Sehr zu empfehlen! Saubere Zimmer, sehr große Vielfalt beim Frühstücksbuffet und mit dem Bus 331 gut an das Zentrum angebunden. Triumphbogen, Freilichtmuseum und der Park Herastrau fußläufig erreichbar. Vielen Dank für den tolle Aufenthalt!!

The hotel is well located. The interior of the hotel is nice. But the room, better to renew. Room 101 requires the new carpet and renew most of the furniture. The breakfast is nice. The parking is limited with max high of the car 1,9 meters.

Ήταν μια υπέροχη διαμονή στο Ξενοδοχείο RAMADA PLAZA και ευελπιστούμε να το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε. Η εξυπηρέτηση από όλο το προσωπικό ήταν άψογη, οι εγκαταστάσεις με όλες τις τεχνολογίες και καθαρές. Το πρωϊνό ήταν πλούσιο με αρκετή ποικιλία επιλογών. Χρησιμοποιήσαμε το γυμναστήριο και το Vitality club για μασαζ, steam bath και σάουνα τα οποία απολαύσαμε. Ξεχωριστή νότα επίσης έδωσαν στις διακοπές μας και οι δύο μεγάλες πισίνες όπου περάσαμε αρκετές ώρες χαλάρωσης.

Great location very close to the Unirii Square. Rooms are spacious and quiet. But there were issues with the hearing and the hot water, while temperature outside was under 0. Traveling with my mom who has health issues, the last thing I needed was for her to catch a cold.. Breakfast very limited and poor quality for what they charge. Cleaning staff unpleasant, first days they complained that they had to come clean the room during my lunch break (I was working during the morning), and the following day they didn’t show up at all. I’m staying in Bucharest for 5-6 weeks, luckily I only booked at first for a few days. I’ll move to another hotel with better service.

The hotel was great, we were there for 3 1/2 weeks working in Bucharest but , Stephan really went out of his way to make sure my crew had an amazing time. He even suggested places for us to visit And was there anytime we need anything . You can tell He really loves his job and helping other people. The hotel is conveniently located near Piata Unirii, so you're at walking distance from the metro, a tram line and several bus routes, including the one to/from the airport. The room was comfortable and quiet. There was a little bit of dust here and there, but nothing too bad. Breakfast was good. They had real honeycomb which was a very special detail. I stayed there for three nights, so it was good to see a little bit of variety in the breakfast selection every morning. The staff were very helpful and respectful. Overall, I cannot fault this hotel. It delivered great value for money. The only thing that I think future guests should be aware of is that this hotel feels very much like a ”work hotel”. It's the kind of place your company would make you stay when you are on a business trip. This means the hotel is probably a quiet place for you to rest after a day out, but it also means that there's little fun to be had at the hotel itself.

A very nice and modern hotel with a comfortable bed, very good breakfast and a well-equipped fitness room for active people. It’s near Victoriei Square, with loads of restaurant options around, its own brasserie and well connected to the city. The personnel is very nice and attentive.

When my Husband, Baby and I landed in Bucharest our original hotel The Mansion Boutique Hotel turned us away because they did not accept babies. We were frantic about finding another place to stay and we came across the New Era Hotel. This hotel has very friendly staff and they are incredibly accommodating. Bogdan was the front desk Clerk and was very engaging and made us feel at ease- he even helped us set up the crib in our hotel room. Unfortunately, our baby was so jet-legged she cried nearly all night. I was so worried they were going to say something about this but instead greeted us warmly the next morning with a wonderful breakfast. To highly recommend this hotel would be an understatement and we will be staying here again on our next trip to old town Bucharest.
