"Great location, near asakusa metro station, plenty of restaurant nearby, can do midnight shopping in donki nearby, cleanliness is alright, toilet available in every floor, photo taken is attraction nearby steps away. need to pay extra for towel and slippers, it doesnt have private shower, you have to be naked in bathhouse, which might be a cultural shock for some people. The another red flag was you cant store your luggage after checkout, which is a troublesome for me as i was planning to go to narita at night :/ and i have to find coin locker somewhere else They said checkout is 12pm, but they removed my stuff to common luggage area in dormitory at 11am :/ Its recommended to stay if you are on tight budget, otherwise you still have many other choice to consider."

NnaivecloudOur stay in Tokyo at this hotel near Kinshicho was absolutely fantastic, and I cannot recommend it enough! The location is ideal – just a 10-minute walk to Kinshicho Station, which connects you so easily to the rest of the city. Around the station you can find everything you need: shops, restaurants, convenience stores, and even entertainment. It made exploring Tokyo simple, comfortable, and stress-free. But what impressed us most was the room itself. From the very first moment we walked in, everything felt clean, modern, and thoughtfully arranged. The design is simple yet elegant, with warm touches that make it feel like home. The apartment-style layout was incredibly practical – a spacious living area with a comfortable sofa and pillows, a large table perfect for working or enjoying a meal, and a bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep after busy days in the city. The curtains blocked out light perfectly, and the lighting in the room was cozy yet bright when needed. The kitchen was a wonderful surprise – fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and even an electric kettle. Having this option made our stay even more comfortable, whether we wanted a quick snack or a home-style breakfast before heading out. The bathroom facilities were also excellent. Everything was spotless, the shower and bath were modern and easy to use, and we especially appreciated having a washing machine – such a valuable convenience for a longer stay. The separate sink area with a wide mirror and good lighting was perfect for getting ready. Every detail of the room showed how much thought was put into the comfort of guests. It wasn’t just a place to sleep – it truly felt like our own Tokyo home. The atmosphere was peaceful, the furniture was comfortable, and the overall cleanliness and organization exceeded our expectations. Staying here made our Tokyo experience even more enjoyable. We always looked forward to returning to the room after exploring the city, knowing it would be a clean, calm, and welcoming space. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Tokyo, especially around Kinshicho, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Perfect location, wonderful facilities, and a beautiful, well-maintained room – it’s everything you could want for a comfortable and unforgettable stay.

FFatcatsnugI’m a solo traveller and stayed at First Class Female Cabin for 3nights. The area is spacious and sparkling clean. love the staff’s friendly hospitality, they will greet every guests walk-by and pay attention to our request/needs. Public hot bath is also a plus point after a tiring day, not crowded and the overall experience is comfortable. I will be back!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaGreat staff and cleanliness, but some guests could be more considerate Had a very pleasant stay at IMANO Hostel Tokyo. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. They kept the place clean and made the atmosphere very welcoming. The facilities, showers, and toilets were all well maintained and tidy. However, some other travelers were not so considerate and made the shared spaces dirty with food stains at times, which was disappointing since the staff clearly work hard to keep everything clean. The location is quite convenient, it's pretty close to the nearest station, but a bit far if you’re heading to the main Shinjuku Station area In the morning roughly around 10am, few girls will sell bentos outside the hostel, they're pretty cheap and very delicious, give them a try. Overall, recommended. Definitely a great place to stay in Tokyo.

