Hotel berhampiran Centre Street Market, Hong Kong

Had a comfortable and relaxing stay here! Front desk receptionist was so nice and let me check in an hour early. The room was very clean and fragrant. Breakfast (two pastries and a drink) is delivered as room service at a time that works best for you. Just remember to bring toiletries as it is not provided. Altogether excellent service.

I’ve stayed here multiple times, the previous worker at the hotel was a lovely and friendly man, Cheers for your service in the past Jimmy. Good luck abroad! Upon check in I met another wonderful staff member called Patrick. He provides excellent customer service just like Jimmy used to do for me. The hotel is immaculate inside the rooms, exceptionally clean and a high standard. It’s comfortable and only 2 rooms on each each floor. Very quiet when inside the room. The value offered is excellent and I will be back again and again no doubt. If you choose this hotel you won’t be disappointed!!! Location is right beside SYP MTR exit. Good view from higher floors and often generous free room upgrades offered. There is nothing bad to say about this hotel. I’m a very happy customer and trust me, I’m not easily pleased. Great location in the heart of SW, with good deco and modernist design concept, recommend to visitors like to dig into island part n west Hk

My flight to Hk was delayed but thankfully Figo has 24/7 check in and also was pleasantly surprised by a free upgrade. The hotel was in a shared building and had dedicated floors. The small gym is quite nice and lounge area has some free drinks and apparently a daily happy hour. The actual room was decent sized for HK but it had a damp smell to it although the AC worked well. Some of the pillow cases had some stains but I just used other ones. Location was good for easy commute to Sheung Wan MRT, Macau Ferry, A11 airport bus stop and also very walkable to Central shops. There’s a great coffee shop nearby called “Clean” which uses Oatly by default for their latte type drinks. Overall would recommend.

Booked the Grand Premier Peak View King (Newly Renovated) room for accommodation before our big day. As we would have simple photo shoot inside the room, we asked the hotel if we could be arranged to a room with good view. The hotel was so kind to have upgraded our room to higher floor and the view was very nice. The facilities in the room was new and easy to use. Hotel staff was very nice and friendly. With a combination of traditional exterior and modern decoration inside the room, I will recommend this room to everyone.

Stayed in this hotel a few times already. I'm quite satisfied with it, especially given the low price. The location may seem a bit inconvenient, but you can get everywhere by bus. I actually quite enjoy this side of Hong Kong, as it feels less claustrophobic than some other areas in the city. There are also plenty of facilities (e.g. supermarkets, restaurants, bakery) within a short walking distance. The rooms are small, but thoughtfully designed. The lobby area has plenty of seating for enjoying some (takeaway) food or to work. There are laundry and drying machines available at a charge (70 HKD for washing and drying).

Booking was a smooth transaction. We arrived earlier than the checkin time but we were accommodated to our room right away. I like the room. It was clean and just the right size for us. It has good air conditioning. The place was close to stores/restaurants and transport. Over all, we had a nice experience!

Hotel ini bagus, dekat dengan tarikan, dan terdapat cerun ketika dalam perjalanan. Sukar untuk membawa bagasi, tetapi penjaga pintu yang muda tidak memberikan perkhidmatan yang baik dan memandang rendah mereka yang berbahasa Mandarin bagus.
