晚嘅酒店房，我哋都自己算了，留咗一晚就算了，因為實在太難聞浸味，所以如果好介意有臭味嘅，應該就唔好去了，間酒店係好高樓底，入到去房間係有空間咁嘅，但係真係臭到頂唔順😂 大家自行考慮會唔會選擇 地理位置亦屬於好嘅，大約1分鐘都唔使就可以去到地鐵站，佢唯一嘅缺點就係好臭，同埋間房唔夠乾淨會有頭髮同手指甲，酒店員工係好好好好人嘅，但係空調嗰度都係有同一個問題漏水，一開着，就漏晒啲水出嚟，嗰啲水係有白醋味好古怪，但係唔知點解係啡色嘅啲水，所以我哋都好驚
