室內衞生設施：很禪意的裝修，簡約乾淨。每個房間都有自己獨特的風格。民宿還有書籍和喝茶，也可以小院逛一逛。是很大很大的，好幾個院子。可以讓小姐姐帶你們逛一逛。很漂亮的地方。
尤其喜歡房間的香皂和洗護用品。因為太好聞了，沒用完的，我都有帶走啦～
整體服務：淡季期間，如有空房，對於特殊房型，小姐姐會很貼心考慮到幫你調換。從洗漱用品房卡到Wi-Fi都會熱心服務到位。幫助解決問題。
周邊環境：小橋流水，散步也格外舒適。民宿是個很安靜的地方，靠近山裡，所以空氣特別的舒服。
很適合一週工作之後，拖着疲倦過來休息和放鬆。
周邊交通：很靠近靈隱寺。推薦有進寺計劃的，住在這或附近，非常方便，很近。
唯一的一點扣分，打在最後的退房時間上。有一些過於匆忙了。希望能更人性化點。

臨時決定去靈隱寺，隨便定了一家，然後收穫了很多驚喜。
距離靈隱寺特別近，民宿位置就在北高峯山腳下，去爬北高峯也非常方便，也意外的看到了杭州日出。
房間很小，整體是比較一般，但是很舒適也很安靜，早餐是簡單的粥、雞蛋、小菜。
服務：很好，定好了酒店就會打電話確認，並告知需要注意的事項。到達酒店後，會告知景色最美最值得去的地方，還會告訴我們燒香時注意事項。
停車開車不是很方便。

住過的民宿中最滿意的之一，小孩都不願意走，緊挨植物園，打開窗簾就是泉水和滿眼綠色。對來自北方的我們，冬天最最貼心的就是地暖，每天進屋就有23度多，光腳都很暖和，如果再想暖些，開空調就可以，升温很快，給小朋友洗澡都十分暖和的。感謝老闆熱情周到的招待，有機會再來。

This place is high in the mountains so the temperature is much cooler than at the mountain foot. It is well maintained and has relatively large and safer parking. The staff is super nice and friendly. We love their food too, it’s more expensive than at the other restaurants around but it’s better quality and more delicious too. The pool is very clean at the beginning of the week. I think they clean it on Monday and it gets dirtier toward the weekends as there are many guests with kids play in the water. The rooms are clean and have everything needed. The location is wonderful because the river is right outside the hotel, you can cool your beer in the cold river. If you are a nature fan like me, you will love this place.

非常熱情的民宿老闆，整個入住過程愉快且放心，首先名宿離龍井峽漂流很近，徒步五分鐘就夠了，如果不願意走，老闆還親自送過去，其次映入眼簾的房間佈局很是簡約清新，各類設施齊全，衞生更是細緻，老闆還有自己的燒烤場，名宿內還有充電樁，電車可以充電非常方便，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，推薦！！！

晚上臨時選的民宿真的讓我眼前一亮哎，老闆給升級了陽光湖景房，早上起來出陽台就是一片湖，很幽靜很舒服，民宿小哥很帥很有禮貌[旺柴]有問必答、房間內簡單大方，各類設施齊全，一樓還有一間茶室可以使用，和朋友邊喝茶邊聊天也不失為一件幸事啊…推薦給享受生活的小夥伴喲、等閑暇之餘一定還會再來。

從入口就很喜歡的一家民宿，不管是老闆夫妻還是店裡其他的阿姨，都非常熱情，説話温柔客氣。店裡的裝修温馨別緻，早上打開衞生間的窗户，可以對着一片綠色洗漱，心情都是美美的。還給孩子們準備了涼鞋，水槍，網兜和小桶，可以在對面的河道盡情的玩水。晚上吃的雞煲，剩了很多雞湯，一早還用雞湯給我們煮了麪，老闆娘親自做的咖啡，配上鮮花和山景真的很愜意，是嚮往的生活哦！

挺好的 老闆很熱心！幫忙規劃路線。早點雖然簡單也不錯，離武狀元坊很近，旁邊也有公交站，還能租賃哈嘍電動車 當天21點前還是60元，離蘇堤南口（馬家灣碼頭）近，騎着電動車帶着娃5分鐘就到了。清晨小鳥們比着唱歌，即使下雨也不影響他們唱歌 還看到不少人冒雨跑步🏃 心靈很受洗滌