PPengguna TetamuI liked this place. A pretty standard classic capsule hotel: sizeable capsule with a console, daily turnover service, large shower and onsen room with an attached steam room. Service was good: they have an army of twinks working there after hours, it was like being checked in by BTS. All issues I had with my capsule (broken lightbulb) were addressed quickly and cheerfully. Sometimes it kinda seemed like they were laughing at a few of the foreign guests, but you know what, fair. This place is kinda rules heavy, with lots of notices posted around the property. There is no eating or drinking in the capsules, and instead you have to go to this common area that feels a bit like a hospice for abandoned uncles. Vending machines, manga library, smoking cubicles, that sorta thing. Clean and tidy though, equal numbers of dudes using it for remote working and day drinking (I have a feeling that some ppl live in this place). They have the usual elaborate system of lockers and keys, but they will store your luggage for you while you are out. No need to check out in the day. Overall a chill experience. While I was staying there though some dude did have a mini breakdown about what he saw as it's shortcomings, so I just wanted to comment on that. According to him the place was disgusting. He was especially perturbed by the housekeeping service and the showers. His claim was the the toilets were dirty and that it was unacceptable to fold bedsheets on the floor. Mind you, he was having this rant at 10:30 - checkout is at 10:00, meaning that a whole stampede of airport-bound weebs had just taken spicy ramen fuelled power dumps so they could get out of there on time. Most of the day the facilities were pretty spotless in my opinion. In regards to folding the bedsheets on the floor, I dunno what in the Disney princess he was expecting, but there really isn't anywhere else to do it. I think it's unreasonable to expect little doves to come fly your linens into your capsule tbh. The capsules are literally on... the floor! What do you want? His overall complaint that the space was generally messy was a lot more valid. At this point I had a suspicion that they kind of segregated foreigners from Japanese customers. It's true, that the foreign floor was a bit of a tip - luggage thrown around, empty bottles everywhere, garbage. I went up to the Japanese floors to snoop around a bit. Spotless. (Pictures of both included for comparison) In this case I think the call is coming from inside the capsule, not really fair to hold the staff accountable to your own messy manners. His final gripe was about the showers - specifically the lack of private cubicles. Private cubicles were not advertised anywhere and Japanese onsens are pretty standardly communal spaces, so again I dunno what he wanted. Maybe a shower, with a curtain? Maybe a shower with a door? Maybe a shower with a psychic forcefield that would make his ex girlfriends forget his underwhelming junk and prevent his father from behind disappointed in him? I'm not sure. But I guess the dozen shower stations with soap, shampoo, and face wash weren't cutting it. In fact a lot of the Western guests seemed pretty pranged out by the shower situation, waiting until like two am to wash up and then scurrying around the baths with a hand towel infront of their package like a little purse. If you regret going bald, that's on you. Kinda silly, but if you are bashful maybe this also isn't the hotel for you. Unreasonable though to blame the establishment for you own shame. Anyway, that's all to say the worst part of my stay was for sure the ranting and raving from an unshowered backpacker while I was trying to have a lie in. Otherwise a pretty decent stay.

PPengguna TetamuGiven that I booked our room over six months in advance of our three-night stay, I was a bit surprised when looking at the floor plan later that our room was the smallest on the floor! It was actually the smallest hotel room we've ever stayed in while traveling in Japan. The lighting of the room was weak and dark. Breakfast is a 10-minute walk away at Denny's and all of the five choices come with slabs of bacon and sausages--not cool for people who don't care for greasy pork products. The bath robes are 'one-size fits all' but tiny. The management of this hotel should perhaps consider how to get guests to return for future stays--we certainly won't.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe sleeping pods are generally quiet, though roommate behavior can be a hit or miss. It gets a little warm at night—an exhaust fan would help. Showers have great water pressure with no wait times, and the location is perfect with plenty of dining choices nearby. Would stay again!

MMikeLimMyShinjuku Kuyakusho-mae Capsule Hotel is a classic and highly cost-effective capsule hotel in Tokyo’s Shinjuku area. It is located in the heart of Kabukicho, directly opposite the Shinjuku City Office. The hotel is only about a 4–5 minute walk from the East Exit of JR Shinjuku Station. The surrounding area is packed with restaurants, bars, and convenience stores, making it extremely convenient even late at night. Prices typically start from around ¥3,000 per night (subject to seasonal changes). In a place like Shinjuku, where space is at a premium, it is a top choice for budget travelers or those who miss the last train. One of the hotel’s standout features is its large public bath and sauna for men (please note: these facilities are for male guests only). The sauna is equipped with a TV and is complemented by a cold bath, making it an excellent way to relax after a busy day.

SSunfower88PROS : - Great location on the main street near the junction - Only 2-3 mins walk from Daimon subway station Exit A4 / to walk to Hamanatsucho JR and Monorail stations to the airport about 7-15 mins - Elevator and shoe boxes with keys on the ground floor - Female only capsules are on the 3rd floor - Provide Yukata and small towel for lending to use - Free luggage storage ( limited time only ) - Free umbrella to use temporarily - Clean, safe and convenient - TV and radio in capsules CONS : - Check-in a little late at 5 pm / check-out 10 am - The lobby common area is small and not allowed to sit between 10 am - 5 pm. - Only 1 shower room and 2 toilets on the 3rd floor But it's Tokyo where the spaces are limited.

JJapanTraveler26This hotel is conveniently located near the station, with Don Quijote, restaurants, convenience stores, and an onsen all within walking distance. The location is very good, especially if you are staying for one or two nights. The common areas are nice—the kitchen is spacious, and there is also a rooftop where guests can relax. The only downside I noticed is the lack of privacy. There is only one comfort room and bathroom shared by both men and women, which may be uncomfortable for some guests. Overall, it’s a good place to stay for a short visit, mainly because of its excellent location.
