I read bad reviews, but you really should read hotel's policy, everything mentioned. 🤷🏻♀️ That is why stuff was really sorry informing me about NO luggage storage after checking out, NO towel (you can rent for only 100yen, I use the one during two days, just keep it with you and dry it on a hanger next to your bed).
Everything was convenient, stuff is struggling to answer all questions and help.
Should notice, that despite the fact of hatd stairs, upper beds more convenient because of extra space for hangers (don't ask me how is it work, just look around and you will find out)"

The area is spacious and sparkling clean. love the staff’s friendly hospitality, they will greet every guests walk-by and pay attention to our request/needs. Public hot bath is also a plus point after a tiring day, not crowded and the overall experience is comfortable. I will be back!

PPengguna TetamuMy friends and I had a fantastic stay at Tora Hotel Asakusa! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the action and making it incredibly easy to explore Tokyo. The amenities provided were top-notch and exceeded our expectations for a hostel, giving us everything we needed. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were kept nice and clean. Overall, an excellent and well-equipped home base for a group of friends. Highly recommend!

WWeiHooI have tried a few capsule hotels, this is by far the worst. My capsule was on the fifth floor, but the lockers are located on the fourth floor which is very inconvenient since the shower is on the eighth floor. There is a sitting area outside the capsule room which is an unsightly mess as shown in the pictures. The mattress is hard and uncomfortable. What bothered me the most is the door that supposed to shun off the noise from outside, made a loud noise when it closes. I wonder if they are not aware of it or no one complains to them. Imagine how many people comes in and out the entire night and the cranky noise disturbed my sleep. I hope the management will be made known of this default. I will never come back again.

Disneyland/ Disney sea1 Metro then 1 JR line- about 45 mins
Walking distance from Sensoji temple and Sky Tree. 2 metro line: Ginza and Asakusa line. Asakasa culture and tourist info is like a 2 mins walk if you want to get the metro pass.
No fuss hotel - check in at 3pm and self check out available. Typical Japanese hotel amenities - under bed storage, spacious bath compared to other hotels, room was actually spacious compared to others.

checkin and checkout process was easy and seamless..
beds were clean and comfortable, with free ear plugs provided
toilets were closed for cleaning from 10am to 4pm.. this seems like the standard for most hostels/ capsule places..
they had a small foyer for regular folks but its not too big and sometimes crowded

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe hotel is nice, it's quite spacious, quiet and has all the necessary tools. The view on the skytree tower is also terrific. The pillows are also not the worst. I would stay there one more time, but there are some small cons, of course:
- the furniture may be a little bit worn out,
- there is a kettle but no tea etc.
- reception staff is not that often seen but we didn't have any problems to need them
- distance from the subway and buses, especially if you use the Tokyo metro pass.
To summarize: for me the price-quality ratio here for Tokyo is quite good, moreover in this district I wouldn't like to live near the subway as it gets super crowded and noisy.

After I ended a business trip I decided to stay on in Tokyo so just rebooked at this spot on the app. It seems like the staff here run bookings mostly with a hand written ledger --- when I mentioned to them I was staying longer they just made a note of it and then left me a message when it was confirmed, very chill.
Overall the staff at this place were pretty great. I was there for two weeks and in the time I was there I saw maybe like ten different people working there. As an English speaker, sometimes there was a language barrier, but it was never really a problem, and there is clear signage about all of the most important policies all over the place in English, Korean, and Chinese. It was always a friendly experience, most of the ppl working there were older with a kind of caring auntie vibe, so that was fun. At one point I asked to move bunks because a guy on my floor was super sick, and they arranged it with no hassle or fuss, which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend this place for the staff.

JJapanTraveler26This hotel is conveniently located near the station, with Don Quijote, restaurants, convenience stores, and an onsen all within walking distance. The location is very good, especially if you are staying for one or two nights.
The common areas are nice—the kitchen is spacious, and there is also a rooftop where guests can relax.
The only downside I noticed is the lack of privacy. There is only one comfort room and bathroom shared by both men and women, which may be uncomfortable for some guests.
Overall, it’s a good place to stay for a short visit, mainly because of its excellent location.
