- The hotel's location and surroundings are very good, such as location and access to the beach - Good daily room cleanliness. - Breakfast is provided, but the billed cost is considerable, so it is recommended to solve it outside other than once or twice. -Valet parking and kindness were very good. - When booking the hotel, it was announced that it was a trip to celebrate the 35th wedding anniversary, but there was no congratulatory message or consideration at all.

Nice encapsulated venue. Everything you need in one spot albeit more expensive. As per usual Resort Fees added that don't enhance the stay. They have DVD rentals because the tvs are outdated (non-smart). Resort is still kinda worth it since other hotels in the area decrease in quality. I was only r here for a conference. Wouldn't stay as a traveler, might stay if i was a lazy couple or had a large family. The hotel deals only benefit members, if youre a non-member and went a deal...for example, reduced fee on rooftop lau (original price 230usd per person) you need to sit through a 2 hour timescam...time share to get a ticket for 50 usd. Views frim the beach and lagoon are nice.

This is the 5th time I have stayed at the Moana Surfrider the location and style of the hotel is unbeatable. You must book a room with beach views the city view rooms can be noisy. The hotel it’s self is beautiful. The staff are very professional and helpful. The rooms are a generous size for a couple. The pool is small but you can use the partner hotels next door. They have an accessible bar and the breakfast is great. I will definitely be staying here again.

Pros: - Fast check in/check out - Friendly and courteous staff - Walking distance to the beach - Many shops nearby (food & shopping) - Allow take out for breakfast to eat in your room Cons: - Room is quite small, especially if you have many luggages. - Toilet is also very small - Laundry level feels abit unsafe, especially at night - Pool is very small, yet we have to pay $25 amenities per night

The Ritz Carlton Waikiki delivers a true 5-star experience. From the minute you arrive to when you leave you are greeted by name whether in person or on the phone. Our special requests were either met or exceeded. The room was super-clean and well stocked with more than enough towels, robes and slippers, coffee and tea. Requests for more hangers, a bucket of ice or anything else were taken care of without delay. The bed was super-comfortable, as good as any I’ve experienced in a hotel. The staff were, without exception, professional, courteous and super-friendly at all times. We didn’t eat in any of the restaurants but the Dean and DeLuca store was a good source of pastries and coffee to bring back to the room. The view we had was ocean and, it’s worth noting, sitting on the lanai was a bit noisy, this is a very urban and busy location so the upside is it’s close to shopping. The adult pool fills up quickly so it’s worth getting there before the sun comes round. The very pretty beach is an easy 10 minute walk and the hotel provides beach towels and water at no charge. Chairs and umbrellas are easily rented on the beach. As there is a small kitchen we stocked up on a few snack and drink items. Do yourselves a favor, stay out of the over-priced ABC’s and head to the Waikiki Market the inventory and prices are way better. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Ritz Carlton and look forward to staying at the next one, maybe Maui?

Look would definitely stay again, I tend to travel along and I did splash out a bit more price wise then I usual do for solo travel with the Hyatt, but it was well worth it. Location is great for Waikiki Beach and also most tours to Pearl Harbour and the hop on, hop off bus have stops directly opposite the hotel. Roof top bar was quite nice, although the pool does look smaller in real life compared to pictures. Great TV in the room I had.

The hotel is located at the end of the strip which provides some advantages. It is not as crowded and noisy during the night. I was surprise that we were given water bottle and water dispensing machine which was very convenient when we went on day trips around the island. I know i paid for towel service but that is very convenient and necessary. Breakfast was provided and there was a variety everyday, i stayed for a week. The hotel rooms are very clean, and the shower area is cleaned too. You have a little patio in your unit where you can enjoy a drink and the breeze. All the staffs were pleasant and greeted us every time. I would definitely revisit this hotel when i come back.

Our stay at The Kahala started off a little disappointing as they didn’t have 2 bed rooms available. Luckily, they were able to quickly get a very comfortable rollaway bed to our room. The rest of our stay was nothing short of perfect. The resort is beautiful and all the amenities in the enormous room were fantastic. The scenic view room overlooks the golf course and was perfect for watching the sunrise. You can see a little bit of the ocean from the lanai if you have one. The beach is very open and not too crowded, even with the hotel saying they were fully booked. We loved that the water was waist-deep for several yards and no waves due to the reef. The restaurants were delicious and for those who are gluten-free, the chef took special care to show which items were safe during buffet times. The resort is beautiful and think the price was reasonable for what you get. It’s starting to show a little wear, but overall it’s very well taken care of and priced accordingly. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m on Oahu!

The location was great in the middle of Waikiki without bustling part. However, we had an issue with the vent inside the bathroom, which led to dripping of dirty water. This was addressed eventually but we were not compensated appropriately. This was our honeymoon and we didn’t have the best time because of it.
