Great location with many great food eateries. MTR is just minutes away👍🏻and the lady boss is very responsive and helpful . She helped me to upgrade to deluxe room . Anything you can used WeChat to update her or her staffs.

Value for money. Bring headphones and eye shades for better sleep!

Very poor service room size was very small didn’t sleep well waste my money don’t recommend to stay here wash room size even one could not even easily sit on the seat.

We need to improve communication in English , not all guest are Chinese, we cannot understand the reception what they sed.

I was actually booked in Maple Inn but they transferred me to Spring Inn. I was really happy when I came to the place because its near to my shopping location. And the room is really cleaned and brand new. Even the lock of the door is safe. I was a solo traveller and I feel safe when I stayed in Spring Inn. I will definitely come back here. Thank you for the good service. Keep it up.

As I was staying for 4 nights, I was given a room which has common ammenities like a set of washing machine and dryer (which might be used to cleanup the other rooms' bedsheets after they have checked out). Room is small (no choice due to space constraints in Hong Kong). Other than the building which looks old and scary when you arrive back at the area at night, the flat / room is well-lit and looks very new. No cockroaches at the room I was given (as mentioned by some reviews) but there were a few ants here and there and I guess unavoidable due to it being a relatively old building. Most importantly, best to have a wechat acc, so you can communicate with the owner easily.

Conveniently located. Close to the bus station for the airport, subway station and the ferry terminal. Downside is the room is too small. Very cramp

Location is strategis

Small room, but excellent location close to the promenade. All the required items are in the room, shower, toilet, bed, TV,. Decent for a short stay

We located the building for our room. We arrived on the floor and found the door to our rooms quickly. Some one met us there and although they did not speak English they had an app on their phone to translate. They eventually showed us to our room in a different building. It was in a good location. The room was very small with no amenities. I guess this is what to expect in Hong zkong on a budget.

Perfect location, good services and have free drinking water. The room was very clean and not too small. I liked this hotel and will back soon.

Nice and central location. However:: 1. If you don't mind very local Chinese that yell when they talk all night... 2. Start speaks no English 3. No physical person present, you have to make a call to reach them 4. Very difficult check in procedure. Do NOT arrive late as it'll be more difficult to find 5. Very difficult to find, no signage to find the place 6. Unless you're under 5'3".... Difficult to use the toilet, very cramped to use the sit down toilet

Very poor , when we come is not clear for the instructions how to go upstairs, when we arrive is nobody serving us just found the door room is opened and the air conditioner is on, so we just get in without check in. mini washroom, for fat ppl like me is hard to turn my body when I am taking a shower and a stinky room, just like an onion smell🧅, the hair dryer is too small just like a toy, useless. oh gosh, not recommended

It was impossible to find. Taxi dropped me at the front opening and said it’s down there. No signs at all. I had to take a lift to the 3 Rd floor with some random guy. I asked his hostel overseer if the knew anything. He didn’t speak English but indicated I keep going up in the lift. Finally on the 9 th floor I saw a sign. The room was clean and tidy not quite the room I paid for. The lady who runs the place was very kind.
