The location is perfect, the room are huge and clean. The front desk can speak english and are very polite and helpful. The breakfast is really good, I asked for a french omelette with oignons and tomatoes. The chef did it perfectly. Just one small problem:the room in front of me, a man was always whistle and I could not sleep, I asked the front desk and they asked him to stop but the second and third day. He continued. I think that he lives there because they can rent for a month. I highly recommend you to book with breakfast, the bed are confortable. I will definitely come back next tome in the same hotel

Recently, my family of four embarked on a journey to stay at She and He International Apartment in the bustling Luohu district, and our experiences were a blend of highs and lows. Here’s the breakdown: The Good: The apartment is incredibly well-located, offering the convenience of being close to a major mall in Luohu, which meant shopping and dining options were abundant and just a stone’s throw away. The size and cleanliness of the room pleasantly surprised us; it was spacious and maintained to a high standard, making our stay comfortable when we were indoors. Another highlight was the friendliness of the staff. Despite some challenges, they were always welcoming and did their best to assist us, making us feel valued and appreciated as guests. The Not-So-Good: Upon arrival, we were greeted with a less-than-ideal situation—the toilet in our apartment was clogged. This was certainly not the welcome we had anticipated and caused some inconvenience as we settled in. Furthermore, accessing the apartment proved to be more challenging than expected. The building’s security measures, while understandable, created unnecessary hurdles for us as travelers. Despite presenting our booking information, we faced delays and a somewhat unwelcoming scrutiny, possibly exacerbated by a language barrier that made communication difficult. Conclusion: Our stay at She and He International Apartment was a tale of two experiences. On one hand, the apartment’s location, size, cleanliness, and the friendliness of the staff were major pluses that made our stay enjoyable. On the other hand, the initial hiccup with the toilet and the access issues through building security were significant drawbacks that impacted our overall impression. For future guests, She and He International Apartment offers great potential for a comfortable and convenient stay in Luohu, provided that some of the logistical and maintenance issues are addressed. Would we stay here again? Possibly, but with hopes for a smoother experience next time around.

It is such beautiful old-world feeling when you stay in this hotel. The setting is wonderful and makes you think of art deco design. There are lovely artifacts to look at throughout the hotel, and the room with the balcony and view that I stayed in was perfect for people watching and watching day turn to night in busy Sea World.

If you’re looking for an incredible stay in Guangzhou, especially as a solo female traveler, Guangdong Mansion is hands-down the best choice. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it feel like a cozy home away from home. The amenities here are top-notch, covering all the essentials you’d need for a stress-free stay. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. They’re beyond friendly, incredibly helpful, and genuinely invested in making your stay perfect. Despite any language barriers, the staff will go above and beyond to help, spending as much time as it takes to make sure your questions are answered or your issues are resolved. Special shout-out to Eliane Li, who went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed—she’s truly a gem and one of the most helpful people I’ve met on my travels! As a solo traveler, it was reassuring to have the staff’s guidance on navigating Guangzhou. They’ll suggest routes, explain subway lines and stations, and give you a thorough run-down on how to get around. Their knowledge of the area is impressive, and they make sure you feel confident moving around, which is invaluable in a new city. The location is convenient but can be a bit tricky to find at first. A tip: look for landmarks like McDonald's, Chagee, and Petro Pizza; the elevator to Guangdong Mansion is right next to Petro Pizza. Once you know the way, it’s easy to access, and it’s a peaceful retreat after a long day exploring the city. In short, this is the best hotel experience I’ve had so far, and I’ll definitely be staying here again on future visits. The hospitality, attention to detail, and care from the staff make it an amazing place to stay. Highly recommended! Thank you Eliane Li again for helping me that is something I can never forget. 衞生:房間很乾凈，很整潔，入住之前管家會巡房，確保房間的衞生和安全，而且房間非常大，特別好~ 環境:環境挺好的，很幽靜，不會特別吵，房間佈置的也比較用心~ 服務:服務很周到，管家團隊很貼心、很熱情，答覆很及時，可以加微信詢問，回覆也非常及時，這是其他酒店很難做到的，各位管家辛苦了~ 設施:房間設施很完善，熱水沒問題，設施設備齊全：洗衣機、冰箱、微波爐、電磁爐都有，房間設施都很新，還有免費贈送的礦泉水，喝完可以找管家拿，老闆大氣～ 再次提一下管家服務，服務確實很好，住過很多酒店，可以説這兒的管家是最好的了~

I had a fantastic experience. The room I booked offered a breathtaking view, which was definitely the highlight of my stay. Whether it was the sunrise in the morning or the city lights at night, the scenery from my window was nothing short of stunning. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained, equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. I appreciated the inclusion of a fridge and washing machine, which made my stay even more convenient. The bed was comfortable, and the overall decor was modern yet cozy, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were always prompt and courteous whenever I needed anything. Whether you're here for a short stay or an extended visit, this room offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The room is clean and comes with a washer and projector. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful, offering to book a cab for airport services, which is about a 15-minute drive away. It's a good option for a temporary stay, located conveniently close to Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. We had a good and satisfying staycation here.

2nd stay with them in a different room configuration. It is clean and spacious enough for my parents too. Had an issue with the bed but they rectified it immediately. Downstairs linked to metro and many shops for clothes, electronics, food and pharmacy. There is also a 7-11 nearby. There are many homestay in this building, don’t think can find one that is both good and value for money. All the ladies at reception area are very nice and approachable. Will stay again if visiting Guangzhou again. Thank you!
