Simple clean room that was straightforward and had a trendy looking cafe, restaurant. Air conditioning and the shower were great. Staff were very helpful and it was a great stay.

Komfort pobytu w hotelu jest doskonały. Pyszne, różnorodne śniadanie. Czystość i wyposażenie na najwyższym poziomie. Co jest do poprawy- wjazd na parking, czekaliśmy na obsługę, która ma nas wpuścić ale nikogo nie było, serwis telefoniczny do hotelu nie działał. Niestety wjazd na parking hotelowy jest niedostatecznie oznakowany, nie wiedzieliśmy gdzie mamy się kierować, gdzie przytrzymać się autem aby nie blokować miejsca w nieuprawnionym miejscu. Niestety, również ze względu na brak oznakowania (czy droga jest jednokierunkowa, dwukierunkowa, brak miejsca do zjazdu aby dać bezpieczny przejazd) doszło do stłuczki między naszym autem a innego kierowcy- ponieważ jest tam bardzo mało miejsca.

Отель расположен удачно. В пяти минутах ходьбы начинается пешеходная зона улицы Петрковской. Заселение быстрое, номера новые, чистые, удобные кровати, ТВ, чай, кофе, холодильник. Персонал на ресепшн очень приятный, вежливый. После выселения без проблем оставили багаж в комнате хранения.

Hostel with general quality like hotel but very poor noise cancellation, you can hear everything from corridor and other rooms. Bathrooms were ok, there is also sink in rooms. When price is attractive it can be worth a try but keep in mind you can have worse sleep than in standard hotel.

Ekskluzywne śniadanie ze składników zakupowanych lokalnie - poziom prawie hotelu 5-gwiazdkowego. Możliwość korzystania z sauny do póżna - my przybyliśmy ok. 22.45 i odpalono nam ją specjalnie. Świetna obsługa.

AAnonymous UserIt was one night alone, but the room was large and the bathroom was firm and easy to spend.
I was able to store my luggage after checking out.
Also, after checking out, I was saved by consulting about a little personal trouble. The correspondence of the front desk was good.
However, it was a little disappointing that there was no elevator until I went to the front desk because there was only a staircase and there was no elevator until I went to the entrance because it was difficult for a girl with a large carry But other than that, I am satisfied.

GGuest UserImpressive stay at the hotel with original concept in a cosy stylish old building. The genuine atmosphere based on old cinema vibes, there is even a small cinema hall on the premices with a classic films shown in the evening.
Very friendly welcoming professional service.
The room is spacious and cozy, with good internet, there is kitchen corner and all amenities provided, and to crown it all, - a high quality coffee machine with capsules available all day. There is only one note, - for those who care about healthy sleep and for China guests in particular the mattress should nave been a bit less soft.
The breakfast is good, with original local notes like zurek soup and fresh apple pancakes, the in-house restaurant is also worth visiting, but the adjacent area also bustles with nice restaurants and cafes to enjoy.

GGuest UserI would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Wiktor, the receptionist, and Mr. Wadym, the young bellboy, for their exceptional kindness and willingness to assist. They were incredibly warm-hearted and did everything they could to help me, especially with my luggage. I have only the highest praise for them.
I am also deeply appreciative of Mr. Tomasz, the manager, for his efforts in addressing my concerns. He was understanding and supportive when I needed to leave the hotel, and his professionalism and compassion truly stood out. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors.
May God bless the kindness of these wonderful individuals. My deepest thanks to them all. The hotel has a beautiful art gallery and a great touch of designs. Thanks for the coffee and water!

GGuest UserWe stayed here at the end of September. At night the temperature outside was around 10°C, and the room was extremely cold. There was no heating at all – not even radiators, which is very strange for a four-star hotel.
The only option was the air conditioner blowing warm air, but it was directed straight at the bed, which was very uncomfortable, so we had to turn it off. As a result, the room simply could not be heated.
In the bathroom there was a small infrared heater, but it was almost useless and didn’t really warm the space. Taking a shower and stepping out into such cold air was very unpleasant.
Luckily, we stayed only one night, but we were freezing the whole time. Definitely not what you expect from a hotel of this category.

GGuest UserAdequate. Clean but tired brown decor was a bit depressing & could do with a refresh.. Didn't order breakfast but was overpriced compared to lovely place I stayed in the night before. (Only stayed here as had to extend stay in Lodz & everywhere else booked out with a rock concert in town). Night reception was helpful when bedside lamps didn't work. Wouldn't bother returning.

XXIANHAOThe hotel's single rooms are very good and cost-effective. The toilet and bathroom are shared, but they are very hygienic and clean, and there is no problem at all. Free coffee and tea are provided. There are sofas in the lobby of the hotel where you can sit and relax. English at the front desk is also very good. Wall crack recommended.

GGuest UserI stopped by Łodz for a while, and it was a nice hotel. Just up there are manufaktura, a complex of abandoned factories, and the museum, and it was good to go down the road to the southeast.