JJovin GohIt's a youth hostel, so I guess you get what you pay for-- general pros and cons of a general hostel/capsule hotel applies. '
However, I must say that the service is exceptional.
Initially, I didn't quite enjoy my stay there due to the corridors smelling abit weird, (plus Hangzhou having a general issue of cigarette smoke being almost everywhere) plus all the other cons of a typical capsule hotel, plus other miscellaneous issues such as the laundry machine also relying on having an alipay WALLET, (which, as a foreigner, I did not have) or my locker having issues, but, the staff at the hostel were exceptionally friendly and helpful, helping me find a way to get my laundry done, my locker fixed. I felt that they knew what they were doing and I didn't feel too worried my entire time there.
The staff also were very helpful in giving directions, recommending food, and even with parcel collection. I am not really quite sure what else to say here, I just felt that they were super friendly and sweet, and willing to help with any queries I had. (Once again, thank you so much, if you guys are reading this, I literally cannot stress this enough, thank you, thank you for helping me, thank you for making my stay so enjoyable)
Additionally, the vibe there is amazing. Although I came with low expectations and no intention to make friends, I somehow (credit to my travel buddy) made many new friends and I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them, speaking with them, overall interaction. The whole place just has this nice chill vibe and they've also got lots of games there, and a nice pool table. The concert night was quite fun too, got to see a nice rendition of 后来 (刘若英/Rene Liu) by one of the performers.
Perhaps I'd do it again.

KKatpandrinaI stayed 4 nights in 4 female bed room and it was lovely. My roommates were very respectful. The room had everything I needed, except for towels, but you can purchase disposable ones from the machine and they were okay! The terrace in the hostel had such a cool vibe. I ordered food online and then ate it on the terrace which was lovely. They also organise different kind of events, karaoke nights, movie nights etc. So cool! The hostel is easy to find, the metro station is literally 4 minute walk. There are plenty of shops Family Mart, Lawsons and pharmacies nearby. A lot of places to eat within walking distance. Really convenient location! I cycled only 20 minutes to West lake scenic area and then walked back which took me less than 50 minutes but was a pleasant and easy walking route. I would highly recommend staying here if you are on a low budget and don't mind sharing space. Bathroom was gender mixed but very clean and no issues there! I'd stay here again definitely! 😍

PPengguna TetamuWell designed hostel, spacious and the luggage storage is the best in size and design. The shoe area where guests should change into indoor slippers is a good idea and most follow but there are still many who walk around in their outside shoes. Not good. The place is supposed to be smoke free but the stink of spent cigarette smoke is strong around the toilets, showers even the women's. Some of the staff smoke in their room (near the common area/'kitchen' ). There is a plastic curtain that separates the veranda area from the inside of the building however smoke can still waft in especially the back veranda where a whole pane of the curtain has broken off. The cleaning staff worked super hard clearing the trash, hair , water and footprints . It gets cleaner outside the weekend.

PPengguna Tetamu這家的床特別舒服，私密性很好，床上用品一客一換，拎包入住！浴室現在還是男女分開，廁所也是，而且馬桶很高級，根本不需要排隊，每天晚上都會組織玩狼人殺活動，氛圍特別好，還會組織出去露營或者去海邊，地理位置很好，離市中心很近，這邊的裝修也特好！！！還有鋼琴和蒸鍋可以用，氛圍特別好，會客廳也很大，可以看電視，體驗感非常好

MMatevzThe location is a bit far from the nearest metro station, but still in walkable distance, you can also take a bus. Don't be fooled by the word family in the name; this is a big hostel occupying a whole apartment building on its own.
Not much English is spoken by the staff, but they nevertheless took me to a good restaurant in the middle of the night.
The room was nice, but the bathroom needs some maintenance work to be done, also no toilet paper.

And the owner bring me to Hangzhou police station to get permit stay eventough my document all clear. Over all, the room is pretty good just for sleep. And the most important one, it's pretty near to west lake with this budget.

SSuxiaoyu杭州青旅推薦這個，是我目前住過條件最好的青旅了，設施乾淨裝修好看，店面：位置在蕭山區錢江世紀城附近，有電梯，附近地鐵，走廊，卧室都很乾凈有阿姨打掃，公共區域有時候人多的話有些亂設施條件：儲物櫃（門卡鎖），公共區域1.就餐桌（雙人座），零食日用販賣機，電視，隔音超好，衞生間淋浴房都是在房間，獨立的。每個洗手池都會配備吹風機，不用等了！這個我必須誇一誇了！打掃的很乾凈！阿姨每天都會打掃。中間有飲水機，那個淋浴間是空間還是挺大的，有外露的地方掛衣服。3.兩台全自動洗衣機，一台烘乾機。是付費使用，旁邊有公共晾衣服的地方，也是有吹風的，乾的很快。

IinesOliWe stayed for one night and booked because the location is just perfect! We enjoyed our time and night exploring the pedestrian area and loved it. The service was great and everyone was friendlier and helpful, would recommend. However, the hostel facilities are a bit outdated, specially in the room. We had only a one person cover for a bed of two what made the night a bit cold for us and there was a less pleasant smell always coming from the attached bathroom that we couldn’t get rid of , but overall a good quality/ price stay.
