ElynleeYamagata Kaku Hotel & Spa is a beautiful hotel with a great location. From the moment you step inside, you’re welcomed by a very pleasant and soothing fragrance, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the in-room hot spring water and the large bathtub, which made the stay very relaxing. Both the room and bathroom are very spacious, clean, and well designed. The provision of a kimono added a lovely traditional touch and enhanced the overall experience.

Kapi38We are upgraded to family room as the twin bedrooms are under renovation, but the room is facing another building. Thus, the curtains have to pull down all the time. The spread of the buffet is marvellous. The hotel has diy workshop and there's convenient shops nearby too. The only downside is that the operating hour for the open-air hot spring bath. It only opens at 8.00am, closes at 10.00pm and there's a break from 12-2pm. Other hotels' public hot spring bath have longer operating hours and there's no in-between break, which is more convenient. For example, Hotel Royal Jiaoxi public hotspring is fr 6.30-23.30. It's a plus for us to have an early bath before breakfast

the hot spring is great (the ones for female and male separately ; the room is excellent.. however, the buffet quality is somehow disappointing. i barely found anything that i could finish or wanted 2nd round - especially the meat/seafood dish.. even the quality of fruits also deteriorated. for future, i would not stay at hotel. will just get the hot spring coupons for hot spring (onsen) only. not worthy to spend almost $400 a night with the food quality

Pengguna TetamuIt’s super easy to walk to from the bus station (Jiaoxi transfer station). It took us less then 5 mins and simple stroll through the hotspring park. We have a room for three. It a queen bed and a twin. We really enjoy the in room hot springs bathtub. The coffee,drink and popsicle are available 24/7 which is very convenient. Highly recommended.

theexplorerexploresthe hotel was located a little further away from the downtown area, but it's a walking distance from there & the train station (~12 mins). in a very safe neighbourhood as it's near the hot spring park so there will always be someone around. the room is very big and the hot spring in the room was just a huge huge pamper for myself after a long day exploring / hiking. the staffs were all super friendly and helpful 😊 i didn't order breakfast when i booked the hotel but they still provide very basic breakfast meal for you (they even deliver it to your room so that you can have breakfast in bed 🥺). the food they provide is also v delicious. highly recommended to stay here as it is easily one of my favourite and most memorable hotels!

Enjoy the hotel freebies for complimentary tea and snacks. The best part is the in room hot spring. Because my child was not yet reach 115cm, we could not use the public hot spring. There were also two rooms on level 2 for children play and mini library. My family enjoy and there are plenty of eating spots nearby. The hotel laundry machine is under repair and luckily nearby has 24 hour laundromat

Stayed at Hotel PIN from 10/4/26 to 14/4/26. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from the time we checked in till we checked out. The staff were all very courteous, polite & helpful. They even helped with the setting up of the baby chair for our 2 x young kids during meal times.
The rooms are very clean & it comes with a spa pool in every room. The housekeeping staff (Ben & Lemon) must be commended for keeping our rooms clean every single day we were there.
The hotel also provides free tea break & supper everyday for its guest.
The location is ideal & it is within walking distance to the Jiaoxi town areas with many convenience stores, nice local, street & Japanese food within 5 to 10mins walk. Overall a very pleasant stay at this hotel.

Pengguna TetamuThe bathtub feels like breaking apart, bits of the glue is coming off and it felt bits of sand whenever U use it. And I use it for 4 nights. Shower door corners and door are also mouldy. Bathroom needs a revamp badly. AC is centralised, you can't adjust the temperature, and the temperature drops at wee hours. I needed additional towel to cover myself the blanket.
Everything else is good. I like the bed and location especially.
